По ОП „Региони в растеж“ 2014-2020, Приоритетна ос 5 „Регионална социална инфраструктура“ наименование на процедурата BG16RFOP001-5.001 „Подкрепа за деинституционализация на грижите за деца, Община Велико Търново реализира Проект „Изграждане на комплекс от социални услуги за деца“ с краен срок за изпълнение на проектните дейности до 12.03.2020 година в рамките на който се изграждат, ремонтират, обзавеждат и оборудват следните социални услуги:-Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства, с капацитет 30 места за дневна грижа и 60 места за консултативни услуги – 1 бр.;-Преходно жилище за деца от 15-18 год. възраст, с капацитет 8 места – 1 бр.-Ремонт/обзавеждане/оборудване на помещения за разширяване на съществуващ Център за обществена подкрепа – 1 бр.;Горецитираните социални услуги за Община Велико Търново са утвърдени в Карта на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Карта на резидентните услуги, приета на 07.12.2016 год. на заседание на Междуведомствената работна група за управление и координация на процеса на деинституционализация на грижата за деца от представители на всички ангажирани в процеса на деинституционализация институции в съответствие с Актуализирания план за действие за изпълнение на Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България“.Чрез изпълнението на Проект „Разкриване на комплекс от социални услуги за деца“, включващ разкриване на Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с тежки множествени увреждания и техните семейства и Преходно жилище за деца от 15-18 год. възраст, ще бъде постигната основната цел на Националната стратегия „Визия за деинституционализацията на децата в Република България“, а именно: „Гарантиране на правото на децата на семейна среда и на достъп до качествена грижа и услуги според индивидуалните им потребности“. Dans le cadre de l’OP "Régions en croissance" 2014-2020, l’axe prioritaire 5 "Infrastructure sociale régionale" titre de la procédure BG16RFOP001-5.01 "Soutien à la désinstitutionnalisation des services de garde d’enfants, la municipalité Veliko Tarnovo a mis en œuvre le projet "Construire un complexe de services sociaux pour les enfants" avec une date limite pour la mise en œuvre des activités du projet jusqu’au 12 mars 2020 dans le cadre duquel sont construits, réparés, rénovés et équipés les services sociaux suivants: — Centre de soutien de la départementalité pour les enfants gravement handicapés multiples et leurs familles, avec une capacité de 30 places pour les soins quotidiens et 60 places pour les services de conseil — 1 BSc. dans le CCIS-CIS-LAC. «Garantir le droit des enfants à un environnement familial et l’accès à des soins et à des services de qualité en fonction de leurs besoins individuels». Im Rahmen des OP „Regions in Growth“ 2014-2020 hat die Gemeinde Veliko Tarnovo das Projekt „Aufbau eines Komplexes sozialer Dienstleistungen für Kinder“ mit einer Frist für die Durchführung von Projektaktivitäten bis zum 12.03.2020 umgesetzt, in deren Rahmen die Einrichtung, Reparatur, Renovierung und Ausstattung der folgenden sozialen Dienstleistungen erfolgt:-Departmentality’s Support Center für Kinder mit schweren Mehrfachbehinderungen und deren Familien mit einer Kapazität von 30 Plätzen für tägliche Betreuung und 60 Beratungsstellen – 1 BSc. im CCIS-CIS-LA-CLA. Gewährleistung des Rechts von Kindern auf ein familiäres Umfeld und Zugang zu hochwertiger Betreuung und Dienstleistungen entsprechend ihren individuellen Bedürfnissen. (German)
