Изпълнението на настоящото проектно предложение ще допринесе за осигуряване на необходимата инфраструктура за разкриване на нови социални услуги в общността, насочени основно към децата с увреждания и техните семейства. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез извършване на ремонт, преустройство и модернизация на общинска сграда, в която ще бъдат създадени Център за обществена подкрепа и Дневен център за подкрепа на деца с увреждания и техните семейства, съгласно заложеното в Картата на услугите за подкрепа в общността и в семейна среда и Картата на резидентните услуги. По този начин ще се разшири спектъра на предлаганите обществени грижи и ще се гарантира социално включване в дългосрочен план на деца, живеещи в изолация поради постоянната нужда от обгрижване.До 1998 г. в предвидената за интервенция сграда се е помещавала целодневна детска градина, но към настоящия момент зданието не се обитава. Постройката представлява масивна монолитна сграда с изба и два етажа с разгъната застроена площ 1 149 кв. м. В близост до нея се намират многопрофилна болница за активно лeчение, три учебни заведения и паркови площи. Основните дейности, включват:1. изпълнение на инженеринг, включващ: а) проектиране; б) упражняване на авторски надзор; в) изпълнение на строително-монтажни работи; г) доставка на обзавеждане и оборудване.2. извършване на оценка на съответствието;3. упражняване на строителен надзор;4. съставяне на технически паспорт;5. въвеждане в експлоатация.Очакваните резултати са:1. изпълнен инженеринг, включващ: а) проектиране; б) упражнен на авторски надзор в) изпълненени строително-монтажни работи; г) доставено и монтирано обзавеждане и оборудване;2. извършена оценка на съответствието;3. упражнен строителен надзор;4. съставен технически паспорт;5. въведен в експлоатация обект. The implementation of this project proposal will contribute to providing the necessary infrastructure for the creation of new social services in the community, mainly aimed at children with disabilities and their families. This will be achieved by carrying out renovation, reconstruction and modernisation of a municipal building, in which a Centre for Public Support and the Day Care Centre for Children with Disabilities and their families will be established, as set out in the Map of Support Services in the Community and in the Family Environment and the Map of Residential Services. This will widen the range of public care offered and ensure the long-term social inclusion of children living in isolation due to the constant need for care. Until 1998, the planned intervention building hosted a full-day kindergarten, but at present the building is not inhabited. The building is a massive monolithic building with cellar and two floors with a total built-up area of 1 149 sq. m. Near it is located a multi-profile hospital for active treatment, three educational establishments and park areas. La mise en œuvre de cette proposition de projet contribuera à fournir les infrastructures nécessaires à la création de nouveaux services sociaux dans la communauté, principalement destinés aux enfants handicapés et à leur famille. Die Umsetzung dieses Projektvorschlags wird dazu beitragen, die notwendige Infrastruktur für die Schaffung neuer sozialer Dienste in der Gemeinschaft zu schaffen, die vor allem für Kinder mit Behinderungen und ihre Familien bestimmt sind. De uitvoering van dit projectvoorstel zal bijdragen tot de totstandbrenging van de nodige infrastructuur voor de oprichting van nieuwe sociale diensten in de gemeenschap, voornamelijk gericht op kinderen met een handicap en hun gezinnen. L'attuazione della presente proposta di progetto contribuirà a fornire le infrastrutture necessarie per la creazione di nuovi servizi sociali nella comunità, destinati principalmente ai bambini con disabilità e alle loro famiglie. Tale obiettivo sarà realizzato mediante la ristrutturazione, la ricostruzione e l'ammodernamento di un edificio comunale, in cui sarà istituito un Centro per il sostegno pubblico e il Centro di assistenza diurna per i bambini con disabilità e le loro famiglie, come indicato nella mappa dei servizi di sostegno nella Comunità e nell'ambiente familiare e nella mappa dei servizi residenziali. La aplicación de esta propuesta de proyecto contribuirá a proporcionar la infraestructura necesaria para la creación de nuevos servicios sociales en la comunidad, dirigidos principalmente a los niños con discapacidad y sus familias. Esto se logrará mediante la renovación, reconstrucción y modernización de un edificio municipal, en el que se creará un Centro de Apoyo Público y el Centro de Atención Diurna para Niños con Discapacidad y sus familias, tal como se establece en el Mapa de los Servicios de Apoyo en la Comunidad y en el Entorno Familiar y el Mapa de los Servicios Residenciales. Esto ampliará la gama de atención pública ofrecida y asegurará la inclusión social a largo plazo de los niños que viven en aislamiento debido a la necesidad constante de atención.
