Проектното предложение е насочено към разширяване и увеличаване на производствения капацитет на "Енеркемикал" ООД. Това ще бъде постигнато чрез въвеждането на съвременни металообработващи машини и оборудване за почистване на метали, а именно: Вертикална триосна фрезова машина, Тръбоогъваща машина с форма и контраформа с диапазон на огъване на тръби от черни стомани до 2“GASх4 мм и почистваща машина - пароструйка. Първите две машини са снабдени с цифровопрограмно управление за създаване и оптимизиране на технологичните задачи за металообработващите машини. С реализацията на проекта "Енеркемикал" ООД ще подобри производствените процеси, което ще повиши конкурентоспособността и ще увеличи нейния потенциал за износ на произведени продукти. След въвеждането в експлоатация на навите машини, дружеството ще допълни съществуващите производствено- технологични линии и ще развие нови. Това ще даде възможност на разширяване и обогатяване на продуктовата и асортиментна структура при повишена ефективност на производството. Общата стойност на допустимите разходи по проекта възлиза на на 387 597,00 лв., от които 348 837,00 лв.- безвъзмездна финансова помощ. Кандидатът декларира, че разполага със собствени средства за съфинансирането. Очакваните резултати от реализацията на проекта са свързани главно с увеличаването на броя на продуктите, произвеждани от "Енеркемал" ООД, както и опритмизиране на производствените разходи. Допълнителни положителни ефекти се очакват от намаленото време за за осигуряване и преместване на произвежданите детайли, значителна оптимизация по отношение на ресурсната ефективност и ефикасност в производствената дейност на дружеството. Във финансово изражение, така описаните положителелни резултати ще доведат до приблизително 5 млн. лв. нетни приходи от продажби, при увеличена ефективност на производствените разроди с над 15% и увеличаване на генерираните приходи от износ с над 50%. The project proposal is aimed at expanding and increasing the production capacity of Enerkemical Ltd. This will be achieved through the introduction of modern metalworking machines and equipment for cleaning metals, namely: Vertical triaxial milling machine, Pipe bending machine with shape and counterform with a bending range of black steel pipes up to 2"GASx4 mm and steam cleaner. The first two machines are equipped with digital software control to create and optimise technological tasks for machine tools. With the realisation of the project “Energy” Ltd. will improve the production processes, which will increase competitiveness and increase its potential for export of manufactured products. After the commissioning of the machines, the company will complement the existing production and technological lines and develop new ones. This will enable the product and assortment structure to be expanded and enriched with increased production efficiency. The total eligible costs of the project amount to BGN 387 597.00, of which BGN 348 837.00 is a grant. The applicant declares that it has its own resources for the co-financing. The expected results of the project are mainly related to the increase in the number of products produced by Enerkemal Ltd., as well as the optimisation of the production costs. Additional positive effects are expected from the reduced time to secure and move the manufactured parts, significant optimisation in terms of resource efficiency and efficiency in the production activity of the company. In financial terms, the entrepreneur results described will lead to approximately BGN 5 million net sales revenue, with an increased efficiency of the production breakdowns by more than 15 % and an increase in the generated export revenue by more than 50 %. La proposition de projet vise à étendre et à accroître la capacité de production d’Enerkemical Ltd. Cet objectif sera atteint grâce à l’introduction de machines modernes de travail des métaux et d’équipements de nettoyage des métaux, à savoir: Fraiseuse triaxiale verticale, Machine de pliage de tuyaux avec forme et contre-forme avec une gamme de tuyaux en acier noir jusqu’à 2 "GASx4 mm et nettoyeur à vapeur. Les deux premières machines sont équipées d’un logiciel de commande numérique pour créer et optimiser les tâches technologiques pour les machines-outils. Avec la réalisation du projet «Energy» Ltd. améliorera les processus de production, ce qui augmentera la compétitivité et augmentera son potentiel d’exportation de produits manufacturés. Après la mise en service des machines, l’entreprise complétera les lignes de production et technologiques existantes et en développera de nouvelles. Cela permettra d’élargir et d’enrichir le produit et la structure de l’assortiment avec une efficacité de production accrue. Le total des coûts éligibles du projet s’élève à 387 597,00 BGN, dont 348 837,00 BGN est une subvention. La requérante déclare disposer de ses propres ressources pour le cofinancement. Les résultats escomptés du projet sont principalement liés à l’augmentation du nombre de produits fabriqués par Enerkemal Ltd., ainsi qu’à l’optimisation des coûts de production. D’autres effets positifs sont attendus du fait de la réduction du temps nécessaire pour sécuriser et déplacer les pièces fabriquées, une optimisation significative en termes d’efficacité des ressources et d’efficacité dans l’activité de production de l’entreprise. Der Projektvorschlag zielt auf den Ausbau und den Ausbau der Produktionskapazität von Enerkemical Ltd. ab. Dies wird durch die Einführung moderner Metallbearbeitungsmaschinen und -ausrüstungen für die Metallreinigung erreicht, nämlich: Vertikale Triaxialfräsmaschine, Rohrbiegemaschine mit Form und Gegenform mit einem Biegebereich von schwarzen Stahlrohren bis zu 2"GASx4 mm und Dampfreiniger. Die ersten beiden Maschinen sind mit digitaler Softwaresteuerung ausgestattet, um technologische Aufgaben für Werkzeugmaschinen zu schaffen und zu optimieren. Mit der Realisierung des Projekts „Energy“ Ltd. wird die Produktionsprozesse verbessern, was die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit erhöhen und ihr Exportpotenzial für hergestellte Produkte erhöhen wird. Nach der Inbetriebnahme der Maschinen wird das Unternehmen die bestehenden Produktions- und Technologielinien ergänzen und neue entwickeln. Dadurch können die Produkt- und Sortimentsstruktur erweitert und mit erhöhter Produktionseffizienz angereichert werden. Die förderfähigen Gesamtkosten des Projekts belaufen sich auf 387 597.00 BGN, wovon 348 837.00 BGN ein Zuschuss ist. Die Klägerin erklärt, dass sie über eigene Mittel für die Kofinanzierung verfügt. Die erwarteten Ergebnisse des Projekts hängen im Wesentlichen mit der Zunahme der von Enerkemal Ltd. hergestellten Produkte sowie der Optimierung der Produktionskosten zusammen. Weitere positive Effekte werden von der verkürzten Zeit zur Sicherung und Verbringung der hergestellten Teile erwartet, eine signifikante Optimierung in Bezug auf Ressourceneffizienz und Effizienz in der Produktionstätigkeit des Unternehmens. Het projectvoorstel heeft tot doel de productiecapaciteit van Enerkemical Ltd uit te breiden en te vergroten. Dit zal worden bereikt door de invoering van moderne metaalbewerkingsmachines en -apparatuur voor het reinigen van metalen, namelijk: Verticale triaxiale freesmachine, Pijpbuigmachine met vorm en tegenvorm met een buigbereik van zwarte stalen buizen tot 2 "GASx4 mm en stoomreiniger. De eerste twee machines zijn uitgerust met digitale softwarebesturing om technologische taken voor werktuigmachines te creëren en te optimaliseren. Met de realisatie van het project „Energy” Ltd. zal de productieprocessen verbeteren, wat het concurrentievermogen zal vergroten en het exportpotentieel van vervaardigde producten zal vergroten. Na de inbedrijfstelling van de machines zal het bedrijf de bestaande productie- en technologische lijnen aanvullen en nieuwe lijnen ontwikkelen. Hierdoor kunnen de product- en assortimentsstructuur worden uitgebreid en verrijkt met een verhoogde productie-efficiëntie. De totale subsidiabele kosten van het project bedragen 387 597.00 BGN, waarvan 348 837.00 BGN een subsidie is. Verzoekster verklaart over haar eigen middelen voor de medefinanciering te beschikken. La proposta di progetto mira ad ampliare e aumentare la capacità produttiva di Enerkemical Ltd. Questo obiettivo sarà raggiunto attraverso l'introduzione di moderne macchine per la lavorazione dei metalli e attrezzature per la pulizia dei metalli, vale a dire: Fresatrice triassiale verticale, piegatrice per tubi con forma e controforma con una gamma di curvatura di tubi in acciaio nero fino a 2"GASx4 mm e detergente a vapore. Le prime due macchine sono dotate di controllo software digitale per creare e ottimizzare le attività tecnologiche per le macchine utensili. Con la realizzazione del progetto "Energy" Ltd. migliorerà i processi produttivi, che aumenterà la competitività e aumenterà il suo potenziale di esportazione di prodotti manifatturieri. Dopo la messa in servizio delle macchine, l'azienda completerà le linee produttive e tecnologiche esistenti e ne svilupperà nuove. Ciò consentirà di ampliare e arricchire la struttura del prodotto e dell'assortimento con una maggiore efficienza produttiva. I costi totali ammissibili del progetto ammontano a 387 597 BGN, di cui 348 837.00 BGN è una sovvenzione. La ricorrente dichiara di disporre di risorse proprie per il cofinanziamento. I risultati attesi del progetto sono principalmente legati all'aumento del numero di prodotti prodotti da Enerkemal Ltd., nonché all'ottimizzazione dei costi di produzione. Ulteriori effetti positivi sono attesi dal tempo ridotto per garantire e spostare i pezzi fabbricati, ottimizzazione significativa in termini di efficienza delle risorse e efficienza nell'attività produttiva dell'azienda. Esto se logrará mediante la introducción de modernas máquinas y equipos para la limpieza de metales, a saber: Fresadora triaxial vertical, dobladora de tuberías con forma y contraforma con una gama de curvas de acero negro de hasta 2"GASx4 mm y limpiador de vapor. Las dos primeras máquinas están equipadas con control de software digital para crear y optimizar tareas tecnológicas para máquinas herramienta. Con la realización del proyecto «Energy» Ltd. mejorará los procesos de producción, lo que aumentará la competitividad y aumentará su potencial de exportación de productos manufacturados. Tras la puesta en marcha de las máquinas, la empresa complementará las líneas de producción y tecnología existentes y desarrollará otras nuevas. Esto permitirá ampliar y enriquecer la estructura de productos y surtidos con una mayor eficiencia de producción. Los costes subvencionables totales del proyecto ascienden a 387.597,00 BGN, de los cuales 348 837,00 BGN constituyen una subvención. La demandante declara que dispone de recursos propios para la cofinanciación. Los resultados esperados del proyecto están relacionados principalmente con el aumento del número de productos producidos por Enerkemal Ltd., así como con la optimización de los costes de producción. Se esperan efectos positivos adicionales de la reducción del tiempo para asegurar y mover las piezas fabricadas, una optimización significativa en términos de eficiencia de recursos y eficiencia en la actividad de producción de la empresa.
