    Проблемите с наличността на работната ръка в България принуждава работодателите често да работят със служители и работници с капацитет под фирмените трудови и професионални стандарти, а в същото време фирмените бюджети не позволяват необходимите инвестиции за обучение и развитие на човешкия капитал. Интегрирането на българския пазар на труда към единния европейски пазар, бързото навлизане на новите информационни и комуникационни технологии и продължаващите процеси на преструктуриране на националната икономика поставят въпроса за способността на заетите лица да посрещат настъпващите промени. В тази връзка е необходимо да се повишават изискванията от страна на работодателите към работната сила, но и да се направят инвестиции по отношение на уменията за работа с новите производствени и информационни технологии, както и познанията по чужди езици. Чрез проекта "Подобряване на професионалната квалификация, компетенциите и уменията на заетите лица във "ВОДОСНАБДЯВАНЕ И КАНАЛИЗАЦИЯ" ООД - гр. Силистра ще бъдат решени горепосочените проблеми като 82 работника на дружеството преминат обучение за придобиване на професионална квалификация по част от професията: "Монтажник ВИК мрежи", „Електромонтьор” и „Офис секретар”, 25 човека преминат обучение по ключова компетентност 2 "Общуване на чужди езици" - изучаване на английски език, а други 31 служители преминат обучение по ключова компетентност 4 "Дигитална компетентност". Подобряването на професионалната квалификация, компетенциите и уменията на заетите лица в дружеството ще окаже положително въздействие както върху ефективността, производителността и конкурентоспособността на компанията, така и на всеки един служител поотделно. Придобиването на нови знания и умения, свързани с повишаване на професионалната квалификация и ключовите компетенции ще доведе както до подобряване на адаптивността на заетите лица, така и до удължаване на активната им трудова дейност.     Labour availability problems in Bulgaria force employers often to work with employees and workers with capacity below company labour and professional standards, while at the same time company budgets do not allow the necessary investment for training and development of human capital. The integration of the Bulgarian labour market into the single European market, the rapid uptake of new information and communication technologies and the ongoing processes of restructuring the national economy raise the question of the ability of employees to face the changes that are under way. In this regard, there is a need to increase employers’ demands on the workforce, but also to invest in skills to work with new manufacturing and information technologies, as well as knowledge of foreign languages. The project "Improvement of the professional qualifications, competences and skills of employees in "Water Supply AND CANALISATION" Ltd. — Silistra will solve the above problems as 82 employees of the company undergo training for acquiring professional qualifications in part of the profession: “Installer WIK Networks”, “Electronic fitter” and “Office Secretary”, 25 people have received training in key competence 2 “Communication of foreign languages” — English language learning, and another 31 staff have received training in key competence 4 “Digital Competence”. Improving the professional qualifications, competences and skills of employees in the company will have a positive impact on both the efficiency, productivity and competitiveness of the company and of each employee individually. The acquisition of new knowledge and skills related to the upgrading of professional qualifications and key competences will lead to both improving the adaptability of employees and prolonging their active activity.     Les problèmes de disponibilité de la main-d’œuvre en Bulgarie obligent souvent les employeurs à travailler avec des employés et des travailleurs dont les capacités sont inférieures aux normes professionnelles et professionnelles de l’entreprise, tandis que les budgets de l’entreprise ne permettent pas les investissements nécessaires à la formation et au développement du capital humain. L’amélioration des qualifications professionnelles, des compétences et des aptitudes des salariés de l’entreprise aura un impact positif sur l’efficacité, la productivité et la compétitivité de l’entreprise et de chaque employé individuellement.     Probleme bei der Verfügbarkeit von Arbeitskräften in Bulgarien zwingen Arbeitgeber häufig dazu, mit Arbeitnehmern und Arbeitnehmern mit einer Kapazität unterhalb der betrieblichen und beruflichen Standards zu arbeiten, während gleichzeitig die Unternehmensbudgets nicht die notwendigen Investitionen für die Ausbildung und Entwicklung des Humankapitals ermöglichen. Die Integration des bulgarischen Arbeitsmarktes in den europäischen Binnenmarkt, die rasche Einführung neuer Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien und die laufenden Prozesse der Umstrukturierung der Volkswirtschaft werfen die Frage auf, ob die Arbeitnehmer den laufenden Veränderungen begegnen können. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es notwendig, die Anforderungen der Arbeitgeber an die Arbeitskräfte zu erhöhen, aber auch in Kompetenzen zu investieren, um mit neuen Fertigungs- und Informationstechnologien sowie Fremdsprachenkenntnissen zu arbeiten. Das Projekt "Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikationen, Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter in "Wasserversorgung AND CANALISATION" Ltd. – Silistra wird die oben genannten Probleme lösen, da 82 Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens eine Ausbildung zum Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen in einem Teil des Berufs absolvieren: „Installer WIK Networks“, „Electronic fitter“ und „Office Secretary“, 25 Personen haben eine Ausbildung in Schlüsselkompetenz 2 „Kommunikation der Fremdsprachen“ erhalten – Englisch lernen, und weitere 31 Mitarbeiter haben eine Ausbildung in Schlüsselkompetenz 4 „Digitale Kompetenz“ erhalten. Die Verbesserung der beruflichen Qualifikationen, Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten der Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen wird sich positiv auf die Effizienz, Produktivität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens und jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters auswirken. Der Erwerb neuer Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Verbesserung von Berufsqualifikationen und Schlüsselkompetenzen wird sowohl zur Verbesserung der Anpassungsfähigkeit der Arbeitnehmer als auch zur Verlängerung ihrer aktiven Tätigkeit führen.     Problemen met de beschikbaarheid van arbeidskrachten in Bulgarije dwingen werkgevers vaak om te werken met werknemers en werknemers met een capaciteit die onder de arbeids- en professionele normen van het bedrijf ligt, terwijl de bedrijfsbegrotingen niet de nodige investeringen voor opleiding en ontwikkeling van menselijk kapitaal mogelijk maken. In dit verband moeten de werkgevers meer eisen stellen aan de werknemers, maar moeten ook worden geïnvesteerd in vaardigheden om te werken met nieuwe productie- en informatietechnologieën en in kennis van vreemde talen. Het project "Verbetering van de beroepskwalificaties, competenties en vaardigheden van werknemers in "Water Supply AND CANALISATION" Ltd. — Silistra zal bovenstaande problemen oplossen aangezien 82 werknemers van het bedrijf een opleiding volgen voor het verwerven van beroepskwalificaties in een deel van het beroep: „Installateur WIK Networks”, „Elektronische fitter” en „Office Secretary”, 25 mensen hebben een opleiding gekregen in sleutelcompetentie 2 „Communicatie van vreemde talen” — Engels leren van talen, en nog eens 31 personeelsleden hebben een opleiding in sleutelcompetentie 4 „Digital Competence”. Het verbeteren van de beroepskwalificaties, competenties en vaardigheden van werknemers in het bedrijf zal een positief effect hebben op zowel de efficiëntie, de productiviteit en het concurrentievermogen van het bedrijf als van elke werknemer afzonderlijk. De verwerving van nieuwe kennis en vaardigheden in verband met de verbetering van beroepskwalificaties en sleutelcompetenties zal zowel leiden tot een verbetering van het aanpassingsvermogen van werknemers als tot een verlenging van hun actieve activiteit.     I problemi di disponibilità di manodopera in Bulgaria costringono spesso i datori di lavoro a lavorare con dipendenti e lavoratori con capacità inferiori alle norme aziendali e professionali, mentre al tempo stesso i bilanci aziendali non consentono gli investimenti necessari per la formazione e lo sviluppo del capitale umano. L'integrazione del mercato del lavoro bulgaro nel mercato unico europeo, la rapida adozione di nuove tecnologie dell'informazione e della comunicazione e i processi in corso di ristrutturazione dell'economia nazionale sollevano la questione della capacità dei lavoratori di far fronte ai cambiamenti in corso. A questo proposito, è necessario aumentare la domanda dei datori di lavoro nei confronti della forza lavoro, ma anche investire in competenze per lavorare con le nuove tecnologie manifatturiere e dell'informazione, nonché la conoscenza delle lingue straniere.
