Проектът е насочен към лица от целевите групи, които са най-застрашени от маргинализация и изпадане под границата на бедността. Той предвижда подкрепа на процеса на интеграция на маргинализираните общности, подобряване достъпа до заетост и насърчаване на пълноценното участие в обществения живот на представители на уязвимите групи на територията на община Хисаря. По проекта ще бъдат осъществени дейности : 1 Активиране на икономически неактивни лица 2 Предоставяне на мотивационни обучения 3 Обучения по ключови компетентности 4 Обучения за придобиване на професионална квалификация 5 Включване в заетост 6 Повишаване информираността на представителите на целевата група относно социалните и здравните права. Повишаване здравната култура на представителите на целевата група. 7 Развитие на местните общности и преодоляване на негативните стереотипиВ проекта ще бъдат включени представители от следните целеви групи- 1/ Участници в неравностойно положение; 2/РомиЩе бъде осигурена заетост на 5 лица от целевата група за период от 6 месеца.Изпълнението на планираните дейности ще създаде предпоставки за устойчива заетост, формиране на активно поведение на пазара на труда, придобиване на професионални и трудови умения, подобряване жизнения стандарт на участниците и благосъстоянието им. The project targets individuals from the target groups most at risk of marginalisation and falling below the poverty line. It envisages supporting the process of integration of marginalised communities, improving access to employment and promoting the full participation in public life of representatives of vulnerable groups in the territory of the municipality of Hisarya. The project will carry out activities: 1 Activation of economically inactive persons 2 Provision of motivational trainings 3 Trainings on key competences 4 Trainings for vocational qualification 5 Inclusion in employment 6 Enhancing the awareness of the representatives of the target group about social and health rights. Enhancing the health culture of the representatives of the target group. 7 Development of local communities and overcoming negative stereotypesThe project will include representatives from the following target groups — 1/Participants from disadvantaged backgrounds; 2/Romisht will be provided employment for 5 persons from the target group for a period of 6 months. The implementation of the planned activities will create prerequisites for sustainable employment, formation of active behavior on the labour market, acquisition of professional and working skills, improvement of the living standards of the participants and their well-being. Le projet cible les personnes appartenant aux groupes cibles les plus exposés au risque de marginalisation et qui tombent en dessous du seuil de pauvreté. Il envisage de soutenir le processus d ' intégration des communautés marginalisées, d ' améliorer l ' accès à l ' emploi et de promouvoir la pleine participation à la vie publique des représentants des groupes vulnérables sur le territoire de la municipalité d ' Hisarya. Le projet réalisera des activités: 1 Activation de personnes économiquement inactives 2 Fourniture de formations motrices 3 Formations sur les compétences clés 4 Formations à la qualification professionnelle 5 Inclusion dans l’emploi 6 Renforcement de la sensibilisation des représentants du groupe cible aux droits sociaux et de santé. Renforcer la culture sanitaire des représentants du groupe cible. 7 Développement des communautés locales et élimination des stéréotypes négatifsLe projet comprendra des représentants des groupes cibles suivants: 1/Participants issus de milieux défavorisés; 2/Romisht bénéficiera d’un emploi pour 5 personnes du groupe cible pendant une période de 6 mois. La mise en œuvre des activités prévues créera des conditions préalables à l’emploi durable, à la formation d’un comportement actif sur le marché du travail, à l’acquisition de compétences professionnelles et professionnelles, à l’amélioration du niveau de vie des participants et à leur bien-être. Das Projekt richtet sich an Personen aus den Zielgruppen, die am stärksten von Marginalisierung bedroht sind und unter die Armutsgrenze fallen. Er sieht vor, den Prozess der Integration marginalisierter Gemeinschaften zu unterstützen, den Zugang zur Beschäftigung zu verbessern und die uneingeschränkte Beteiligung von Vertretern schutzbedürftiger Gruppen auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Hisarya am öffentlichen Leben zu fördern. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Maßnahmen durchgeführt: 1 Aktivierung von erwerbstätigen Personen 2 Bereitstellung von Motivationstrainings 3 Schulungen zu Schlüsselkompetenzen 4 Ausbildungen zur beruflichen Qualifikation 5 Eingliederung in die Beschäftigung 6 Stärkung des Bewusstseins der Vertreter der Zielgruppe für soziale und gesundheitliche Rechte. Verbesserung der Gesundheitskultur der Vertreter der Zielgruppe. 7 Entwicklung lokaler Gemeinschaften und Überwindung negativer StereotypenDas Projekt umfasst Vertreter der folgenden Zielgruppen – 1/Teilnehmer aus benachteiligten Verhältnissen; 2/Romisht wird für einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten für 5 Personen aus der Zielgruppe zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Umsetzung der geplanten Aktivitäten schafft Voraussetzungen für eine nachhaltige Beschäftigung, die Bildung von aktivem Verhalten auf dem Arbeitsmarkt, den Erwerb von Berufs- und Arbeitskompetenzen, die Verbesserung des Lebensstandards der Teilnehmer und ihr Wohlbefinden. Het project is gericht op personen uit de doelgroepen die het grootste risico lopen te worden gemarginaliseerd en onder de armoedegrens vallen. Het is de bedoeling het integratieproces van gemarginaliseerde gemeenschappen te ondersteunen, de toegang tot werkgelegenheid te verbeteren en de volledige deelname aan het openbare leven van vertegenwoordigers van kwetsbare groepen op het grondgebied van de gemeente Hisarya te bevorderen. Het project zal activiteiten uitvoeren: 1 Activering van economisch inactieven 2 Het verstrekken van motiverende opleidingen 3 Opleidingen inzake sleutelcompetenties 4 Opleidingen voor beroepskwalificatie 5 Inclusief werk 6 Verbetering van het bewustzijn van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep over sociale en gezondheidsrechten. Verbetering van de gezondheidscultuur van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep. 7 Ontwikkeling van lokale gemeenschappen en het overwinnen van negatieve stereotypen. Het project omvat vertegenwoordigers van de volgende doelgroepen — 1/deelnemers uit kansarme milieus; 2/Romisht krijgt gedurende een periode van 6 maanden werk voor 5 personen uit de doelgroep. De uitvoering van de geplande activiteiten creëert voorwaarden voor duurzame werkgelegenheid, vorming van actief gedrag op de arbeidsmarkt, verwerving van professionele en werkvaardigheden, verbetering van de levensstandaard van de deelnemers en hun welzijn. Il progetto si rivolge a persone appartenenti ai gruppi destinatari maggiormente a rischio di emarginazione e che scendono al di sotto della soglia di povertà. Intende sostenere il processo di integrazione delle comunità emarginate, migliorare l'accesso all'occupazione e promuovere la piena partecipazione alla vita pubblica dei rappresentanti dei gruppi vulnerabili nel territorio del comune di Hisarya. El proyecto se dirige a las personas de los grupos destinatarios más expuestos a la marginación y a caer por debajo del umbral de pobreza. Prevé apoyar el proceso de integración de las comunidades marginadas, mejorar el acceso al empleo y promover la plena participación en la vida pública de los representantes de los grupos vulnerables en el territorio del municipio de Hisarya. El proyecto llevará a cabo actividades: 1 Activación de personas económicamente inactivas 2 Formación de motivaciones 3 Formación sobre competencias clave 4 Formación para cualificaciones profesionales 5 Inclusión en el empleo 6 Mejora de la sensibilización de los representantes del grupo destinatario sobre los derechos sociales y sanitarios.
