    “Реликс Вибро” АД е наложила се на българския пазар фирма за производство на бетонни и стоманобетонни изделия за канализационни системи, вертикална планировка на паркови и междублокови пространства. Производството на “Реликс Вибро” АД е съсредоточено в три производствени звена - Завод “Студена” (с. Студена, общ. Перник), производствена база “Обеля” (гр. София) и “Бетонов Завод Резбарска” (гр. София). В рамките на проекта се предвижда общо 82 заети лица в “Реликс Вибро” АД да преминат следните обучения:- професионално обучение Строител, специалност 5820303 Армировка и бетон - II СПК (45 лица)- професионално обучение Продавач - консултант, специалност 3410201 Продавач - консултант - II СПК (15 лица) - професионално обучение Охранител, специалност 8610103 Физическа охрана на обекти - III СПК (15 лица)- обучение за ключова компетентност –английски език за 15 лица, 8 от които ще преминат обучение за Продавач - консултант и допълнителни 7 лица, за които също е идентифицирана нужда от обучение. Направен е подбор на целевата група, така че да се гарантира, че обученията точно адресират нуждите от подобряване на компетентността на всяко от лицата, както и че са изпълнени всички изисквания на Условията на кандидатите. Окончателен подбор ще бъде направен след подписване на договор.В момента лицата са наети на различни длъжности в администрацията и производството, като целта е те да подобрят своите знания и умения, да се постигне единно ниво на професионална подготовка, което ще им помогне да се развиват професионално и да заемат качествени работни места. Обученията ще бъдат възложени на външни изпълнители в съответствие с разпоредбите на ЗУСЕСИФ и другите приложими документи.     Relix Vibro AD has established itself on the Bulgarian market for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete products for sewage systems, vertical planning of park and inter-block spaces. The production of Relix Vibro AD is concentrated in three production units — Studena Plant (Studena village, municipality of Studena). Pernik), production base “Obelia” (Sofia) and “Betonov Zavod Rezbarska” (Sofia). The project envisages a total of 82 employees in Relix Vibro AD to undergo the following trainings:- vocational training Builder, specialty 5820303 Armourage and concrete — II CCC (45 persons) — vocational training Seller — consultant, specialty 3410201 Salesperson — consultant — consultant — consultant — II CCC (15 persons) — professional training Guard, specialty 8610103 Physical security of sites — III CCC (15 persons) — training for key competence — English language for 15 persons, 8 of whom will receive training as a Seller — consultant and additional 7 persons, for whom also a need for training has been identified. A selection of the target group has been made to ensure that the trainings address precisely the needs for improving the competence of each individual and that all the requirements of the Applicants’ Terms are met. Final selection will be made after signing a contract. Currently, the persons are employed in various positions in the administration and production, with the aim of improving their knowledge and skills, achieving a uniform level of professional training that will help them develop professionally and occupy quality jobs. The trainings will be outsourced in accordance with the provisions of the ZUSESIF and other relevant documents. Le projet prévoit que 82 employés de Relix Vibro AD suivront les formations suivantes:- formation professionnelle Constructeur, spécialité 5820303 Armourage et béton — II CCC (45 personnes) — formation professionnelle Vendeur — consultant, spécialité 3410201 Vendeur — consultant — consultant — consultant — II CCC (15 personnes) — formation professionnelle Garde, spécialité 8610103 Sécurité physique des sites — III CCC (15 personnes) — formation pour les compétences clés — langue anglaise pour 15 personnes, dont 8 recevront une formation en tant que vendeur — consultant et 7 personnes supplémentaires, pour lesquelles un besoin de formation a également été identifié. Une sélection du groupe cible a été faite pour veiller à ce que les formations répondent précisément aux besoins d’amélioration des compétences de chaque individu et à ce que toutes les exigences des conditions des candidats soient respectées. La sélection finale sera effectuée après la signature d’un contrat. Actuellement, les personnes sont employées à différents postes dans l’administration et la production, dans le but d’améliorer leurs connaissances et leurs compétences, d’atteindre un niveau uniforme de formation professionnelle qui les aidera à se développer professionnellement et à occuper des emplois de qualité. Die Produktion von Relix Vibro AD konzentriert sich auf drei Produktionseinheiten – Studena Plant (Dorf Studena, Gemeinde Studena). Pernik), Produktionsbasis „Obelia“ (Sofia) und „Betonov Zavod Rezbarska“ (Sofia). Das Projekt sieht insgesamt 82 Mitarbeiter in Relix Vibro AD vor, folgende Schulungen zu absolvieren:- Berufsausbildung Baumeister, Spezialgebiet 5820303 Rüstung und Beton – II CCC (45 Personen) – Berufsausbildung Verkäufer – Berater, Spezialität 3410201 Verkäufer – Berater – Berater – Berater – Berater – Berater – II CCC (15 Personen) – Berufsausbildung 8610103 Körperliche Sicherheit der Standorte – III CCC (15 Personen) – Ausbildung für Schlüsselkompetenz – Englisch für 15 Personen, von denen 8 als Verkäufer ausgebildet werden – Berater und weitere 7 Personen, für die auch ein Ausbildungsbedarf festgestellt wurde. Es wurde eine Auswahl der Zielgruppe getroffen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Schulungen genau auf den Bedarf zur Verbesserung der Kompetenz jedes Einzelnen eingehen und alle Anforderungen der Bedingungen der Bewerber erfüllt werden. Die endgültige Auswahl erfolgt nach Vertragsunterzeichnung. Derzeit sind die Personen in verschiedenen Positionen in Verwaltung und Produktion beschäftigt, um ihre Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten zu verbessern, ein einheitliches Niveau der Berufsausbildung zu erreichen, das ihnen hilft, sich professionell zu entwickeln und qualitativ hochwertige Arbeitsplätze zu besetzen. Die Schulungen werden gemäß den Bestimmungen des ZUSESIF und anderer einschlägiger Dokumente ausgelagert. De productie van Relix Vibro AD is geconcentreerd in drie productie-eenheden — Studena Plant (Studena dorp, gemeente Studena). Pernik), productiebasis „Obelia” (Sofia) en „Betonov Zavod Rezbarska” (Sofia). Het project voorziet in een totaal van 82 werknemers in Relix Vibro AD om de volgende opleidingen te volgen:- beroepsopleiding Bouwer, specialiteit 5820303 Armourage en beton — II CCC (45 personen) — beroepsopleiding Verkoper — consultant, specialiteit 3410201 Verkoopmedewerker — consultant — consultant — adviseur — II CCC (15 personen) — beroepsopleiding Garde, specialiteit 8610103 Fysieke beveiliging van locaties — III CCC (15 personen) — opleiding voor sleutelcompetentie — Engelse taal voor 15 personen, van wie 8 een opleiding tot verkoper zullen krijgen — adviseur en extra 7 personen, voor wie ook een opleidingsbehoefte is vastgesteld. Er is een selectie van de doelgroep gemaakt om ervoor te zorgen dat de opleidingen precies inspelen op de behoeften om de competentie van elk individu te verbeteren en dat aan alle vereisten van de voorwaarden van de aanvragers wordt voldaan. De uiteindelijke selectie vindt plaats na ondertekening van een contract. Momenteel zijn de personen werkzaam in verschillende functies in de administratie en productie, met als doel het verbeteren van hun kennis en vaardigheden, het bereiken van een uniform niveau van beroepsopleiding die hen zal helpen zich professioneel te ontwikkelen en hoogwaardige banen te bezetten.
