1. A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények Az eddig megvalósított trombitás táborok népszerűsége jól mutatja, hogy a zenetanulásra, -gyakorlásra a nyári szünet folyamán is igény mutatkozik. Ehhez a támogatást igénylő olyan módon kíván hozzájárulni, hogy játékos, szórakoztató formában kínál zenetanulási lehetőséget a helyi fiataloknak. Ide sorolható a nyári tábor, amely a zeneiskolás diákok számára kerül megszervezésre, a koncert, valamint a tanári szakmai kirándulás is. A zene olyan műfaj, amely igényes művelése nem tűr meg 3 hónapnyi szünetet. Jól tudják ezt az itt tanító tanárok, de a diákok is érzékelik, így nem egyszer szóvá is teszik a nyári zenetanulás iránti igényüket. 2. A projekt előkészítettsége A projekt tekintetében előzetes igényfelmérés történt, valamint a beruházás költségeinek meghatározása érdekében árajánlatok kerültek bekérésre a megvalósítandó tevékenységek vonatkozásában. 3. A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) Elsődleges célcsoportok: - balmazújvárosi zeneiskolás tanulók - 18 év alatti fiatalok, akiben igény mutatkozik a nyári szünet alatti zenetanulásra - zeneiskola tanárai - a trombitástábor iránt érdeklődő balmazújvárosi és más településekről érkező fiatalok Másodlagos célcsoportként Balmazújváros teljes lakosságát említhetjük, akik a megvalósuló záróműsorok, koncertek által részesei lesznek a projekt eredményeinek. 4. Megvalósítandó tevékenységek A projekt keretein belül a felhívás 3.1.1 „Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek” pontján belül az A.) „Kulturális és szabadidős programkínálat gazdagítása” főtevékenység kerül megvalósításra. Megvalósításra kerül egy zenei tábor a balmazújvárosi zeneiskolában tanuló, zenekarban részt vevő fiatalok számára, hangszerbeszerzéssel együtt, valamint a tanároknak szakmai kirándulást szervezünk a lengyelországi Łancut városába, az ottani zeneiskolával történő kapcsolatfelvétel céljából. A Nemzetközi fúvószenekari verseny kísérőrendezvényeként egy Pannonia Ska Orchestra koncert került megvalósításra jelen pályázati projektből, amely a fúvószene könnyűzenei műfajú művelését mutatja be. Megvalósításra kerül a Balmazújvároson már hagyományosan megrendezett trombitás tábor is. Az egyes tevékenységekhez köthető költséghányadok az alábbiak szerint alakulnak: Tevékenység Költséghányad 3.1.1. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek A) Kulturális és szabadidős programkínálat gazdagítása b) Nyári tehetséggondozó és fejlesztő táborok megszervezése; c) Szakkörök, művészeti képzések, osztályszínházi produkciók, koncertek, tanulmányi kirándulások, és egyéb fiatal célcsoportnak szóló közösségfejlesztő programok, akciók megszervezése. Közéleti aktivitást támogató, a demokrácia gyakorlati alkalmazását bemutató akciók szervezése. 56,55 % 3.1.2.1. 1. The popularity of the trumpet camps implemented so far shows that there is a demand for music learning and practice during the summer break. To this end, the applicant seeks to contribute by offering music learning opportunities for young people in a playful and entertaining way. This includes the summer camp, which is organised for music school students, the concert and the teacher’s professional excursion. Music is a genre whose demanding practice does not tolerate a break of 3 months. Teachers who teach here know this well, but the students also perceive this, so they often speak about their need for music learning in summer. 2. Preparation of the project A preliminary assessment of needs was carried out for the project and quotations were requested for the activities to be carried out in order to determine the costs of the investment. 3. Target group(s) covered by the project Primary target groups: — Students from Balmazújváros Music School — young people under the age of 18, in whom there is a demand for music learning during the summer break — teachers of music school — young people from Balmazújváros and other settlements interested in the Trombity camp can be mentioned as a secondary target group, the entire population of Balmazújváros, who will participate in the project’s results through the final programmes and concerts being implemented. 4. Activities to be implemented In the framework of the project, the main activity A) “Enhancing cultural and leisure programme offerings” will be implemented under point 3.1.1 “Only eligible activities” of the call. A music camp will be implemented for young people studying at the music school in Balmazújváros and participating in the orchestra, together with the purchase of musical instruments, and we organise a professional excursion for teachers to the city of Łancut in Poland, in order to get in touch with the music school there. As a side event of the International Brass Orchestra competition, a Pannonia Ska Orchestra concert was carried out from the present project, which presents the production of wind music in the genre of popular music. The traditional trumpet camp in Balmazújváros will also be implemented. The cost ratios for each activity are as follows: Activity cost ratio 3.1.1. Self-eligible activities A) enrichment of cultural and leisure programmes b) Organisation of summer talent management and development camps; C) organisation of specialised circles, art courses, class theatre productions, concerts, field trips and other community development programmes and actions for young target groups. 1. La popularité des camps de trompettes mis en place jusqu’à présent montre qu’il y a une demande pour l’apprentissage de la musique et la pratique pendant la pause estivale. À cette fin, la requérante cherche à contribuer en offrant aux jeunes des possibilités d’apprentissage de la musique de manière ludique et divertissante. Cela comprend le camp d’été, qui est organisé pour les élèves de l’école de musique, le concert et l’excursion professionnelle du professeur. La musique est un genre dont la pratique exigeante ne tolère pas une pause de 3 mois. Les enseignants qui enseignent ici le savent bien, mais les élèves le perçoivent aussi, de sorte qu’ils parlent souvent de leur besoin d’apprendre la musique en été. 2. Préparation du projet Une évaluation préliminaire des besoins a été effectuée pour le projet et des devis ont été demandés pour les activités à réaliser afin de déterminer les coûts de l’investissement. 3. Groupe(s) cible(s) couvert(s) par le projet Groupes cibles principaux: — Les élèves de l’école de musique de Balmazújváros — jeunes de moins de 18 ans, dans lesquels il y a une demande pour l’apprentissage de la musique pendant la pause estivale — enseignants de l’école de musique — les jeunes de Balmazújváros et d’autres établissements intéressés par le camp de Trombity peuvent être mentionnés comme un groupe cible secondaire, l’ensemble de la population de Balmazújváros, qui participeront aux résultats du projet à travers les programmes finaux et les concerts mis en œuvre. 4. Activités à mettre en œuvre Dans le cadre du projet, l’activité principale A) «Améliorer l’offre de programmes culturels et de loisirs» sera mise en œuvre au point 3.1.1 «Activités éligibles» de l’appel. Un camp de musique sera mis en place pour les jeunes qui étudient à l’école de musique de Balmazújváros et qui participent à l’orchestre, ainsi que l’achat d’instruments de musique, et nous organisons une excursion professionnelle pour les enseignants dans la ville de Łancut, en Pologne, afin d’y entrer en contact avec l’école de musique. En marge du concours International Brass Orchestra, un concert de Pannonia Ska Orchestra a été réalisé à partir du présent projet, qui présente la production de musique de vent dans le genre de la musique populaire. Le camp de trompette traditionnel de Balmazújváros sera également mis en œuvre. Les ratios de coûts pour chaque activité sont les suivants: Ratio des coûts d’activité 3.1.1. Activités auto-éligibles A) enrichissement des programmes culturels et de loisirs b) organisation de camps de développement et de gestion des talents d’été; C) l’organisation de cercles spécialisés, de cours d’art, de productions théâtrales en classe, de concerts, d’excursions sur le terrain et d’autres programmes et actions de développement communautaire destinés aux jeunes groupes cibles.
