A pályázatban szereplő tételek szakmai tartalma a következő: Vállalti CRM fejlesztése, az összes partneri kapcsolat naprakészen tartásához. Tárgyalásemlékeztetők, teendők, naptár alkalmazása. A meglévő levelezőrendszerrel képes legyen szinkronizálódni. Követő események létrehozásával jövőbeni feladatok tervezése is lehetséges. Beszerzési támogatása automatikus készletfigyeléssel, beszerzési megrendelés ajánlatot ad a rendszer, teljes visszakövethetőséget a beszerzéstől a felhasználáson át a kiszállításig. Táv- és csoportmunka támogatása a szellemi pozíciók esetén. Lehetőség nyílik olyan összetett munkavégzésre, hogy nem kell minden résztvevőnek személyesen a helyszíne megjelenni, elég csak online kapcsolatban lenni. A teljes pénzügyi és számviteli rendszer integrálása az ERP-be. Banki kapcsolat, könyvelés, főkönyvelés, adatkötelezettségek ellátása a hatóságok irányába. Tovább kívánjuk fejleszteni a internetes értékesítést, új modernebb webshop kialakításával mind a végfelhasználók, mind a meglévő partnereinknek. A meglévő termelési területeinkhez kapcsolódva mobil technikai eszközöket fogunk csatolni. Munkafolyamat irányítás bevezetése. Azoknál a dokumentumoknál, ahol többszereplős az elfogadás, vagy az információcsatolás, azoknál kívánjuk ezt bevezetni. Elektronikus iratkezelés. Az iktatott és nem iktatott dokumentumok (szerződések, tárgyalásemlékeztetők, grafikai anyagok és minden egyéb) kezelése és minden érintett számára egyszerű elérhetőségének kialakítása. Elektronikus tudásbázis létrehozása. A már megvalósult termékfejlesztések vagy egyéb projektek tapasztalatait fogjuk ezen a felületen gyűjteni. Online fizetési lehetőség megteremtése. Felhőalapú szolgáltatásmenedzsment létrehozása. Olyan szolgáltatásokat szeretnénk a partnereinknek biztosítani, amivel megkönnyíthetjük a kapcsolatainkat. Könnyebbé és gyorsabbá válik az információáramlás. Minden terület kapcsolódik a meglévő HÉLIX ERP rendszerünkhöz, kiegészíti, és ráépül, ezáltal hatékonyabbá és modernebbé teszi.
