A Mezőtúr Fejlesztéséért Helyi Közösség célja, hogy Mezőtúr város térsége hozzájáruljon a megye és a Kormány által megfogalmazott térséget érintő célok megvalósításához a CLLD eszközeivel. Utalva az elmúlt években létrejött Mezőtúrt érintő fejlesztési források beáramlására, a konzorcium célja, hogy a sikeres CLLD programmal a 2014-2020-as programozási időszakban részese legyen a térségi fejlődésnek, kiegészítve az egyéb Operatív programok bevonásával megvalósuló helyi fejlesztéseket. Mezőtúr lakónépessége 16.675 fő (KSH 2015. évi adata alapján), 500 000 000.-Ft pályázati támogatási forrás ERFA és ESZA költségek tervezésével alakította ki a HKFS dokumentumát. A dinamikusan fejlődő városban nagy az elvárás a fejlesztési források bevonására, hiszen a lakosság és a pályázók is megtapasztalták az elmúlt években megvalósult beruházások kapcsán a lehetőséget a felzárkóztatásra. A Mezőtúr Fejlesztéséért Helyi Közösség 2016. június 01-én alakult meg 12 taggal. A stratégiai célok kialakításánál figyelembe vettük a helyzetértékelés megállapításait, a közösségi igényeket és a projekt jövőképét megfogalmazó víziót. Új, komplex közösségi objektum, közösségi terek létrehozásával hosszú távon biztosítani az épített környezetet, a tárgyi, technikai feltételeket a közösségi élet fejlesztéséhez. A közösségi élet fejlesztését elősegíti, e helyi társadalmat szolgáló rendszeres, kapcsolati háló (állampolgárok, önkormányzat, gazdasági szereplők, művelődési és oktatási intézmények, rendvédelmi szervezetek, hivatalok stb.) szervezése, működtetésének biztosítása. A helyi tudásalapú társadalom közösségi fejlesztése, az ismeretterjesztés, az egészség-és környezettudatosság, a művelődés-és a kultúrahordozók lehetőségeinek bővítésével. Esélyegyenlőségi programok elősegítésével lehetőséget biztosítani a hátrányos helyzetű csoportok számára a helyi társadalomba való teljeskörű beilleszkedéséhez, a közéletben való részvétel, a kultúra, a művelődés, a sport, a szabadidő hasznos eltöltésének útján. Fontos célunk a generációs problémák kezelése, az elvándorlás csökkentése, megállítása, a gazdasági aktivitást elősegítő közösségfejlesztő rendszerek kimunkálása és alkalmazása. A mezőtúri HKFS azokra a területekre fekteti a hangsúlyt, ahol legnagyobb hasznosulást feltételezzük és várjuk el, továbbá amelyekre más támogatási források, más operatív programok prioritásai nem, vagy nem a kitűzött célnak megfelelően vehetők igénybe. A társadalmasítási folyamat során már sok hasznos és jelentőségteljes ötlet és javaslat érkezett hozzánk. Cselekvési terveink: Kulturális és közösségi épületek minőségi javítása a helyi közösségek együttműködésének érdekében: A HKFS tervezése során egyértelművé vált, hogy a helyi közösség legfontosabb igényét egy megfelelő kialakítású, méretű, infrastruktúrájú multifunkciós kulturális és közösségi tér fejlesztése jelenti – már meglévő épület gazdaságos felújításával, újrafunkcionálásával illetve eredeti közösségi funkciójának visszaállításával. E fejlesztési igény erős társadalmi támogatottsággal bír, a létrehozandó helyszín többrétű hasznosítási lehetőségei révén a célcsoportok széles körének szükségleteit képes kielégíteni, közösségi térként funkcionálna klubok, egyesületek, kisebb közösségek, civil szerveződések számára. Multifunkciós kulturális és közösségi tér kialakítása a Petőfi Sándor utca 5. szám alatt található épületben. A helyi hagyományok, kulturális értékek és tudományos ismeretanyag átadását szolgáló oktatási-nevelési és ismeretterjesztő programok. Sportolásra, szabadidős tevékenységek ellátására alkalmas terek kialakítása. Civil társadalom erősítése. The aim of the Local Community for the Development of Mezőtúr is that the area of the city of Mezőtúr contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the region defined by the county and the Government by means of CLLD. The Local Community for the Development of Mezőtúr was founded on 1 June 2016 with 12 members. In formulating the strategic goals, we took into account the findings of the situation assessment, the community needs and the vision of the project’s vision. By creating a new complex community object and community spaces to ensure the built environment in the long term, the material and technical conditions for the development of community life. It promotes the development of community life and ensures the organisation and operation of this network of contacts (citizens, municipalities, economic operators, cultural and educational institutions, law enforcement organisations, offices, etc.) serving local society. Community development of the local knowledge society, dissemination of knowledge, health and environmental awareness, opportunities for cultural and cultural carriers. This development demand has strong social support, and through the multi-faceted exploitation of the site to be created, it can meet the needs of a wide range of target groups, it would function as a community space for clubs, associations, smaller communities and civil organisations. L’objectif de la communauté locale pour le développement de Mezőtúr est que la zone de la ville de Mezőtúr contribue à la réalisation des objectifs de la région définis par le comté et le gouvernement au moyen du DLAL. En ce qui concerne l’afflux de fonds de développement pour Mezőtúr créés ces dernières années, le consortium a pour objectif de faire partie du développement régional avec le programme de développement local mené à bien au cours de la période de programmation 2014-2020, en complément du développement local par d’autres programmes opérationnels. La population de Mezőtúr a élaboré le document du HKFS avec la planification des coûts du FEDER et du FSE. La ville en développement dynamique devrait attirer des fonds de développement, car la population et les demandeurs ont eu l’occasion de rattraper les investissements réalisés ces dernières années. La communauté locale pour le développement de Mezőtúr a été fondée le 1er juin 2016 avec 12 membres. Lors de la formulation des objectifs stratégiques, nous avons tenu compte des conclusions de l’évaluation de la situation, des besoins de la collectivité et de la vision du projet. En créant un nouvel objet communautaire complexe et des espaces communautaires pour assurer l’environnement bâti à long terme, les conditions matérielles et techniques pour le développement de la vie communautaire. Elle favorise le développement de la vie communautaire et assure l’organisation et le fonctionnement de ce réseau de contacts (citoyens, municipalités, opérateurs économiques, institutions culturelles et éducatives, organismes chargés de faire respecter la loi, bureaux, etc.) au service de la société locale. Développement communautaire de la société de la connaissance locale, diffusion des connaissances, sensibilisation à la santé et à l’environnement, possibilités pour les porteurs culturels et culturels. En promouvant des programmes d’égalité des chances, offrir aux groupes défavorisés la possibilité de s’intégrer pleinement dans la société locale par la participation à la vie publique, à la culture, à la culture, au sport et aux loisirs. Cette demande de développement bénéficie d’un fort soutien social et, grâce à l’exploitation multidimensionnelle du site à créer, elle peut répondre aux besoins d’un large éventail de groupes cibles et fonctionnerait comme un espace communautaire pour les clubs, les associations, les petites communautés et les organisations civiles.
