A projektben részt vevő települések: Mezőtúr, Öcsöd, Örményes, Kuncsorba, Mesterszállás és Mezőhék. A települések halmaza egymással közös közigazgatási határral rendelkezik, kulturálisan és társadalmilag gyakorlatilag összefüggő területet képez. A projekt jelentős mértékben járul hozzá a térség településeinek közösségfejlesztési folyamatainak javításához és a közös helyi identitás erősítéséhez. Mindezt a projekt címében található, „kunhalmok üzenete” kifejezés is tükrözi. A projekt fő célja mindennek megfelelően: A kistáji, térségi identitás erősítése és közösségfejlesztési folyamatok megvalósítása a „kunhalmok” települései mentén. A projektnek három további részcélja van: - Aktív közösségi részvétel az infrastrukturális fejlesztések során - Civil kapcsolatok erősödése - Közös identitás erősítése a „kunhalmok üzenete” tematika alapján. A projekt céljai alapján mindösszesen két célcsoport meghatározása volt indokolt, tekintettel arra, hogy a projekt komplexitása, közösségi jellege miatt a konzorciumban részt vevő településeken élők mindegyike részesül annak hozadékából. Közvetlen célcsoport: közösségfejlesztésben részt vevő hivatali munkatársak, közművelődési intézmények dolgozói, civil szervezetek és kisközösségek vezetői. Közvetett célcsoport: tekintettel a projekt komplex közösségfejlesztési tevékenységére, a közvetett célcsoportja a projektnek a települések (célterületeken élők) teljes lakossága. A közvetlen célcsoport tagjainak száma 185 fő, a közvetett célcsoportba pedig a teljes lakosság beletartozik: összesen 22.575 fő. A projekt négy célterületet foglal magában: 1) Mezőtúr Városközpont (mint településrész), 2) Mezőtúr Lakóövezetek (mint településrész), 3) Öcsöd, Mesterszállás, Mezőhék, 4) Örményes, Kuncsorba települések. A célterületek lakosságának száma minden esetben eléri a Felhívásban előírt lakosságszámot, és a célterületek közösségfejlesztésre tervezett költségei meghaladják a 15 millió forintot. A projekt szakmai tartalma számos közösségfejlesztéssel és helyi identitás erősítésével kapcsolatos tevékenységet foglal magában: Helyi Cselekvési Terv, MMK konferencia, Közöségi találkozók szervezése, Helytörténeti könyv elkészítése, Helytörténeti kiadványok elkészítése, Kreatív-kronológia, „Mindennapok-mementója”, Népismereti napközis táborok szervezése, Kulturális nagy rendezvények a „kunhalmok üzenete” tematika szerint, weboldal kialakítása, Nyomtatott kiadványok, szóróanyagok elkészítése, Párbeszédkörök, Helyi esélyegyenlőségi programok megújítása, helyi közművelődési rendeletek elkészítése, Információs pontok kialakítása, Közösségfejlesztő képzésben való részvétel, Belföldi tanulmányút. A választható tevékenységek közül Eszközbeszerzés, Információs kampány (TOP-os projektekhez kapcsolódóan), Lakásbiztonsági csomagok kiosztása, valamint Tour ’d Mező címmel kerékpáros kultúra népszerűsítését szolgáló rendezvény kerül megvalósításra. The set of settlements has a common administrative border with each other, and it is a culturally and socially connected area. The project makes a significant contribution to improving community development processes in the municipalities of the region and to strengthening the common local identity. This is reflected in the term “message of kunhalms” in the title of the project. The main objective of the project is to: Strengthening the identity of the region and implementing community development processes along the settlements of the “kunhalms”. The project has three additional milestones: — Active community participation in infrastructure development — Strengthening civil relations — Strengthening a common identity based on themes “message of kunhalms”. On the basis of the objectives of the project, it was only appropriate to define two target groups, given that due to the complexity and the community nature of the project, all those living in the municipalities participating in the consortium benefit from it. Direct target group: office staff involved in community development, employees of public education institutions, leaders of civil society organisations and small communities. Indirect target group: in view of the complex community development activities of the project, the indirect target group of the project is the total population of settlements (those living in target areas). The direct target group consists of 185 members and the indirect target group includes the total population: a total of 22 575 people. The project covers four target areas: 1) Mezőtúr City Center (as settlement part), 2) Mezőtúr residential areas (as settlement part), 3) Öcsöd, Master accommodation, Mezőhék, 4) Armenian, Kuncsorba settlements. In all cases, the population of the target areas reaches the population required in the call, and the planned costs of the target areas for community development exceed HUF 15 million. Among the optional activities will be the purchase of equipment, an information campaign (related to TOP projects), the distribution of housing safety packages and an event to promote cycling culture under the title Tour 'd Mező.
