Az „Együtt a közösségért! - helyi identitás és kohézió erősítése” című projekt Battonya, Dombegyház, Kisdombegyház, Magyardombegyház, Dombiratos, Kunágota, Magyarbánhegyes települések önkormányzata és a Dél-Békés Mezőgazdasági Termelőiért Közhasznú Alapítvány konzorciumában valósul meg. A fejlesztés célterületét a fent nevesített települések együttese alkotja. A projekt megvalósítása egy közösségi tervezéssel kezdődik, amelynek eredményeképpen elkészül a térség Helyi cselekvési terve. Ebben meghatározásra kerül a közösségfejlesztés tematikája és a tevékenységek részletei. Megtörténik a települések stratégiai dokumentumainak felülvizsgálata a helyi cselekvési tervvel való összhang biztosítása érdekében. Az identitás és kohézió erősítése érdekében a folyamat a térség közösségi tevékenységeinek történeti feltárásával indul, amelynek eredményeit kiállításokon teszik közzé a települések. A közösségfejlesztési folyamat magját a közösségi akciók, tevékenységek, események, programok és folyamatok elindítása, ill. fenntartása adja. Eköré szerveződik többféle nyilvánossági fórum és egy információs pont. A részvételi fórumok és tapasztalatcsere alkalmak segítik a projekt eredményeit összefoglalni, az érzékelt hatásokat elemezni. A képzések szervezése a magas szakmai színvonal biztosítása érdekében szükséges: a lakosság számára többféle témakörben háromnapos képzéseket szervezünk, míg a szakemberek számára biztosítjuk a közösségfejlesztő végzettség/képesítés/tanúsítvány megszerzésének lehetőségét. A közösségfejlesztő tevékenységeket bűnmegelőzési és közlekedésbiztonsági programok egészítik ki, továbbá eszközök beszerzésével támogatjuk megvalósításukat. A nyilvánosság biztosítását aloldal fejlesztés, C táblák, fotódokumentáció és Térképtér feltöltés garantálja. A projekt sikeres lebonyolítását 1 fő projektmenedzser és 1 fő pénzügyi vezető biztosítja, míg a szakmai program megvalósításáért 1 fő szakmai vezető és 4 fő helyi közösségfejlesztő felel. A projekt megvalósítása 54 hónap, amelyből 36 hónap a közösségfejlesztési folyamat lebonyolítására áll rendelkezésre, A projekt összköltsége: 51.413.776 Ft, a támogatás intenzitása 100%. (Hungarian)

“Together for the community! strengthening local identity and cohesion" is carried out in a consortium of Battonya, Dombegyház, Kisdombegyház, Magyardombegyház, Dombiratos, Kunágota, the Municipality of Magyarbánhegyes and the Public Benefit Foundation for Farmers of Dél-Békés. The target area of the development consists of a group of settlements named above. The implementation of the project will start with a community planning, resulting in a local action plan for the region. This sets out the topics of community development and details of activities. The municipal strategy documents will be reviewed to ensure consistency with the local action plan. In order to strengthen identity and cohesion, the process starts with the historical exploration of community activities in the region, the results of which are published in exhibitions. The core of the community development process is the launch and maintenance of community actions, activities, events, programmes and processes. A variety of public forums and an information point are organised. Participation forums and exchanges of experience will help to summarise the results of the project and analyse the perceived impacts. The organisation of training is necessary to ensure a high level of professionalism: we organise three-day training courses for the general public on a variety of topics, while professionals are given the opportunity to obtain a community development qualification/qualification/certificate. The community development activities are complemented by crime prevention and road safety programmes, and we support their implementation by purchasing tools. Publicity is guaranteed by subpage development, C boards, photo documentation and uploading. The successful implementation of the project is ensured by 1 main project manager and 1 financial manager, while 1 professional manager and 4 local community developers are responsible for the implementation of the professional programme. The implementation of the project is 54 months, of which 36 months are available for the implementation of the community development process, The total cost of the project is: HUF 51.413.776, the aid intensity is 100 %. «Ensemble pour la communauté! renforcement de l’identité et de la cohésion locales" est réalisé dans un consortium de Battonya, Dombegyház, Kisdombegyház, Magyardombegyház, Dombiratos, Kunágota, la municipalité de Magyarbánhegyes et la Fondation d’utilité publique pour les agriculteurs de Dél-Békés.
