A pályázatunk teljes egészében 4711 teáor számú Élelmiszer jellegű bolti vegyes kiskereskedelmi tevékenységünket kívánom fejleszteni. A pályázat keretein belül csupán egy épület komplex energetikai fejlesztését hajtjuk végre, amelyben hőszigetelési, nyílászárócsere, fűtés, világításkorszerűsítési és napelem rendszer telepítésével kapcsolatos kivitelezés valósul meg. Közvetlen célként magának az épületnek a kor követelményeinek való megfeleltetése jelenik meg, ami közvetett módon a kiadások csökkentése révén hozzájárul majd vállalkozásunk további fejlesztési terveinek finanszírozásához. Jelen beruházással is törekszünk a zöld energia kiaknázására, hiszen hőszigeteléssel, nyílászárócserével, kapcsolatos energiahatékonysági munkán kívül napelem rendszer kivitelezését tervezzük. Mind rövid, mind pedig hosszú távon szükségesek a tervezett fejlesztések, hiszen az érintett épület elavult és kivételesen rossz energetikai jellemzőkkel bír. A 4100 Berettyóújfalu, Tardy utca 25-27. szám alatt található telephelyünk épületén megvalósítandó munkák a következők: - Külső korszerűtlen nyílászárók cseréje 107 m2 mennyiségben. - Külső fal hőszigetelése 15cm vastagságú T-Cell 80 grafit EPS táblás hőszigetelő anyaggal, beépülő hőszigetelés mennyisége 521,6 m2. -Tető utólagos hőszigetelése 20 cm lépésálló EPS polisztirol hőszigetelő anyagból készül, a szigetelendő tetőfelület mennyisége 647,16 m2. - Az eladótér meglévő fénycsöves világítási rendszere 260 m2-en korszerű, LED rendszerű fénycsöves lámpatestekkel kerül kiváltásra. - Az épület fűtését 1 db Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 26 kW Kombi gázkazán fogja biztosítani. -A lapostetőn továbbá 40,20 kW összteljesítményű 134 db Canadian Solar CS3K-300W KU Power panelből álló napelemes rendszer kerül telepítésre 2 db Fronius Symo 20.0-3 inverterrel. Az energetikai fejlesztés részeként elszámolásra csupán a kivitelezés anyag és munkadíj költsége kerül. Az érintett épület vonatkozásában korábban nem történt műszaki előkészület az épület igényfelmérésén kívül. Jelen korszerűsítés nem építési engedélyköteles beruházás. A projekt megalapozottsága érdekében kivitelezői árajánlat került összeállításra, illetve energetikai tanúsítvány készítése történt a pályázat benyújtásához. Az energetikai korszerűsítése kapcsán folyamatos informális egyeztetések zajlanak jelenleg is az érintett vállalkozásokkal. A pályázatban szereplő ingatlan korszerűsítése, fejlesztése piaci pozíciónk erősítését fogja szolgálni. Ezen fejlesztés eredményeként a bolti vegyes kiskereskedelemmel kapcsolatos tevékenységünk részére szeretnék hazai szinten egy modernebb, költséghatékonyabb környezetet létrehozni, melynek köszönhetően alkalmazottaink és a hozzám érkező megrendelőink, szállítók megelégedettsége, komfortérzete is javulni fog. Meglévő munkavállalói (130 fő van jelenleg) és esetlegesen felvenni tervezett létszámunk el tudja látni megrendelőink igényeit. Az EGYETÉRTÉS COOP Zrt. jelenleg is foglalkoztat megfelelő tapasztalattal rendelkező munkavállalót, aki a projekt zavartalan lebonyolításához szükséges tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A jelentős tapasztalatunknak köszönhetően gyorsan és zökkenőmentesen meg tudjuk valósítani a komplex projektet. Rendelkezünk azokkal a szakmai kapacitásokkal, amelyek a projekt eredményeinek ellátásához, illetve azok üzemeltetéséhez szükségesek. (Hungarian)

I intend to develop the full range of our food-type store retail business with the number 4711 TEÁOR. Within the framework of the tender, we only implement the complex energy development of one building, in which thermal insulation, window replacement, heating, lighting modernisation and solar panel installation are carried out. The direct objective is to adapt the building itself to the requirements of the age, which will indirectly contribute to the financing of our company’s further development plans by reducing expenditure. With the present investment we also strive to exploit green energy as we plan to implement a solar panel system in addition to the energy efficiency work related to thermal insulation, window replacement and energy efficiency. Planned improvements are necessary both in the short and in the long term, as the building concerned is outdated and has exceptionally poor energy characteristics. The works to be carried out on the building of our site at 4100 Berettyóújfalu, Tardy street 25-27 are as follows: — Replacement of out-of-date doors and windows in 107 m². — The thermal insulation of the outer wall with a thickness of 15 cm T-Cell 80 graphite with EPS panel thermal insulation material, the amount of integrated thermal insulation is 521.6 m². 20 cm step resistant EPS polystyrene thermal insulation material, the volume of roof surface to be insulated is 647.16 m². — The existing fluorescent lighting system in the sales area is replaced at 260 m² by modern LED fluorescent luminaires. — The building will be heated by 1 Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 26 kW Combi gas boiler. On the flat roof, a solar panel consisting of 134 Canadian Solar CS3K-300 W KU Power panels with a total power of 40.20 kW is installed with 2 Fronius SYMO 20.0-3 inverters. As part of the energy development, only the cost of construction materials and fees is charged. The building concerned has not previously been subject to technical preparation other than the needs assessment of the building. This upgrading is not subject to construction permit. In order to ensure that the project is well founded, a bid from the contractors has been compiled and an energy certificate has been drawn up for the submission of the tender. On energy modernisation, ongoing informal discussions are ongoing with the companies concerned. The modernisation and development of the property included in the tender will serve to strengthen our market position. As a result of this development, I would like to create a more modern and cost-effective environment for our shop-related retail activity at home, thanks to which the satisfaction and comfort of our employees and our customers and suppliers will improve. Our existing employees (130 people are currently) and possibly planned to be recruited can meet the needs of our customers. EGYÉTÉS COOP Zrt. currently employs an employee with appropriate experience, who has the necessary experience for the smooth running of the project. Thanks to our considerable experience, we can quickly and seamlessly implement the complex project. We have the professional capacity to deliver the results of the project and to operate them. J’ai l’intention de développer la gamme complète de notre commerce de détail de produits alimentaires avec le numéro 4711 TEÁOR. Dans le cadre de l’appel d’offres, nous ne mettons en œuvre que le développement énergétique complexe d’un bâtiment, dans lequel l’isolation thermique, le remplacement des fenêtres, le chauffage, la modernisation de l’éclairage et l’installation de panneaux solaires sont réalisés. L’objectif direct est d’adapter le bâtiment lui-même aux exigences de l’âge, ce qui contribuera indirectement au financement des plans de développement ultérieurs de notre entreprise en réduisant les dépenses. Avec cet investissement, nous nous efforçons également d’exploiter l’énergie verte dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre d’un système de panneaux solaires en plus des travaux d’efficacité énergétique liés à l’isolation thermique, au remplacement des fenêtres et à l’efficacité énergétique. Les améliorations prévues sont nécessaires à court et à long terme, étant donné que le bâtiment concerné est dépassé et présente des caractéristiques énergétiques exceptionnellement médiocres. Les travaux à réaliser sur la construction de notre site au 4100 Berettyóújfalu, rue Tardy 25-27 sont les suivants: — Remplacement des portes et fenêtres désuètes sur 107 m². — L’isolation thermique de la paroi extérieure d’une épaisseur de 15 cm T-Cell 80 graphite avec le matériau d’isolation thermique de panneau EPS, la quantité d’isolation thermique intégrée est de 521,6 m². Matériau d’isolation thermique en polystyrène EPS résistant à 20 cm, le volume de la surface du toit à isoler est de 647,16 m². — Le système d’éclairage fluorescent existant dans la zone de vente est remplacé à 260 m² par des luminaires fluorescents LED modernes. — Le bâtiment sera chauffé par une chaudière à gaz Combi 1 Viessmann Vitodens 100-W 26 kW. Sur le toit plat, un panneau solaire composé de 134 panneaux solaires canadiens CS3K-300 W KU d’une puissance totale de 40,20 kW est installé avec 2 onduleurs Fronius SYMO 20.0-3. Dans le cadre du développement énergétique, seul le coût des matériaux de construction et des redevances est facturé. Le bâtiment concerné n’a auparavant fait l’objet d’aucune préparation technique autre que l’évaluation des besoins du bâtiment. Cette réfection n’est pas assujettie à un permis de construction. Afin de garantir le bien-fondé du projet, une offre des contractants a été élaborée et un certificat énergétique a été établi pour la soumission de l’offre. En ce qui concerne la modernisation de l’énergie, des discussions informelles sont en cours avec les entreprises concernées. La modernisation et l’aménagement du bien inclus dans l’appel d’offres serviront à renforcer notre position sur le marché. Grâce à ce développement, j’aimerais créer un environnement plus moderne et plus rentable pour notre activité de vente au détail à domicile, grâce à laquelle la satisfaction et le confort de nos employés et de nos clients et fournisseurs s’amélioreront. Nos collaborateurs existants (130 personnes sont actuellement) et éventuellement prévus pour être recrutés peuvent répondre aux besoins de nos clients. EGYÉTÉS COOP Zrt. emploie actuellement un employé ayant une expérience appropriée, qui possède l’expérience nécessaire au bon déroulement du projet. Grâce à notre expérience considérable, nous pouvons mettre en œuvre rapidement et en toute transparence le projet complexe.
