A Plastik-System Kft. egy olyan területen valósít meg fejlesztést, melyben már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen folyamatosan és következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket, és az ott szerzett tapasztalatok sokat segítenek a megvalósításban. A megvalósítani kívánt beszerzés nagymértékben járul hozzá a vállalati hozzáadott érték növeléséhez. Meglévő gépeink kapacitása alacsony, a beszállítói státus erősítése érdekében feltétlenül szükséges azt fejleszteni. Képzett és gyakorlott szakembereinknek nagy tapasztalata van hasonló eszközök üzemeltetésében, így a kívánt szakmai színvonal elérése ill. fenntartása akadálymentesen megoldható. A kapacitás-növekedés miatt minimum 1 fő új alkalmazott felvétele szükségessé válik. Az alábbi eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre 2 db fröccsöntőgép – a késztermékek gyártásához és 1 db szikraforgácsoló szintén késztermék gyártáshoz. A beszerezni kívánt gépek 1 műszakos munkarendben, heti 5 munkanapot fognak üzemelni. A beszerezni kívánt technológiai hatására a vállalkozás Termelési értékláncban előrelépő vállalkozásnak minősül a pályázati felhívás 4.4.3. e) pontja alapján mivel a meglévő gépparkkal nem áll módunkban a gépeinkhez szükséges szikraforgácsolt alkatrészeket magunknak legyártani. Ezeket az alkatrészeket kooperációban gyártatjuk. A tervezett gépek beszerzésével a megrendelt alkatrészeket saját magunk gyárthatjuk, ezzel nagyobb függetlenségünk lenne. Az áraink versenyképesebbek lennének, a vállalási határidőink csökkenhetnének. A projekt keretében megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermékek gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás valósul meg a pályázati felhívás 4.4.3. f) pontja alapján mivel a gépeket napelemtartó profilokhoz tartozó dugók gyártására használjuk majd. A vállalkozás beszállítónak minősül a pályázati felhívás 4.4.3. ca) pontja alapján. Ennek igazolására mellékeltük a beszállítói szerződést és a számlákat valamint a banki kivonatokat. (Hungarian)

The capacity of our existing machines is low and it is absolutely necessary to develop it in order to strengthen the status of supplier. Our trained and experienced specialists have a great experience in operating similar devices, so the desired professional standards can be achieved seamlessly. Due to the increase in capacity, it is necessary to recruit at least 1 new employee. The following tools are purchased for 2 injection moulding machines — for the manufacture of finished products and one spark cutting machine for finished products. The machines to be purchased will operate on a 1 shift schedule for 5 working days per week. Due to the technological impact that the company intends to acquire, the company is considered to be a company moving forward in the Production value chain under point 4.4.3(e) of the invitation to tender, as we cannot produce the spark-cutting parts necessary for our machines with the existing machinery. These parts are manufactured in cooperation. By purchasing the planned machines, we can produce the ordered parts ourselves, so we would have greater independence. Our prices would be more competitive, our commitment deadlines could be reduced. Under the project, an investment in the production of final renewable energy products will be carried out pursuant to point 4.4.3(f) of the call for proposals, as the machines will be used for the production of plugs for solar cell support profiles. The company is considered to be a supplier on the basis of point 4.4.3(ca) of the invitation to tender. In order to prove this, we have attached the supply contract and invoices and bank statements. Les marchés publics prévus contribuent de manière significative à accroître la valeur ajoutée de l’entreprise. La capacité de nos machines existantes est faible et il est absolument nécessaire de la développer afin de renforcer le statut de fournisseur. Nos spécialistes formés et expérimentés ont une grande expérience dans l’utilisation d’appareils similaires, de sorte que les normes professionnelles souhaitées peuvent être respectées de manière transparente. En raison de l’augmentation de la capacité, il est nécessaire de recruter au moins un nouvel employé. Les outils suivants sont achetés pour 2 machines de moulage par injection — pour la fabrication de produits finis et une machine de découpe d’étincelles pour les produits finis. Les machines à acheter fonctionneront selon un horaire d’un quart de travail pendant 5 jours ouvrables par semaine. En raison de l’impact technologique que l’entreprise a l’intention d’acquérir, l’entreprise est considérée comme une entreprise évoluant dans la chaîne de valeur de production en vertu du point 4.4.3 e) de l’appel d’offres, car nous ne pouvons pas produire les pièces de coupe d’étincelles nécessaires à nos machines avec les machines existantes. Ces pièces sont fabriquées en coopération. En achetant les machines planifiées, nous pouvons produire nous-mêmes les pièces commandées, de sorte que nous aurions une plus grande indépendance. Nos prix seraient plus compétitifs, nos délais d’engagement pourraient être réduits. Dans le cadre du projet, un investissement dans la production de produits finaux d’énergie renouvelable sera réalisé conformément au point 4.4.3 f) de l’appel à propositions, étant donné que les machines seront utilisées pour la production de fiches pour les profils de soutien des cellules solaires. Plastik-System Ltd. implementiert eine Entwicklung in einem Bereich, in dem sie bereits über ernsthafte Erfahrungen verfügt, da sie in den letzten Jahren kontinuierlich und konsequent ähnliche Entwicklungen umgesetzt hat und die dort gewonnenen Erfahrungen viel bei der Umsetzung helfen. Die beabsichtigte Beschaffung trägt wesentlich zur Steigerung des Mehrwerts des Unternehmens bei. Die Kapazität unserer vorhandenen Maschinen ist gering und es ist unbedingt notwendig, sie zu entwickeln, um den Status des Lieferanten zu stärken. Unsere ausgebildeten und erfahrenen Spezialisten verfügen über eine große Erfahrung im Betrieb ähnlicher Geräte, so dass die gewünschten professionellen Standards nahtlos erreicht werden können. Aufgrund der Kapazitätssteigerung ist es notwendig, mindestens einen neuen Mitarbeiter einzustellen. Folgende Werkzeuge werden für 2 Spritzgießmaschinen gekauft – für die Herstellung von Fertigprodukten und eine Funkenschneidmaschine für Fertigprodukte. Die zu kaufenden Maschinen werden nach einem 1 Schichtplan für 5 Arbeitstage pro Woche betrieben. Aufgrund der technologischen Auswirkungen, die das Unternehmen zu erwerben beabsichtigt, wird das Unternehmen als ein Unternehmen angesehen, das in der Wertschöpfungskette Produktion unter Ziffer 4.4.3 Buchstabe e der Ausschreibung vorankommt, da wir die für unsere Maschinen mit den vorhandenen Maschinen notwendigen Teile nicht herstellen können. Diese Teile werden in Zusammenarbeit hergestellt. Durch den Kauf der geplanten Maschinen können wir die bestellten Teile selbst herstellen, so dass wir mehr Unabhängigkeit haben würden. Das Unternehmen gilt als Lieferant auf der Grundlage von Nummer 4.4.3(ca) der Ausschreibung. Um dies zu beweisen, haben wir den Liefervertrag sowie Rechnungen und Bankauszüge beigefügt. (German)
