BESZERZÉSRE KERÜLŐ ESZKÖZÖK A HYUNDAI-WIA L280 LM Ferdeágyas CNC esztergagép a minőségi fémforgácsolás hatékony eszköze. A korszerű FANUC 32i vezérléssel szállított technológiai berendezés legfeljebb 300 mm átmérőjű és 1000 mm hosszúságú munkadarabok megmunkálására alkalmas. : Nagy teljesítmény, 130 mm-es görgős, kettős főorsó-csapágy, merev, nagy váltási sebességű szervo-revolver és szerkezeti merevség jellemzi. COORD3 ARES 10.7.5. CNC koordináta mérőgép legfontosabb paraméterei, tartozékai: Renishaw PH20 fokozatmentesen, motorosan indexálható mérőfej,TP20 tapintótest, MCR20 tapintóváltó. A MEGVALÓSÍTANDÓ MŰSZAKI/SZAKMAI KAPACITÁS A fejlesztés eredményeként cégünk fémforgácsoló kapacitása 5%-kal növekszik. A projekt eredményeként a Tóth-Metál Bt. részvételének intenzitása növekszik beszállítói nemzeti és nemzetközi hálózatokban. (Hungarian)

The technological equipment supplied with the advanced FANUC 32i control is suitable for machining workpieces up to 300 mm in diameter and 1 000 mm in length. High performance, 130 mm roller, double main spindle bearing, rigid, high-speed servo-revolver and structural rigidity. COORD3 ARES 10.7.5. Main parameters and accessories of CNC coordinate measuring machine: Renishaw PH20 continuously, motor-indexable probe,TP20 tactile body, MCR20 tactile changer. As a result of the development, our company’s metal cutting capacity increases by 5 %. As a result of the project, the intensity of the participation of Tóth-Metal Bt. in the national and international networks of its suppliers increases. (English)

L’équipement technologique fourni avec la commande avancée FANUC 32i est adapté pour l’usinage de pièces jusqu’à 300 mm de diamètre et 1 000 mm de longueur. Haute performance, rouleau de 130 mm, double roulement de broche principale, servo-revolver rigide, haute vitesse et rigidité structurelle. COORD3 ARES 10.7.5. Principaux paramètres et accessoires de la machine de mesure de coordonnées CNC: Renishaw PH20 en continu, sonde indexable moteur, corps tactile TP20, changeur tactile MCR20. Hohe Leistung, 130 mm Rolle, doppelte Hauptspindellager, starrer, Hochgeschwindigkeits-Servo-Revolver und strukturelle Steifigkeit. COORD3 ARES 10.7.5. Hauptparameter und Zubehör der CNC-Koordinatenmessmaschine: Renishaw PH20 kontinuierlich, motorisch-indexierbare Sonde, TaktilkörperTP20, taktile MCR20-Wechsler. Durch die Entwicklung erhöht sich die Metallschneidkapazität unseres Unternehmens um 5 %.
