A projektben szereplő eszközbeszerzéshez infrastrukturális beruházás kapcsolódik. A fejlesztés keretében a vállalkozás műanyag feldolgozó műhelyét tervezi felújítani, ahol a beruházás keretében beszerzésre kerülő 1 hajlító gép, 1 tompahegesztő, 5 Munsch extruder, 6 db leister hegesztőgép és 1 Optimum fúrógép kerül üzembe helyezésre. Az épületrész állaga jelenleg erősen leromlott. A tető elöregedett, az épület beázik, a vakolat több helyen málik, a padlóburkolat töredezett, egyenetlen, balesetveszélyes, a nyílászárók hőszigeteletlenek. Ezen állapotában a műhely nem alkalmas munkavégzésre, a projekt keretében megvásárlásra kerülő nagyértékű eszközök működtetése nem ajánlott, valamint a műhely üzemeltetése nem gazdaságos, ezért korszerűsítése vált szükségessé. Az épületfelújítás és a fenti eszközök beszerzésén túl a projekt része továbbá a vállalkozás egyedi gépgyártását erősítő számos berendezés beszerzése, úgymint 1 leélezőgép, 2 csiszológép, 1 mágnestalpas fúró, 1 szalagfűrész, 3 Bosch egyenes csiszoló, 1 Bosch szatináló, 3 Bosch fúrókalapács, 3 Weldi hegesztőgép, 2 füst-, és porelszívó berendezés valamint 1 injektoros szemcsefúvó kabin. Az anyagmozgatás megkönnyítésére vásárol a cég 1 kézi hidraulikus raklapmozgató berendezést valamint az optimális munkamagasság biztosítására 1 hidraulikus kompakt ollós emelőasztalt. A vállalkozás a beruházás által gyártási tevékenységét kívánja fejleszteni. A cég valamennyi gépe a megrendelő egyedi igényei alapján kerül legyártásra. A vállalkozás egyik fő terméke a mártó rendszerű felületkezelő és galvanizáló gépsor, de emellett a vállalkozás gyárt műanyag és acél kádakat, tartályokat különböző méretekben, különböző anyagokból, galvánharangokat, merülő forgódobokat, szóró rendszerű felületkezelő berendezéseket, légszívó- légpótló rendszereket, európai és magyar szabványokban megfelelő szennyvízkezelő berendezéseket és műanyag festőkabinokat is. A gyártott termékpaletta, az alkalmazott technológiák tára tehát rendkívül széles. Minden esetben a vevő igényeihez igazítják a legyártandó berendezés paramétereit. Berendezéseik teljesen automata működtetésűek, a könnyen kezelhető programok csökkentik a gépek munkaerőigényét, ezáltal fenntartási költségét is. Folyamatmegjelenítési megoldásaik könnyen kezelhetővé teszik a termelési folyamatot. A gépek egyediségének köszönhetően a Metallux Zrt által gyártott berendezések jelentős hozzáadott-értéket képviselnek, amelyek hozzájárulnak a cég vevőinek magas szintű elégedettségéhez. Vevőik között számos vállalkozás van, amely az első rendelést követően is szívesen fordult a Metallux Zrt-hez további megrendelései kapcsán. The purchase of equipment in the project is linked to an infrastructure investment. As part of the development, the company plans to renovate its plastic processing workshop, where 1 bending machine, 1 butt-welding machine, 5 Munsch extruder, 6 Leister welding machines and 1 Optimum drill will be installed. The structure of the building is currently severely degraded. The roof is old, the building is soaked, the plaster is in several places, the floor covering is fragmented, uneven, accidental, and the windows are unheated. In this state, the workshop is not suitable for work, the operation of the high-value equipment to be purchased in the framework of the project is not recommended, and the operation of the workshop is not economical, therefore it has become necessary to modernise it. In addition to the renovation of the building and the purchase of the above equipment, the project also involves the acquisition of a number of equipment to strengthen the company’s individual machine production, such as 1 sharpening machine, 2 grinding machines, 1 magnetic track drill, 1 band saw, 3 Bosch straight grinders, 1 Bosch stalling, 3 Bosch drill hammers, 3 Weldi welding machines, 2 smoke and dust extraction equipment and 1 injector grain blower cabin. To facilitate material handling, the company buys 1 manual hydraulic pallet handling equipment and 1 hydraulic compact scissor lifting table to ensure optimal working height. The company intends to develop its production activities through the investment. All of the company’s machines are manufactured according to the customer’s specific needs. One of the main products of the company is the distilled surface treatment and electroplating production line, but the company also produces plastic and steel tubs, tanks of different sizes, different materials, galvanic bells, submersible drums, spraying systems, air-suction and replacement systems, sewage treatment equipment and plastic painting enclosures compliant with European and Hungarian standards. The range of products produced, and the range of technologies used, is therefore extremely wide. In all cases, the parameters of the equipment to be manufactured are adapted to the customer’s needs. Their equipment is fully automatic, the easy-to-use programs reduce the manpower requirements of the machines and hence the maintenance costs. Their process display solutions make the production process easy to use. Due to the uniqueness of the machines, the equipment produced by Metallux Zrt represents a significant added value, which contributes to the high level of satisfaction of the company’s customers. Among their customers there are a number of companies that have been happy to contact Metallux Zrt. for further orders even after the first order. L’achat d’équipements dans le cadre du projet est lié à un investissement dans l’infrastructure. Dans le cadre du développement, l’entreprise prévoit de rénover son atelier de traitement des matières plastiques, où seront installés 1 cintreuse, 1 machine à souder, 5 extrudeuses Munsch, 6 machines de soudage Leister et 1 foreuse Optimum. La structure du bâtiment est actuellement gravement dégradée. Le toit est vieux, le bâtiment est trempé, le plâtre est en plusieurs endroits, le revêtement de sol est fragmenté, inégal, accidentel, et les fenêtres sont non chauffées. Dans cet état, l’atelier n’est pas adapté au travail, le fonctionnement de l’équipement de haute valeur à acheter dans le cadre du projet n’est pas recommandé, et le fonctionnement de l’atelier n’est pas économique, il est donc devenu nécessaire de le moderniser. Outre la rénovation du bâtiment et l’achat des équipements ci-dessus, le projet comprend également l’acquisition d’un certain nombre d’équipements destinés à renforcer la production individuelle de machines de l’entreprise, tels que 1 affûteuse, 2 rectifieuses, 1 perceuse magnétique, 1 scie à bande, 3 meuleuses droites Bosch, 1 décrochage Bosch, 3 marteaux de forage Bosch, 3 machines de soudage Weldi, 2 appareils d’extraction de fumée et de poussière et 1 cabine de ventilateur à grain injecteur. Pour faciliter la manutention des matériaux, l’entreprise achète 1 équipement de manutention de palettes hydrauliques manuelles et 1 table de levage à ciseaux hydraulique compacte pour assurer une hauteur de travail optimale. L’entreprise a l’intention de développer ses activités de production grâce à l’investissement. Toutes les machines de l’entreprise sont fabriquées selon les besoins spécifiques du client. L’un des principaux produits de la société est la ligne de production de traitement de surface et d’électrodéposition distillée, mais elle produit également des tubes en plastique et en acier, des réservoirs de différentes tailles, des matériaux différents, des cloches galvaniques, des tambours submersibles, des systèmes de pulvérisation, des systèmes d’aspiration et de remplacement d’air, des équipements de traitement des eaux usées et des boîtiers de peinture en plastique conformes aux normes européennes et hongroises. La gamme de produits fabriqués et la gamme de technologies utilisées sont donc extrêmement larges. Dans tous les cas, les paramètres de l’équipement à fabriquer sont adaptés aux besoins du client. Leur équipement est entièrement automatique, les programmes faciles à utiliser réduisent les besoins en main-d’œuvre des machines et donc les coûts de maintenance. Leurs solutions d’affichage de processus rendent le processus de production facile à utiliser. En raison de l’unicité des machines, l’équipement produit par Metallux Zrt représente une valeur ajoutée significative, ce qui contribue au niveau élevé de satisfaction des clients de l’entreprise. Der Erwerb von Ausrüstungsgegenständen im Rahmen des Projekts ist mit Infrastrukturinvestitionen verknüpft. Im Rahmen der Entwicklung plant das Unternehmen, seine Kunststoffverarbeitungswerkstatt zu renovieren, in der 1 Biegemaschine, 1 Buttschweißmaschine, 5 Munsch Extruder, 6 Leister Schweißmaschinen und 1 Optimumbohrer installiert werden. Die Struktur des Gebäudes ist derzeit stark degradiert. Das Dach ist alt, das Gebäude ist getränkt, der Gips ist an mehreren Stellen, der Bodenbelag ist fragmentiert, uneben, zufällig, und die Fenster sind unbeheizt. In diesem Zustand ist die Werkstatt nicht für die Arbeit geeignet, der Betrieb der im Rahmen des Projekts zu erwerbenden hochwertigen Geräte wird nicht empfohlen, und der Betrieb der Werkstatt ist nicht sparsam, daher ist es notwendig, sie zu modernisieren. Neben der Renovierung des Gebäudes und dem Kauf der oben genannten Ausrüstung umfasst das Projekt auch den Erwerb einer Reihe von Geräten zur Stärkung der individuellen Maschinenproduktion des Unternehmens, wie z. B. 1 Schärfmaschine, 2 Schleifmaschinen, 1 Magnetschienenbohrer, 1 Bandsäge, 3 Bosch Geradschleifer, 1 Bosch Stanlling, 3 Bosch Bohrhämmer, 3 Weldi Schweißmaschinen, 2 Rauch- und Staubabsauganlagen und 1 Injektor Getreidegebläsekabine. Um die Materialhandhabung zu erleichtern, kauft das Unternehmen 1 manuelle hydraulische Palettenhandling und 1 hydraulische Kompaktschere Hebetisch, um eine optimale Arbeitshöhe zu gewährleisten. Das Unternehmen beabsichtigt, seine Produktionsaktivitäten durch die Investition zu entwickeln. Alle Maschinen des Unternehmens werden nach den spezifischen Bedürfnissen des Kunden hergestellt. Eines der Hauptprodukte des Unternehmens ist die destillierte Oberflächenbehandlung und Galvanisierungs-Produktionslinie, aber das Unternehmen produziert auch Kunststoff- und Stahlrohre, Tanks in verschiedenen Größen, verschiedene Materialien, galvanische Glocken, Tauchfässer, Sprühsysteme, Luftsaug- und Ersatzsysteme, Kläranlagen und Kunststofflackierungsgehäuse, die europäischen und ungarischen Normen entsprechen. Die Produktpalette und das Spektrum der eingesetzten Technologien sind daher extrem breit. In jedem Fall werden die Parameter der zu produzierenden Geräte an die Bedürfnisse des Kunden angepasst. Ihre Ausrüstung ist vollautomatisch, die einfach zu bedienenden Programme reduzieren den Personalbedarf der Maschinen und damit die Wartungskosten. Ihre Prozessanzeige-Lösungen machen den Produktionsprozess einfach zu bedienen. Aufgrund der Einzigartigkeit der Maschinen stellt die von Metallux Zrt hergestellte Ausrüstung einen signifikanten Mehrwert dar, der zur hohen Zufriedenheit der Kunden des Unternehmens beiträgt.
