Kántorjánosi Község lakosságszáma körülbelül 2300 fő. A Polgármesteri Hivatalban 7 fős apparátus dolgozik. Az ügyintézők mindegyike dolgozni fog a kötelezően bevezetendő ASP keretrendszerben. A kormányrendeletben maghatározottak szerint ütemezetten az ASP keretrendszert, illetve az alábbi szakrendszerek bevezetését tervezzük: a) iratkezelő rendszer, (E-Iktat iratkezelő szoftver helyett az ASP szakrendszerének bevezetése, adatmigráció, oktatás, tesztelés élesítés) c) az elektronikus ügyintézési portál rendszer, ide értve az elektronikus űrlap-szolgáltatást, d) gazdálkodási rendszer, (EPER gazdálkodási rendszer helyett az ASP szakrendszerének bevezetése, adatmigráció, oktatás, tesztelés és élesítés) e) ingatlanvagyon-kataszter rendszer, (KATAWIN rendszer helyett az ASP szakrendszerének bevetése, adatmigráció, oktatás, tesztelés és élesítés) f) önkormányzati adó rendszer, (Önkadó rendszer helyett az ASP szakrendszerének bevezetése, adatmigráció, oktatás, tesztelés és élesítés) g) ipar- és kereskedelmi rendszer, h) hagyatéki leltár rendszer. A projekt keretében az ASP rendszer zavartalan használatának érdekében eszközbeszerzést is megvalósítunk. A jelenlegi eszközállományunk elavul 2009. évben kerültek beszerzésre, nem alkalmasak az ASP keretrendszer futtatásához. A felszereltségük nem felel meg az ASP biztonságos üzemeltetéséhez szükséges minimális rendszerkövetelményeknek. Az alábbi eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre a projekt keretein belül: - Rack szekrény 12 unitos - 4 db szünetmentes tápegység - 7 db kártyaolvasó - 6 db asztali számítógép szoftverrel, (MS Windows környezetben) - 6 db monitor - 1 db laptop szoftverrel (MS Windows környezetben) - 1 db multifunkciós nyomatkészítő berendezés Az eszközöket külső szállító igénybevételével kívánjuk megvalósítani. A szükséges működési és szabályozási keretek kialakítását külső szállító igénybevételével valósítjuk meg. Az Önkormányzati szakrendszerek adatminőségének javítását, migrációját külső szállító igénybevételével valósítjuk meg. Oktatásokon való részvételhez kapcsolódó utazásokat részben Önkormányzati kisbusz, részben pedig saját gépjármű igénybevételével kívánjuk megvalósítani. A rendszer tesztelését, élesítését részben saját munkavállalók révén valósítjuk meg. A projektmenedzsment feladatokat Hivatali dolgozó fogja ellátni. A kötelezően előírt tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság feladatokat külső szállító igénybevételével valósítjuk meg. Önkormányzatunkat jelen projekt esetében előreláthatólag nem terheli közbeszerzési kötelezettségek, a relevánst tételek piaci árának alátámasztására 3 árajánlattal kerül sor. (Hungarian)

The population of Kántorjánosi is approximately 2300. The Mayor’s Office has an apparatus of 7 people. All administrators will work on the mandatory ASP framework. The ASP framework and the introduction of the following specialised systems are planned according to the Government Decree: a) document management system, (Introduction of the ASP specialised system instead of E-filtat document management software, data migration, training, testing alert) c) the electronic administration portal system, including electronic form service, d) management system, (introduction of the ASP specialised system instead of the EPER management system, data migration, education, testing and alerting) e) real estate cadastre system, (deployment of ASP’s specialised system instead of KATAWIN system, data migration, education, testing and alerting) f) municipal tax system, (Introduction of ASP specialisation system instead of tax system, data migration, education, testing and sharpening) g) industrial and commercial system, h) legacy inventory system. In the framework of the project, we also carry out the purchase of equipment in order to ensure the smooth use of the ASP system. Our current assets were acquired in the year 2009 and are not suitable for running the ASP framework. Their equipment does not meet the minimum system requirements for the safe operation of the ASP. The following equipment will be procured within the framework of the project: — Rack cabinet with 12 units — 4 uninterruptible power supplies — 7 card readers — 6 desktop computer software (MS in Windows environment) — 6 monitors — 1 laptop software (MS in Windows environment) — 1 multifunctional print making equipment We intend to implement the devices using an external supplier. We implement the necessary operational and regulatory frameworks using an external supplier. We implement the improvement of the data quality and migration of the local government systems using an external supplier. We intend to carry out the journeys related to the participation in education, partly through the use of municipal minibuses and partly by our own vehicle. The testing and sharpening of the system is partly carried out by our own employees. The project management tasks will be carried out by the Office staff. The mandatory information and publicity tasks are carried out with the help of an external supplier. Our Municipality is not expected to be subject to public procurement obligations for this project, and it will be done with 3 bids to support the market price of the relevant items. (English)

La population de Kántorjánosi est d’environ 2300 habitants. Le bureau du maire dispose d’un appareil de 7 personnes. Tous les administrateurs travailleront sur le cadre ASP obligatoire. Le cadre ASP et la mise en place des systèmes spécialisés suivants sont prévus conformément au décret gouvernemental: a) système de gestion des documents (introduction du système spécialisé ASP au lieu du logiciel de gestion des documents E-filtat, migration des données, formation, test d’alerte) c) le système de portail d’administration électronique, y compris le service de formulaires électroniques, d) système de gestion, (introduction du système spécialisé ASP au lieu du système de gestion EPER, migration des données, éducation, test et alerte) e) système de cadastre immobilier, (déploiement du système spécialisé d’ASP au lieu du système KATAWIN, migration des données, éducation, test et alerte) f) système fiscal municipal, (introduction d’un système de spécialisation ASP au lieu d’un système fiscal, migration des données, éducation, test et aiguisation) g) système industriel et commercial, h) ancien système d’inventaire. Dans le cadre du projet, nous effectuons également l’achat d’équipements afin d’assurer le bon fonctionnement du système ASP. Nos actifs courants ont été acquis en 2009 et ne conviennent pas au fonctionnement du cadre ASP. Leur équipement ne satisfait pas aux exigences minimales du système pour le fonctionnement en toute sécurité de l’ASP. Les équipements suivants seront achetés dans le cadre du projet: — Rack armoire avec 12 unités — 4 alimentations ininterrompues — 7 lecteurs de cartes — 6 logiciels informatiques de bureau (MS dans l’environnement Windows) — 6 moniteurs — 1 logiciel portable (MS dans l’environnement Windows) — 1 équipement multifonctionnel de fabrication d’impression Nous avons l’intention de mettre en œuvre les appareils à l’aide d’un fournisseur externe. Nous mettons en œuvre les cadres opérationnels et réglementaires nécessaires à l’aide d’un fournisseur externe. Nous mettons en œuvre l’amélioration de la qualité des données et de la migration des systèmes de l’administration locale en utilisant un fournisseur externe. Nous avons l’intention d’effectuer les voyages liés à la participation à l’éducation, en partie par l’utilisation de minibus municipaux et en partie par notre propre véhicule. L’essai et l’affûtage du système sont en partie effectués par nos propres employés. Les tâches de gestion du projet seront exécutées par le personnel de l’Office. Les tâches d’information et de publicité obligatoires sont effectuées avec l’aide d’un fournisseur externe. Notre municipalité ne devrait pas être soumise à des obligations en matière de marchés publics pour ce projet, et il sera fait avec 3 offres pour soutenir le prix de marché des articles concernés.
