NEETS aged 15 to 24 is the target group for Unga till arbete (Young towards work). The project aims to give these people the opportunity to make the choices that give them a chance to establish themselves on the labor market. By participating, these young adults will develop their skills through activities that strengthen the individual, increase the awareness of the different learning paths and labor and through practical internship get to experience a variety of work situations. This provides a basis on which to make wellgrounded and active choices towards an establishment on the labor market.The project is permeated by an approach that is non-judgmental and focused on creating solutions. The participants are selected in collaboration with the municipality, the Employment service and, in certain cases, the Social insurance. The program is consists of two major parts, 4-6 weeks of introduction followed by practical internship with ongoing monitoring. (English)

    Les NEET âgés de 15 à 24 ans constituent le groupe cible pour les jeunes au travail. Le projet vise à donner à ces personnes la possibilité de faire les choix qui leur donnent une chance de s’établir sur le marché du travail. En participant, ces jeunes adultes développeront leurs compétences par le biais d’activités qui renforcent l’individu, augmentent la sensibilisation aux différents parcours d’apprentissage et au travail et par le biais d’un stage pratique pour faire l’expérience d’une variété de situations de travail. Cela fournit une base sur laquelle faire des choix bien ancrés et actifs vers un établissement sur le marché du travail.Le projet est imprégné d’une approche qui est sans jugement et axée sur la création de solutions. Les participants sont sélectionnés en collaboration avec la municipalité, le service de l’emploi et, dans certains cas, l’assurance sociale. Le programme se compose de deux grandes parties, 4-6 semaines d’introduction suivies d’un stage pratique avec suivi continu. (French)

    NEETs im Alter von 15 bis 24 Jahren sind die Zielgruppe für Young to Work. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, diesen Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben, die Entscheidungen zu treffen, die ihnen eine Chance geben, sich auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu etablieren. Durch die Teilnahme entwickeln diese jungen Erwachsenen ihre Fähigkeiten durch Aktivitäten, die das Individuum stärken, das Bewusstsein für die verschiedenen Lernwege und die Arbeit erhöhen und durch praktisches Praktikum eine Vielzahl von Arbeitssituationen erleben. Dies bietet eine Grundlage, auf der fundierte und aktive Entscheidungen zu einer Niederlassung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt getroffen werden können.Das Projekt wird von einem Ansatz durchdrungen, der nicht urteilsfrei ist und sich auf die Schaffung von Lösungen konzentriert. Die Teilnehmer werden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde, dem Arbeitsamt und in bestimmten Fällen der Sozialversicherung ausgewählt. Das Programm besteht aus zwei Hauptteilen, 4-6 Wochen Einführung, gefolgt von Praxispraktikum mit laufender Überwachung. (German)

Il progetto mira a dare a queste persone l'opportunità di fare le scelte che danno loro la possibilità di stabilirsi sul mercato del lavoro. Partecipando, questi giovani adulti svilupperanno le loro competenze attraverso attività che rafforzano l'individuo, aumentano la consapevolezza dei diversi percorsi di apprendimento e del lavoro e attraverso stage pratico arrivano a sperimentare una varietà di situazioni di lavoro. Questo fornisce una base su cui fare scelte fondate e attive verso un'istituzione sul mercato del lavoro.Il progetto è permeato da un approccio che non è giudicante e focalizzato sulla creazione di soluzioni. I partecipanti sono selezionati in collaborazione con il comune, il servizio per l'occupazione e, in alcuni casi, l'assicurazione sociale. El proyecto tiene como objetivo dar a estas personas la oportunidad de tomar las decisiones que les dan la oportunidad de establecerse en el mercado laboral. Al participar, estos jóvenes adultos desarrollarán sus habilidades a través de actividades que fortalezcan al individuo, aumenten la conciencia de las diferentes vías de aprendizaje y trabajo y a través de prácticas prácticas lleguen a experimentar una variedad de situaciones laborales. Esto proporciona una base sobre la cual tomar decisiones bien fundamentadas y activas hacia un establecimiento en el mercado laboral.
