In order to give effect to the provisions of Section 6(1) and (2) of Decree No 27/2001 of the Minister for National Development, a façade wall panel shall be installed on each façade surface, thereby ensuring compliance with the requirements laid down in the Decree. The facade surfaces of the building are provided with PUR foam thermal insulation panel. The thermal insulation boards will be fitted with all mechanical attachments. On the upper plane of the attic floor of the building, mineral wool without mechanical fixing is placed in 2 layers in a total thickness of 25 cm. 6 kWp solar panel system is installed on the site. The energy generated by the solar system optimises the heating and operating costs of the building, as well as the installation of a heat pump system. Replacement of doors and windows is necessary, 3 layers of heat-insulated glazed structures are installed. The building’s heating and HMV system is also planned to be upgraded. Energy-saving transformation of the existing indoor lighting system of the building is planned. The following preparatory activities were carried out under the project: The company contacted the energetician, with regard to the development site, after mapping the consumption data for the last three years, the direction of development was outlined. The expert has also been selected to perform the planning tasks. Construction/construction companies were subsequently requested to map the market price. The technical content of the development was determined taking into account the tenders, technical content and prices received. The static looked at the building, issued an expert statement. The modularisation was completed by examining the roof structure of the buildings. As part of the project, costs are declared in connection with the installation of the solar panel system, the execution of thermal insulation and slab insulation works, the replacement of doors and windows, the construction of a heat pump system for the heating system of the building and the execution of energy-saving transformation works of the indoor lighting system.     A fejlesztés keretében komplex energetika fejlesztés megvalósítására kerül sor, 6 kWp teljesítményű napelemes rendszer telepítésével, hőszigetelési munkák elvégzésével, nyílászárócserével, fűtési rendszer korszerűsítésével, hőszivattyú telepítésével valamint a világítási rendszer energiatakarékos átalakításával. A fejlesztés műszaki paraméterei az alábbiakkal mutathatók be: Napelemes rendszer: 6 kWp teljesítményű napelemes rendszer telepítése tervezett inverterrel és szerelési anyagokkal. A telepíteni kívánt rendszernél minden napelem modul külön vezérlőegységgel van ellátva, mely lehetővé teszi az árnyékolásból, szennyeződésből és egyéb zavaró tényezőkből kialakuló teljesítménykülönbségek kiegyensúlyozását. Így lehetséges, hogy minden napelemtábla a saját maximális teljesítményét tudja leadni, ezért azonos körülmények között 15-25%-kal több villamos energia előállítására, megtakarításra képes, mint a 2. generációs technológiák. Az épület fokozott energiatakarékossága érdekében az energetikai számítás szerinti, a vonatkozó rendeletnek megfelelő hőszigetelések készülnek. Az épületek energetikai jellemzőinek meghatározásáról 7/2006. (V. 24.) TNM rendelet 6. § (1) és (2) bekezdéseiben foglaltak érvényre juttatása érdekében az egyes homlokzati felületeken homlokzati falpanel lesz elhelyezve, ezzel biztosítva a hiv. rendeletben meghatározott követelményeknek való megfelelést. Az épület homlokzati felületei PUR hab hőszigetelésű panel hőszigetelést kapnak. A hőszigetelő táblák minden mechanikai rögzítéssel lesznek ellátva. Az épület padlásfödém felső síkjára mechanikai rögzítés nélküli ásványi gyapot hőszigetelő paplan kerül elhelyezésre 2 rétegben, összesen 25 cm vastagságban. A telephelyre 6 kWp napelemes rendszer kerül felhelyezésre. A napelemes rendszer által megtermelt energia az épület fűtési és működési költségeit optimalizálja valamint hőszivattyús rendszer telepítése tervezett. A nyílászárók cseréje szükséges, 3 rétegű, hőszigetelt üvegezésű szerkezetek kerülnek telepítésre. Az épület fűtési és HMV rendszerének korszerűsítése is tervezett. Az épület meglévő beltéri világítási rendszerének energiatakarékos átalakítása tervezett. A projekt keretében az alábbi előkészítő tevékenységek megvalósítására került sor: A vállalkozás felvette a kapcsolatot energetikussal, a fejlesztési helyszín vonatkozásában az elmúlt három év fogyasztási adatainak feltérképezése után körvonalazódott a fejlesztés irányvonala. A tervezési feladatok ellátására is megtörtént a szakértő kiválasztása. Ezt követően került sor kivitelező/építőipari vállalkozások megkeresésére a piaci ár feltérképezése tekintetében. A beérkezett ajánlatok, műszaki tartalom, árak figyelembe vételével került sor a fejlesztés műszaki tartalmának meghatározására. A statikus az épületet megvizsgálta, szakértői nyilatkozatot kiállította. Az épületek tetőszerkezetét megvizsgálva készült el a modulkiosztás. A projekt keretében a napelemes rendszer telepítésével, a hőszigetelési és födémszigetelési munkák elvégzésével, nyílászárók cseréjével, épület fűtési rendszerének ellátásához hőszivattyús rendszer kiépítésével és beltéri világítási rendszer energiatakarékos átalakítási munkálatainak elvégzésével kapcsolatban kerül költség elszámolásra.
