The number of enterprises receiving the aid is 1. In order to meet the indicator, we intend to implement the following activities: The Municipality of Érd Municipality wishes to realise the investment on its own property, for which the necessary basic infrastructure is essential. In Érden, due to the proximity of Budapest, there are few industrial areas that need to be developed in any case, as it is the most dynamically developing and the youngest average age settlement in Pest County. The aim is to create infrastructure conditions, strengthen local businesses and increase employment, for which we are planning to create a new industrial area. The superstructures would be located on two properties (hrs.:26250,26251), which can be connected and accessible by road (hrs.: 26248,26230,015/5) is necessary for the construction and refurbishment of the public utilities related to them. As part of the public utilities development, public lighting at 285 m length, 1 000 m plumbing network, 500 m sewerage network, 500 m gas pipeline network, and rainwater drainage at 1 080 m are foreseen to be installed. We plan the preparation of the documents necessary for the implementation of the project during the project development phase, which are as follows: detailed technical basis study (business plan), permit-holder plan for buildings, construction plan after building permit. For the investment related to the road we plan to purchase the following documents: authorisation plan/renewal plan, construction plan. It is also necessary to obtain specialist plans. It will be possible to draw up the exact technical content and the corresponding budget on the basis of the documents produced. In terms of project preparation, the following can be summarised: the properties necessary for the realisation of the investment are owned by the Municipality of Érd MJV, classified in Gksz-6 zone. Within the framework of the project, among the self-eligible activities, the development of industrial areas B) and the development of existing ones, within the points of brownfield and greenfield investments: a) The construction, conversion, renovation, extension, modernisation of industrial areas (gas, water, sewerage, road, industrial siding, car park, electricity pipeline system, energy network, telecommunications and communication network, waste treatment facilities) within the boundaries of the plot, as well as the construction of a basic infrastructure outside the boundary, as specified in point 3.4 of the call. b) We intend to realise the points of construction and construction of the new building related to the production and service activities, and the implementation of the necessary technical building investments. Of the mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out on its own: a, accessibility for both buildings in accordance with OTÉK, c, energy efficiency measures: we intend to build new buildings in such a way that their energy characteristics are in line with the requirements of Article 7/2006. TNM Decree, d, publicity: the public is informed in accordance with the KTK Guide and the Arculative Manual, as the construction of the car park is also part of the project, so the basic charging infrastructure necessary for the use of this point electric vehicles is also needed. Where supported by the underlying document or needs assessments, the optional, ineligible, ineligible activities shall: The equipment and equipment necessary for the operation of the industrial park, the science and technology park, the logistics and innovation centre, the industrial area and the service functions necessary for the operation and production of the installation companies may be purchased. It is a cardinal task for Érd MJV and its region to bring local small and medium-sized enterprises to the position and to develop the local economy. The creation and development of an advanced infrastructure for business start-ups and operations is essential. The advanced business services provided by the Entrepreneurial Village provide an appropriate basis for the stable operation and development of businesses. A támogatásban részesülő vállalkozások száma esetünkben 1. Az indikátor teljesülése érdekében a következő tevékenységeket kívánjuk megvalósítani: Érd Megyei jogú Város Önkormányzata saját tulajdonú ingatlanán kívánja a beruházást megvalósítani, melyhez a szükséges alapinfrastruktúra kiépítése elengedhetetlen. Érden - Budapest közelsége miatt is - kevés ipari terület található, amely mindenképpen fejlesztésre szorul, mivel eközben a legdinamikusabban fejlődő és a legfiatalabb átlagéletkorú település Pest Megyében. Célként fogalmazódik meg az infrastrukturális feltételek megteremtése, a helyi vállalkozások megerősítése és a foglalkoztatás bővítése, melynek érdekében új iparterület kialakítását tervezzük. A felépítmények két ingatlanon (hrsz.:26250,26251) foglalnának helyet, melyek összekötéséhez és megközelíthetőségéhez út (hrsz.: 26248,26230,015/5) megépítése, illetve felújítása szükséges a hozzájuk kapcsolódó közműfejlesztéssel együtt. A közműfejlesztés keretén belül előreláthatólag kiépítésre kerül 285 m hosszon közvilágítás, 1000 m vízvezeték hálózat, 500 m csatornahálózat, 500 m gázvezeték hálózat, 1080 m hosszon pedig csapadékvíz elvezetés. A projekt megvalósításához szükséges dokumentumok elkészítését a projektfejlesztési szakaszban tervezzük, melyek a következők: részletes szakmai megalapozó tanulmány (üzleti terv), az épületekre vonatkozó engedélyes terv, építési engedélyt követően kiviteli terv. Az úttal kapcsolatos beruházáshoz az alábbi dokumentumok beszerzését tervezzük: engedélyes terv/ felújítási terv, kiviteli terv. Szükséges továbbá beszerezni szakági terveket is. Az elkészült dokumentumok alapján lehet majd a pontos műszaki tartalmat és az ahhoz kapcsolódó pontos költségvetést megfogalmazni. Projekt előkészítettség szempontjából, tehát a következők összegezhetők: a beruházás megvalósításához szükséges ingatlanok Érd MJV Önkormányzatának tulajdonában vannak, Gksz-6 övezetbe sorolással. A projekt keretén belül az önállóan támogatható tevékenységek közül, a B) Iparterületek kialakítása és meglévők fejlesztése, barnamezős, illetve zöldmezős beruházások ponton belül: a) Az iparterületek telekhatáron belüli alapinfrastruktúrájának (gáz, víz, csatorna, út, iparvágány, parkoló, elektromos vezetékrendszer, energia hálózat, távközlési és kommunikációs hálózat, hulladékkezelő létesítmények) kiépítése, átalakítása, felújítása, bővítése, korszerűsítése,közlekedőfelület kialakítása, illetve telekhatáron kívüli alapinfrastrukturális beruházás a Felhívás 3.4. pontja szerint. b) A termelő és szolgáltató tevékenységekhez kapcsolódó új épület építése, létesítése, a szükséges épületgépészeti beruházások végrehajtása pontokat kívánjuk megvalósítani. A kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek közül: a, akadálymentesítés mindkét épület vonatkozásában az OTÉK-nak megfelelően, c, energiahatékonysági intézkedések: az új épületeket úgy kívánjuk felépíteni, hogy az energetikai jellemzői megfeleljenek a 7/2006. (V.24.) TNM rendelet előírásainak, d, nyilvánosság biztosítása: a KTK Útmutató és Arculati Kézikönyvnek megfelelően kerül tájékoztatásra a lakosság, mivel a parkoló építés is a projekt része, így az e, pont elektromos járművek használatához szükséges alapvető töltő-infrastruktúra kiépítése is szükséges. Amennyiben a megalapozó dokumentum, illetve az igényfelmérések alátámasztják, úgy a választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek közül: Az ipari park, tudományos és technológiai park, logisztikai és innovációs központ, iparterület működtetéséhez és a betelepülő vállalkozások számára nyújtott működést és termelést elősegítő szolgáltatási funkciók ellátásához szükséges eszközök, berendezések beszerzésére kerülhet sor. Érd MJV és térsége számára kardinális feladat a helyi kis- és középvállalkozások helyzetbe hozása, a helyi gazdaság fejlesztése. A vállalkozások indításához és működéséhez szükséges fejlett infrastrukturális háttér megteremtése és fejlesztése nélkülözhetetlen. A vállalkozói falu által nyújtott fejlett üzleti szolgáltatások megfelelő alapot biztosítanak a vállalkozások stabil működéséhez és továbbfejlődéséhez. A projekt során bevonásra kerül az Érdi Ipartestület, mint az érdi gazdasági szereplőket tömörítő szervezet. (Hungarian)
