Our goals are consistent with the goals of the City of Várpalota and the objectives of the call. Strengthening small communities on a voluntary basis and strengthening social responsibility, implementing child and youth programmes in the small community system. Basic objectives: • Strengthening social responsibility, improving intergenerational cooperation and linkage, strengthening families and social cohesion, strengthening civil society, social inclusion and social solidarity • Increasing willingness to volunteer, increasing the overall social appreciation of volunteering and, at the same time, promoting volunteering at local/regional level, implementing specific voluntary programmes. Milestones: • Reducing local cultural and social disparities through specific programmes, developing long-term social relationships, sensitising the target groups, engaging them in order to ensure activity • Developing local opportunities for volunteering and providing organised insurance, promoting volunteering for all ages. in the settlement, human relations are becoming weaker as well, the role of physical relations is taken over by digital or cyber connection channels, which give false or distorted picture of reality. Our daily lives are increasingly living in a parallel world, provided by the Internet, at the expense of our human relationships. Families talk less and less at home, which can lead to the coldness of human relationships. Therefore, we see the need to bring people together again by organising concrete physical relationships, lectures, workshops and real interactions. Our goals are adapted to local needs, as they focus primarily on problems arising from the existence of small settlements and the conditions of the settlement, such as active community spaces and the lack of community-enhancing programs. It is encouraging that the local youth, but also the middle-aged and older generation, have shown a great deal of interest in similar projects in previous years. The selected project elements are fully identified with the objective of the application, which aim to preserve social values related to the age characteristics of the local and middle-aged and older generation. The activities and programmes targeted are in line with the measures set out in the Equal Opportunities Programmes, as our aim is to ensure that all local and surrounding residents have access to the programmes. In addition to the usual local channels (websites, posters, leaflets in public institutions), civil society organisations will be notified separately of the programme, event and help to pass the information to the public and encourage participation. The dates of the programmes are set to be more optimal for the target group. The aim of the foundation is to help the children living in the settlement, to improve their quality of life, to ensure their daytime care, to enable them to spend their free time usefully, to support children with disabilities or permanently ill children and their parents. Our operating environment is Várpalota. Since its foundation in 2017, more and more people are looking for us, as well as several professional programs from year to year. The foundation has good relations with the local government as well as with the members of the other NGOs operating in Várpalota. The target group to be addressed is relatively broad due to the nature of small settlements. Typically, we wish to provide opportunities for young people who are about to start a family, for couples preparing for marriage, for parents with children, for parents who want to return to the world of work, for large families and for multi-generational families. Our Foundation’s mission is to: • search for opportunities and resources to carry out, maintain and operate its mission; • organise lectures and events to strengthen cooperation; • provide educational, professional presentations, practical exchanges of experience; • strengthen the relations between families within the family, providing room for manoeuvre for the protection and effective functioning of the family as a social organisation institution; • maintain contacts with other organisations and institutions with similar objectives; • present and represent your ideas, goals and achievements in the relevant civil and mental life of the city and the region. The Foundation has carried out youth, cohesion and innovative cooperation thematic projects on several occasions; both independently and in partnership. We would like to draw on the experience gained now, in order to reach the target groups. A megszólítani kívánt célcsoport a kistelepülési mivoltból adódóan viszonylag széleskörű. Jellemzően a családalapítás előtt álló fiatalok részére, házasságkötésre, gyermekvállalásra készülő pároknak, gyermekes szülőknek, a munka világába visszatérni vágyó szülőknek, nagycsaládoknak, többgenerációs családoknak kívánunk jelen projektünkkel lehetőségeket biztosítani. Alapítványunk feladatának tartja, hogy céljai érdekében: • felkutassa a lehetőségeket és a forrásokat küldetésének megvalósításához, azok fenntartásához és működtetéséhez; • az együttműködéseket erősítő előadásokat és rendezvényeket szervezzen; • nevelési, szakmai bemutatókat, gyakorlati tapasztalatcseréket bonyolítson; • erősítse a családon belüli, családok közötti kapcsolatokat, mozgásteret nyújtva a család, mint társadalomszerveződési intézmény védelméhez, hatékony működéséhez; • kapcsolatokat tartson fenn más, hasonló célú szervezetekkel és intézményekkel; • eszméit, céljait és eredményeit ismertesse és képviselje a város és a régió civil és szellemi életének megfelelő fórumain. Az Alapítvány korábban is több alkalommal bonyolított le ifjúsági, kohéziót erősítő,valamint innovatív kooperáción alapuló tematikus projekteket; önállóan éspartnerségben egyaránt. Az ezek során szerzett tapasztalatokra kívánunk támaszkodnimost is, a megcélzott csoportok eléréséhez. Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: 1. kulturális rendezvények szervezése, lebonyolítása - Családi Társasjáték Délután a Gyerekpalota Játszóházban: Minden alkalommal, 6-8 társasjátékkal készülünk.
