As for all local communities and the community of Mezőtúr City, it is extremely important to successfully implement ongoing and start-up developments affecting the city and to explore the development opportunities. In order to ensure effective and successful implementation of the ongoing and future urban development projects, it is essential to involve local actors (residents, civil society organisations, businesses, public institutions) in the development of development ideas in order to make effective use of the opportunities. With the involvement of local actors who play an important role in the life of the city, we can aim to implement projects that are designed and implemented taking into account the interests and needs of both the population and local NGOs, businesses and public institutions. The Municipality of Mezőtúr City was established by the Municipality of Mezőtúr in March 2015 from its tender writers, project managers and public procurement, technical and financial experts. The Ltd. was founded by the need for a professional, dynamic and result-oriented team focusing specifically on the coordinated implementation of these tasks to carry out the preparation, implementation and related activities of EU and domestic funded projects, which are an important pillar of the development of the city. Given that the development is not only fostered by state and municipal investments, our company considers it extremely important to provide complex services to both the members of the business and civil spheres and individuals to achieve their goals successfully, supported by a tender source and sustainably. Preparation of the project In the 2014-2020 programming period, the City of Mezőtúr has successfully exploited and implemented a number of development opportunities. In addition to tourism developments, transport development projects, building energy modernisation of public institutions, modernisation of the industrial park, as well as numerous projects supporting employment, human service development and social convergence are being implemented in Mezőtúr. The aim of Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. is to raise awareness of the projects and project opportunities currently being implemented, as well as the start-up and future projects, to the local actors, and with their involvement to ensure their effective and useful implementation for all stakeholders. Target group(s) The target group to be reached by the project is local residents, NGOs, businesses and public institutions. Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. intends to provide a full range of consultancy, administration and other consultancy services to them. Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. aims to achieve the involvement of local actors in the planning and implementation of urban development projects by implementing the following activities: Provide information on the progress of ongoing and ongoing development investments via a website (www.mvfkft.hu) and a flyer through an event. Publication of calls for proposals on the website (www.mvfkft.hu), targeted at local businesses, NGOs and the local population. A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények Mint minden helyi közösség számára, úgy Mezőtúr Város közössége számára is rendkívül fontos a várost érintő folyamatban lévő és induló fejlesztések sikeres megvalósítása, a fejlesztési lehetőségek feltérképezése. Annak érdekében, hogy a jelenleg zajló, valamint a jövőben tervezett városfejlesztési projektek hatékonyan és sikeresen megvalósulhassanak, nélkülözhetetlen a helyi szereplők (lakosok, civil szervezetek, vállalkozások, közintézmények) bevonása a fejlesztési elképzelések kialakításába, a lehetőségek hatékony kihasználása érdekében. A fent megállapított tényt felismerve, a Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. céljául tűzte ki, hogy a helyi szereplők számára a városban zajló fejlesztésekről szóló folyamatos tájékoztatás mellett ingyenes pályázati, ügyviteli és szakértői tanácsadást is nyújtson, ezzel is elősegítve az alulról építkező, kölcsönös párbeszéden alapuló fejlesztések megvalósítását. A város életében fontos szerepet játszó helyi szereplők bevonásával a jövőben olyan projektek megvalósítását tűzhetjük ki célul, mely mind a lakosság, mind pedig a helyi civil szervezetek, vállalkozások és közintézmények érdekeinek és igényeinek figyelembe vételével kerülnek megtervezésre és megvalósításra. A Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaságot Mezőtúr Város Önkormányzata 2015 márciusában hozta létre pályázatíróiból, projektmenedzsereiből, illetve közbeszerzési, műszaki és pénzügyi szakembereiből. A Kft.-t annak igénye hívta életre, hogy a város fejlődésének fontos pillérét jelentő uniós és hazai finanszírozású projektek előkészítését, lebonyolítását, valamint az azokkal kapcsolatos tevékenységeket egy professzionális, kifejezetten ezen feladatok összehangolt végrehajtására koncentráló, dinamikus és eredményorientált team végezze. Tekintettel arra, hogy a fejlődést nem csak az állami és önkormányzati beruházások mozdítják elő, cégünk kiemelten fontosnak tartja komplex szolgáltatások nyújtásával hozzásegíteni mind a vállalkozói- és civil szféra tagjait, mind magánszemélyeket céljaik sikeres, pályázati forrással támogatott és fenntartható megvalósításához. A projekt előkészítettsége A 2014-2020 programozási időszakban, Mezőtúr Városa számos fejlesztési lehetőséget használt ki és valósított meg sikeresen. A turisztikai fejlesztések mellett, közlekedésfejlesztési projektek, közintézmények épületenergetikai korszerűsítése, az ipari park korszerűsítése, valamint számos foglalkoztatást, humán szolgáltatásfejlesztést, és társadalmi felzárkóztatást segítő projektek valósulnak meg Mezőtúron. A Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. célja, hogy a jelenleg megvalósítás alatt álló, valamint az induló és a jövőben tervezett projekteket és projektlehetőségeket megismertesse a helyi szereplőkkel, bevonásukkal pedig biztosítsa azok hatékony és minden érintett számára hasznos megvalósítását. A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) A projekt által elérni kívánt célcsoportot a helyi lakosok, civil szervezetek, vállalkozások, és a közintézmények alkotják. A Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. számukra kíván teljes körű pályázati tanácsadói, ügyviteli és egyéb szaktanácsadói szolgáltatást nyújtani. Megvalósítandó tevékenységek A Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. az alábbi tevékenységek megvalósításával kívánja elérni a helyi szereplők bevonását a városfejlesztési projektek tervezésébe és megvalósításába: A folyamatban lévő és előkészítés alatt álló fejlesztési beruházások előrehaladásáról tájékoztatás nyújtása honlapon (www.mvfkft.hu) és szóróanyag segítségével rendezvény keretein belül. Pályázati lehetőségek, felhívások megjelentetése honlapon (www.mvfkft.hu), célzottan a helyi vállalkozások, civil szervezetek és a helyi lakosság számára. Személyre szabott pályázati lehetőségek feltérképezése, tanácsadás nyújtása támogatási kérelem benyújtásához, hiánypótlások teljesítéséhez, pénzügyi elszámolások és szakmai beszámolók benyújtásához, a projekt szakmai megvalósításához. 2 db Workshop szervezése civil szervezetek és vállalkozások részére a pályázatok előkészítéséről, a megvalósítás időszakában elvégzendő feladatokról, valamint a Pályázati e-ügyintézés felület használatáról. Műszaki, szakmai eredmények és azok fenntartása (amennyiben releváns) A projekt megvalósításával a Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. szándéka megismertetni a pályázati rendszert Mezőtúr helyi szereplőivel, ezzel is serkentve a település fejlődésének és fejlesztésének alulról történő szerveződését, annak érdekében, hogy a jövőben megvalósítani tervezett beruházások és fejlesztések még hatékonyabban, a helyi lakosság igényeinek figyelembe vételével valósulhassanak meg. A Mezőtúri Városfejlesztési Kft. a projekt sikeres megvalósítását követően is folytatni kívánja a fentiekben ismertetett tevékenységeit, annak érdekében, hogy a jövőben is a társadalmi együttműködésen alapuló, a helyi közösség számára hasznos fejlesztések valósulhassanak meg Mezőtúr Városában.
