The project aims to create a community space in the area of the public park in Kossuth Square, which serves both the cultural and leisure activities of the Local Community of Balmazújváros. Our direct goal is to create a large-scale filagory that can provide venues for chamber concerts, photo sessions, outdoor children’s playhouses, thereby creating a community scene that attracts young people and provides them with an opportunity to meet and relax. In addition, the project is complemented by the purchase of outdoor sound equipment, which — suppressing any car noise — can provide a pleasant musical background for relaxation. Preparation of the project A preliminary verbal assessment of needs was carried out for the project and quotations were requested for the activities to be carried out in order to determine the costs of the investment. The design documentation and the priced budget of the filagory have been completed, we have compiled a list of sound equipment, we asked for the indicative price offer. The primary target group(s) of the project is the entire population of Balmazújváros, who can choose Kossuth Square park as a community scene. Establishment and development of Community spaces b) "Developing a new community space will be implemented. Mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out independently (a) Provision of mandatory information and publicity 0.48 % 3.1.2.2. Optional, ineligible actions: a) Purchase of equipment necessary for the proper use of the area 18.4 % A Call 3.4. Compliance with the technical, technical content and implementation requirements of the project: — In the course of the development, at least one eligible activity will be carried out, which is detailed above. — The apportionment is not relevant for this project. No real estate change takes place. — Construction costs are determined taking into account the Construction Cost Assessment Assistance. — The results generated by the project during the planning and implementation of the project comply with point 3.4.1.2 of the Call. — A cost-benefit analysis is not relevant for this project. — Milestones in the project were designed in accordance with the Call. — There is no public procurement procedure for construction. A projekt célja A projekt keretein belül a Kossuth téren található közpark területén kívánunk létrehozni egy olyan közösségi teret, amely egyszerre szolgálja a Balmazújvárosi Helyi Közösség kulturális és szabadidős tevékenységét is. Közvetlen célunk egy nagy méretű filagória kialakítása, amely kamarakoncertek, fotózkodások, kültéri gyermek játszóházak számára biztosíthat helyszínt, ezáltal olyan közösségi színteret teremt, amely vonzza a fiatalokat, találkozási-kikapcsolódási lehetőséget biztosít a számukra. A projekt szükségességének alátámasztása, előzmények A településen jelenleg nincs olyan közösségi tér, amely kamarazenekari koncertek, vagy kis együttesek fellépéseinek adhatna helyet, vagy fotózásokhoz (pl. esküvő, nagy családi rendezvény, osztálytalálkozók stb.) biztosítana megfelelő körülményeket, netalán szabadtéri filmvetítésekhez, kamaraszínházi előadásokhoz, vagy kiállításokhoz nyújtana kültéri hangtechnikával felszerelt hátteret. A projekt megvalósulásával bővül a közösségi terek száma, amely funkcionálisan széles körben hasznosítható lesz, viszont nem vár el több száz fős létszámot, hiszen a kistelepülések élhetősége pontosan a kis közösségek működésében rejlik. Balmazújvároson a nyári időszakban esténként megtelik fiatalokkal a Kossuth tér. Sétálnak, beszélgetnek, zenét hallgatnak az emberek. A közösségi tér igény már kialakult, csak az infrastrukturális hátteret szükséges hozzá megteremteni. Emellett a projekt kiegészül kültéri hangtechnikai eszközök beszerzésével, amelyek – elnyomva az esetleges autózajt – kellemes zenei hátteret adhat a kikapcsolódáshoz. A projekt előkészítettsége A projekt tekintetében előzetes szóbeli igényfelmérés történt, valamint a beruházás költségeinek meghatározása érdekében árajánlatok kerültek bekérésre a megvalósítandó tevékenységek vonatkozásában. Elkészült a filagória tervdokumentációja és árazott költségvetése, Összeállítottuk a hangtechnikai eszközök listáját, bekértük az indikatív árajánlatot. A projekt által érintett célcsoport(ok) A projekt elsődleges célcsoportja Balmazújváros teljes lakossága, akik közösségi színtérnek választhatják a Kossuth téri parkot. Megvalósítandó tevékenységek: A projekt keretein belül a felhívás 3.1.1 Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek A.) Közösségi terek kialakítása, fejlesztése b.) „Új közösségi tér kialakítása kerül megvalósításra. A projekt keretein belül a Kossuth téri park területén filagóriát építünk, valamint a parkban kültéri hangtechnikát helyezünk el. Az egyes tevékenységekhez köthető költséghányadok az alábbiak szerint alakulnak: Tevékenység Költséghányad 3.1.1. Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek a) Kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása 0,48% 3.1.2.2. Választható, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek: a) A terület rendeltetésszerű használatához szükséges eszközbeszerzés 18,4% A Felhívás 3.4. A projekt műszaki, szakmai tartalmával és a megvalósítással kapcsolatos elvárásoknak való megfelelés: - A fejlesztés során min. egy támogatható tevékenység megvalósul, amelyet a fentiekben részleteztünk. - Az arányosítás nem releváns jelen projektben. - Ingatlankiváltás nem történik. - Az építési költségek az Építőipari Költségbecslési Segédlet figyelembevételével kerültek meghatározásra. - A projekt tervezése és megvalósítása során a projektben létrehozott eredmények megfelelnek a Felhívás 3.4.1.2. pontjában foglaltaknak. - Költség-haszon elemzés készítése nem releváns jelen projektre vonatkozóan. - A projektben a mérföldkövek tervezése a Felhívásban foglaltakkal összhangban történt. - A kivitelezésre vonatkozóan közbeszerzési eljárás nem kerül lebonyolításra. A tartalmi értékelési szempontoknak való megfelelés: 1. A beruházás csak ERFA-típusú fejlesztéseket foglal magában. Minden tervezett fejlesztés ERFA-típusú tevékenységnek minősül. 2. A fejlesztés hozzájárul a HKFS céljainak megvalósulásához A helyi támogatási kérelem egyértelműen alátámasztja a támogatandó tevékenységek és a HKFS célja(i) közötti összefüggést, mely alapján egyértelműen megállapítható, hogy a tevékenységek teljes mértékben a HKFS vonatkozó céljának megvalósulását szolgálják. A HKFS átfogó és specifikus célokat fogalmaz meg. Az átfogó célok közül jelen fejlesztés az alábbihoz kapcsolható: „A városi kulturális-közösségi élet infrastrukturális adottságainak bővítése különösen a fiatalok helyben tartása érdekében” A projekt nagy mértékben hozzájárul a fiatalok helyben tartásához, hiszen kulturális és közösségi teret alakít ki egyszerre, találkozási pont (Hungarian)
