Particularly important target groups in addition to active and supportive membership of civil society organisations: schoolchildren, students, teachers, artists, pensioners, segregated people. Among the activities that can be independently supported, the construction and construction of the Nature Parking Community House will be carried out. According to the architectural plans, a building with a useful floor area of 156.03 m² will be created, consisting of the following rooms: barrier-free and women’s bathroom, foreground, men’s bathroom, office, community and showroom, storage, kitchenette. Out of the mandatory non-eligible activities to be carried out independently, 10 bicycle storage facilities suitable for the accommodation of bicycles, information and publicity and project management activities will be implemented.     Jelenleg Sarkad Városban nem található olyan jellegű közösségi tér, ahol a civil szervezetek nagyobb volumenű, természet-közeli rendezvényeiket megtarthatnák. A tervek szerint a kialakítandó egybefüggő közel 100 m2 fedett közösségi és kiállítótéren nagyobb volumenű rendezvények, alkotóházak, kiállítások, összejövetelek megrendezésére is alkalmas. A tér megfelelő fűtéssel és egyéb egységekkel (teakonyha, akadálymentesített női és férfi mosdóval, irodával támogatott. Az akadálymentesítés biztosítására Rehabilitációs környezettervező szakértő bevonására került sor. A megvalósítandó épület udvara kiválóan alkalmas szabadtéri rendezvények megszervezésére. A közeli épület támogató szolgáltatásaival, elektromos áram kapcsolással minden rendezvény a szabad téren is megszervezhető. A helyszín a Sarkadkeresztúri út azon részén helyezkedik el, ahonnan gyorsan, és rövid úton elérhető a település határa. Ez különösen alkalmassá teszi arra, hogy bázisa legyen a természet bejáró tevékenységeknek, mint a madárfigyelés, vadfelmérés, horgászat, cserkészet, növénygyűjtés, rendkívüli biológia órák, festő, alkotótáborok vagy egyéb célokból, szervezetten történő természetbejárás. A támogató kérelem benyújtásakor rendelkezésre áll a Megalapozó tanulmány, építési engedélyezési tervdokumentáció, tervezői költségbecslés, Integrált Városfejlesztési Stratégia. Folyamatban van a jogerős építési engedély beszerzése. A fejlesztés közvetlen haszonélvezői a Sarkad Város területén működő civil szervezetek, azok tagjai, illetve az azok által szervezett rendezvények látogatói lesznek. Figyelembe véve, hogy a civil szervezetek jelentős népességtömeget elérnek, nagy bizonyossággal kijelenthető, hogy a fejlesztés által érintetté válik a település lakosságának jelentős része. Különösen fontos célcsoportok a civil szervezetek aktív és pártoló tagsága mellett: iskolások, diákok, tanárok, alkotóművészek, nyugdíjasok, szegregátumban élők. Az önállóan támogatható tevékenységek közül meg fog valósulni a Természetjáró közösségi ház építése, létesítése. A építészeti tervek szerint létrejön egy 156,03 m2 hasznos alapterületű épület, amely a következő helyiségekből fog állni: akadálymentes és női mosdó, előtér, férfi mosdó, iroda, közösségi és bemutatótér, tároló, teakonyha. Kötelezően megvalósítandó, önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek közül meg fog valósulni 10 darab kerékpár elhelyezésére alkalmas kerékpártároló kialakítása, tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása valamint a projekt menedzsment tevékenységek. A kötelező tájékoztatás és nyilvánosság biztosítása az érvényben lévő Kedvezményezettek Tájékoztatási Kötelezettségei elnevezésű dokumentum fejezeti szerint: „C” típusú tába elkészítése és elhelyezése, kommunikációs célra alkalmas fotódokumentáció készítése valamint sajtóközlemény kiküldése projekt zárásáról és sajtómegjelenés összegyűjtése. A projekt menedzsment tevékenységek magukba foglalják a következő tevékenységeket: a projektben szereplő szakmai tevékenységeknek a Pályázati Felhívás és a Támogatási Szerződés szerinti megfelelő, szabályos és eredményes megvalósításának a biztosítása, az ütemtervnek megfelelő feladatok követése, munkaterv kialakítása, a projekt tevékenységeinek koordinálása a szakmai projekttervezéssel összehangoltan: az előrehaladás folyamatos figyelése, összemérése a tervekkel és szükség esetén intézkedés kezdeményezése a korrekcióról az ügyvezető vagy a gazdasági vezető segítségével; a projekt megvalósításához kapcsolódó kockázatok; a szolgáltatásokkal kapcsolatos ajánlatkérések menedzselése. a teljesítések felügyelete; közreműködés a szerződések előkészítésében; az előírt jelentésszolgálat működtetése és a szükséges információáramlás biztosítása: Projekt szakmai beszámoló, és Kifizetési igénylés rendszeres és ad hoc készítése, az ellenőrző szervezetek által igényelt jelentések elkészítése, adatszolgáltatás, a projektcélok, indikátorok teljesülésének nyomon követése a szakmai monitoring rendszerrel és a pályázati kiírással összhangban, kapcsolattartás a releváns környezet képviselőivel (KSZ, IH, partnerek, stb.), közreműködés az IH részéről történő ellenőrzésekben.
