    A program célcsoportja a 3.sz. szegregátumban élők csoportja. A Szent Imre úton 9 önkormányzati ingatlan van. Zömében alacsony iskolai végzettségűek, nem fejezték be tanulmányaikat, képzetlenek, rendszeres szociális segélyből és egyéb segélyekből élnek. Az önkormányzati ingatlanok leromlott műszaki állapotúak, felújításuk égető, melyhez az önkormányzat saját erővel nem rendelkezik, az itt lakó önkormányzati bérlők a bérleti díjat is nehezen tudják fizetni. A kertjeiket nem művelik, az elmúlt évtizedekben azok illegális szemétlerakókká váltak. Az utcában víz, szennyvíz, áram, szilárd burkolatú út, közvilágítás van. A projekt során minden önkormányzati ingatlan felújítása nem lesz megoldható, a kiválasztás szempontjai a következők voltak: Az ingatlan műszaki állapota, az ingatlanban élők száma - ebből a kiskorúak száma-, önkormányzati lakbér tartozás mértéke. Az önkormányzat 1/1-tulajdoni hányadban tulajdonában álló - volt általános iskola később nappali szociális intézmény - jelenleg funkció nélküli Füzesabony, Zrinyi u.21.sz.alatti ingatlanában (hrsz: 1980; területe 2108 m2 ) egy több funkciós intézményt kíván kialakítani. Az ingatlan udvara és belső tere nagyságánál és a településen központi helyen történő elhelyezkedése miatt alkalmas egy közösségi színtér kialakítására. Mind a település központjából, mind a 3.sz. szegregátumból jól megközelíthető. Az elképzelések szerint az alábbi funkciók kapnának helyett az ingatlanban: 1-db szolgálati lakás, ahol a szociális munkás lakhatását biztosítanánk. A szolgálati lakás helyben történő kialakításának célja, hogy bármely foglalkozás esetén az ingatlan felügyelete folyamatosan meg legyen oldva, ezen kívül bárki érdeklődő az ingatlanba szeretne jönni a bejutást meg lehessen oldani. A Szolgálati lakás önálló, és a közösségi szintér felé is rendelkezne bejárattal. A lakásban fürdő és wc, konyha, nappali és 2 db szoba kerülne kialakításra. DD energia osztályú felújítása biztosított lesz. Az ingatlan egy nagyobb helyiség együttes a közösségi színtér. Ebben kerülne kialakításra egy közösségi nagyterem, amely alkalmas nagyobb rendezvények kialakítására. Itt filmvetítések, oktatások, szűrések, stb megrendezésére lenne lehetőség. Ebből a helyiségből biztosított a szociális helyiségek elérése, valamint az újonnan kialakítandó tankonyha, és mosókonyha is. Az ingatlan 3. önálló helyiségcsoportjában kerülne kialakításra irodahelyiség, kisebb oktatóterem amely alkalmas játszóházi szoba, tanfolyam, szűrés, gyermekfelügyelet egyéb megtartására is. Ez az ingatlanrész is önálló bejárattal is rendelkezik, használata során megoldható, hogy ne akadályozzák egymást a különböző rendezvényen résztvevők. Az ingatlan udvara teljes felújításra szorul. Az udvar körbe kerítése „LINDABB” lemezzel történik, így megoldott lesz a teljes lezárása, a szomszédokat a rendezvényen részt vevők nem zavarják. A bejárati kapu elektromosan nyitható lesz, az udvar kamerázva lesz. Az udvaron a kapubejáró az épület vonalában térkővel lesz borítva, egyébként az udvar füvesített lesz. Elhelyezésre kerül 3 db nagyméretű mobil kemence fedett szín alatt, egy nagyméretű nyársaló ülőkékkel. Az udvar világítása megoldott lesz kültéri lámpák kihelyezésével. A gyermekek részére 2 db udvari játék kerül kihelyezésre. Az udvaron a kerítés mellett zöld növényzet kerül telepítésre. A Füzesabony, Templom u.16.sz. alatti (hrsz: 1950; területe 1073 m2) önkormányzati ingatlanon kerülne kialakításra a tankert. Az ingatlanon jelenleg egy összedőlés alatt álló romos épület van. A projekt során ez a romos épület elbontásra kerülne, és helyére egy tároló kerülne megépítésre, amely a programban használt kerti kisgép és tartozékai valamint az egyéb a tankert művelés használatára vásárolt eszközök tárolására lesz alkalmas. Az udvaron a telepítésre kerülne fóliasátor, amely a fóliaművelésre tanítaná meg a projektbe bevont személyeket, valamint egy konyhakert. A konyhakertben elsajátított ismereteket a célcsoport a szegregátumban lévő önkormányzati ingatlanok kertjeiben folytatja tovább, cél hogy önellátásra képesek legyenek az itt élő emberek. Ezért a szegregátumban lévő önkormányzat ingatlanok udvarát termő területté kell tenni, az azon elhelyezett illegális szemét elszállításáról, a kertek körbekerítéséről, tereprendezésről, szántásról, gyümölcsfák telepítéséről gondoskodni kell. A tankert egy része gyümölcsfákkal telepített, rendezett így itt azok művelését kell végeznie a programba bevont célcsoportnak. A kertészeti ismeretek megszerzésében segítségére lesz a projektgazdának a helyben működő kertbarát kör egyesület. A tankert az akció területén belül, de a szegregátumon kívül helyezkedik el, családi házas övezetben. A szomszédos ingatlanok lakóival a szegregátumban élők kapcsolatba kerülnek, a kertművelés hasznos tapasztalatait ezáltal is elsajátítják majd. A program során szervezett képzések kiválasztása a gyakorlati élet kívánalmaihoz igazodik, így kisgépkezelői és háztartási ismeretek oktatására is sor kerül majd. (Hungarian)
