The infrastructure development of the basic health care system is to modernise the services and infrastructure conditions of the institution and to reduce inequalities in access, with a particular focus on the following target groups: pregnant, women, children and underage, disabled and elderly. The investment meets the needs of these target groups to the maximum extent. The importance of developing basic health care (home medicine, general paediatric care, dental care, protective women’s care, school health care) is due to the fact that this level is best placed to carry out basic screening and health check-ups, thus playing a prominent role in prevention, at the place of residence of the population. The infrastructural development of the health institution also contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the Semmelweis Plan and the Healthcare Sectoral Strategy “Healthy Hungary 2014-2020”. The reason for the investment is that the infrastructure of the primary health care system is in poor condition, or the medical office, counsellor and school-health office have incomplete or outdated equipment. Thanks to the project, the renovation of the building, the development of infrastructure and the purchase of equipment for the GP, the dental service and the protective services are carried out. The building at 67 Rákóczi utca 67 is replaced, thermal insulation, internal renovation, new pavement of the premises, refurbishment of water blocks, modernisation of heating and infrastructure development, the production of electricity is realised with the help of solar panels. In the field of equipment purchase, EKG 12, Spirometer vs. machine, eye mirror PD meter, colour display pulse oximeter, sugar meter, ABPM 05 blood pressure holter, ultrasound device, ankle-arm index, laptop operating system, 2 pcs, waiting room benches with 4 seated 6 seats, tablet operating system 2 pcs Pulsoximeter for children, blood pressure meter, two kinds of tablets, “Ittas driving” demonstration glasses, demonstrating model, nursery doll, deck and desk, photocopier, chair tools. The project complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and has no impact on energy use, environmental status of the project environment, water status and climate change. The health centre will be refurbished to take account of the needs of women and men and to protect the interests of people with reduced mobility. The municipality has an equal opportunities programme and adheres to it, both in terms of development and in everyday life. The nurses’ service involved in the development, the practice of general practitioners, dentists and school health services are filled. The service has a valid operating licence and an OEP financing agreement. In the practice, the number of patients treated reaches 1,600. The health centre has sufficient medical and assistive human resources in line with the content of the project. The nurse working in the practice of general practitioner has anesthesitive and nursing education, the doctor has a degree in neurology, child neurology and general practitioner. A doctor who completes dental practice has a degree in dentistry and a protective woman has a degree in college. The development of the local demographic, economic and relevant local needs resulting from the situation ensures the professional sustainability of the development. The population declines at a slower pace than the surrounding settlements and has stagnated for a longer period of time. This trend is due to businesses settled in the village over the last five years, employment opportunities in and around the village, low business tax. Thanks to the CSOK, more demand for building plots has emerged, which means that births will grow. Thanks to the project activity, we provide complex development, as several basic care services are integrated into one building. The development contributes to maintaining the population in the settlement, improving the quality of life, maintaining the ability to work and improving accessibility. The project will contribute to environmental sustainability in terms of resource efficiency and environmental awareness. The solar panel reduces emissions of pollutants. It takes into account cost-effectiveness aspects, as a result of which the improvements planned in the project contribute to the institution’s economical budget and to the reduction of its operating costs. The applicant undertakes to cooperate with the county’s local employment pacts in the county. The professional cooperation between the health care provider and the municipality applying for support ensures the maintenance not only until the end of the maintenance obligation, but also beyond. The objectives set fit the target system of the TDM LEADER LEADER LAG HFS of Future Builders (English)

Egészségügyi Ágazati Stratégiában foglalt célkitűzések megvalósulásához is. Eszközbeszerzés terén EKG 12, Spirometer vsz. gép, Szemtükör PD mérő , Szines kijelzős pulzoximéter , Cukor mérő , ABPM 05 vérnyomás holter, ultrahang készülék , Boka-kar index , laptop operációs rendszerrel , 2 db, Várótermi padok 4 üléses 6 db, tablet operációs rendszerrel 2 db Pulzoximéter gyerek, vérnyomás mérő, Kettesy féle tábla, "Ittas vezetés" demonstrációs szemüveg, demonstráló modell, Ápolási baba, pakoló és íróasztal, fénymásoló, szék eszközök beszerzése valósul meg. A fejlesztéssel érintett védőnői szolgálat, háziorvosi, fogorvosi, iskola-egészségügyi szolgáltató praxis betöltött. A helyi demográfiai, gazdasági, helyzetből adódó releváns helyi szükségletek alakulása biztosítja a fejlesztés szakmai fenntarthatóságát. A lakosság szám a környező településekhez képest lassabb ütemben fogy, hosszabb ideig stagnált. A napelemnek köszönhetően csökken a káros anyag kibocsátás. A célokban meghatározottak illeszkednek a Jövő Építők TDM LEADER HACS HFS-ének célrendszeréhez (Hungarian)
