the objective of the project: The project aims at a complete building energy renovation of the City Sports Hall in order to move to a low-carbon economy. The building energy development of the institution is justified in several respects: today’s thermal properties are outdated, and the building’s energy quality classification is DD (approximately state-of-the-art). The primary objective is to significantly reduce the annual energy use and operating costs of the building, as well as greenhouse gas emissions, thereby reducing the municipal energy costs. The project is in line with the development directions set out in measure 3.2 of the TOP: energy efficiency-oriented rehabilitation of municipal-owned buildings, institutions and infrastructure, and improvement of the thermal insulation of buildings, will be achieved and energy modernisation of municipal-owned buildings, institutions and infrastructure will be achieved. The project is also in line with the objectives of the call for proposals derived from the TOP: the development of a municipal-owned building aimed at energy efficiency and the increased use of domestic renewable energy sources will also be achieved, thus contributing to the fulfilment of the indicators set out in the call and the TOP. The institution which is the subject of the project is located in the interior of Mohács at 7700 Mohács, Sport u. 1. The building of the sports hall has independent mechanical and energy systems, neither monumental nor local protection. The operation of the building results in high energy use and energy costs. B) the technical and technical content of the project: The chosen measure is based on the proposals of the expert involved in the energy survey: ‘Modernisation of cooling surfaces of a building: replacement of delimitation walls, roofs, doors and windows. Installation of solar panels." During the project, in order to improve the thermal capabilities of the building, a building construction energy investment will be carried out in addition to renewable energy utilisation. The thermal insulation of the boundary walls, the replacement of doors and windows improves the thermal capacity of the building (CC — it is classified according to the state of the art) and greenhouse gas emissions are reduced by the solar panels installed. The following technical and technical results will be achieved during the project: Replacement of 638 doors and windows, thermal insulation of 1 273.9 m² surface, design of a solar panel system with a maximum power of 49.98 kWp. The annual amount of solar energy produced is 52.686 kWh, which is 131.715 kWh/year as primary energy. The total annual greenhouse gas savings resulting from the development are 133.62 t CO2 equivalent. (English)

A fejlesztéssel elérhető üvegházhatású gáz megtakarítás éves szinten összesen 133,62 t CO2 egyenérték. (Hungarian)
