The Municipality of Mohács considers the rationalisation of the energy use of municipal institutions a top priority. The city has recently made a number of energy rationalisation investments: modernisation of public lighting, construction of biomass power plants and energy modernisation of several municipal buildings. Within the framework of the project, the energy modernisation of the cooking kitchen unit operated by the Public Catering Supply Organisation, Mohács, Dózsa Gy. u. 30. The primary objective is to significantly reduce the annual energy use and operating costs of the building, as well as greenhouse gas emissions, thereby reducing the municipal energy costs. The project is in line with the development directions set out in measure 3.2 of the TOP: energy efficiency-oriented rehabilitation of municipal-owned buildings, institutions, infrastructure, and improvement of the thermal insulation of buildings will be achieved, and the energy modernisation of municipal-owned buildings and infrastructure will be achieved. The project is also in line with the objectives of the call for proposals derived from the TOP: the development of a municipal-owned building aimed at energy efficiency and the increased use of domestic renewable energy sources will also be achieved, thus contributing to the fulfilment of the indicators set out in the call and the TOP. The institution covered by the project is located in Mohács’s administrative area at 7700 Mohács, Dózsa György u. 30. The external boundaries of the building do not meet the requirements of the thermal engineering and, together with the outdated heating system, result in very high energy consumption and energy costs. The chosen measures are based on the proposals of the building energy expert involved in the energy assessment, according to which the thermal characteristics of the building structures will comply with the requirements of the 7/2006 as of 01.01.2016 following the implementation of the planned developments. TNM Decree with nearly zero level requirements.. During the project, a complete building structure renovation will be carried out. 3.1.1 (a) modernisation of external boundaries: Doors and windows with 3 layers of thermal insulating glazing are installed instead of poorly closed wooden windows. The facade walls are designed to be insulated with 14 cm and 18 cm thick rock wool material, 10 cm expanded polystyrene foam is glued to the plinth wall. 3.1.2.2. (a) modernisation of the heating system: During the modernisation of the heating system, instead of the existing convector heating system, a condensing boiler, adjustable indirect heating HMV storage is installed together with the necessary wiring network and radiators. 3.1.1.(d) Installation of solar panels: Solar panels will be installed as part of the project. The thermal characteristics of the building structures will be in accordance with Article 7/2006 following the completion of the planned developments. The “nearly zero” level requirements of Decree No 30/2000 of 24 May 2005 of the Minister for National Development (V.24.) In the framework of this project, the mandatory activities to be carried out include 3.1.2.1 (a) accessibility (based on the declaration of the specialist rehabilitation engineer), 3.1.2.1 (b) publicity (according to the mandatory requirements laid down in the document entitled ‘Information obligations for beneficiaries’) and 3.1.2.1 d) training for building users. The total duration of the project is 20 months: 2018.01.01. — 2019.08.31. The project owner is the owner of the building concerned by the development, the Municipality of Mohács. The operation of the new heating system to be developed in the framework of the project will be carried out by the owner municipality, and no external service provider or other operating company will be involved in the operation.     Mohács Város Önkormányzata kiemelt prioritásként kezeli a települési intézmények energiafelhasználásának racionalizálását. Az elmúlt időszakban a városban számos energia racionalizációs célú beruházás valósult meg: közvilágítás korszerűsítés, biomassza erőmű kiépítése és több önkormányzati épület energetikai korszerűsítése. A projekt keretében a Közétkeztetési Ellátó Szervezet, Mohács, Dózsa gy. u. 30. alatt üzemeltetett főzőkonyha egységének energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg. Elsődleges cél, hogy az épület éves energiafelhasználása és üzemeltetési költsége, valamint az üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátása jelentősen csökkenjen, ezáltal csökkenjenek az önkormányzat energiaköltségei. A projekt összhangban van a TOP 3.2 intézkedésében megfogalmazott fejlesztési irányokkal: az önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek, intézmények, infrastruktúra energiahatékonyság-központú rehabilitációja, az épületek hőszigetelésének javítása a cél, illetve önkormányzati tulajdonú épületek intézmények és infrastruktúra energetikai korszerűsítése valósul meg. A projekt összhangban van a pályázati felhívás TOP-ból levezetett céljaival is: önkormányzati tulajdonú épület energiahatékonyságot célzó fejlesztése, valamint a hazai megújuló energiaforrások fokozottabb használata is megvalósul, hozzájárulva ezáltal a felhívásban és a TOP-ban rögzített indikátorok teljesüléséhez. A projekt tárgyát képező intézmény Mohács közigazgatási területén, a 7700 Mohács, Dózsa György u. 30. szám alatt található. Az épület külső határoló szerkezetei nem felelnek meg a hőtechnikai követelményeknek, az elavult fűtési rendszerrel együtt igen magas energiafelhasználást és energiaköltséget eredményeznek. A választott intézkedések az energetikai felmérésbe bevont épületenergetikai szakértő javaslatain alapulnak, miszerint az épületszerkezetek hőtechnikai jellemzői a tervezett fejlesztések megvalósulását követően meg fognak felelni a 2016.01.01-től hatályos 7/2006. TNM rendelet közel nulla szint követelményeinek.. A projekt során teljes épületszerkezeti felújítás valósul meg. 3.1.1. a) külső határoló szerkezetek korszerűsítése: A rosszul záródó fa nyílászárók helyett, 3 rétegű hőszigetelő üvegezéssel ellátott nyílászárók kerülnek beépítésre. A homlokzati falakat 14 cm, a padlásfödémeket 18 cm vastag kőzetgyapot anyaggal tervezzük szigetelni, a lábazati falra 10 cm expandált polisztirolhab kerül felragasztásra. 3.1.2.2. a) fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése: A fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése során a meglévő konvektoros fűtési rendszer helyett kondenzációs kazán, szabályozható indirekt fűtési HMV tárolóval kerül beépítésre a szükséges vezetékhálózattal és radiátorokkal együtt. 3.1.1. d) Napelemek telepítése: A projekt keretében napelemek is telepítésre kerülnek. Az épületszerkezetek hőtechnikai jellemzői a tervezett fejlesztések megvalósulását követően meg fognak felelni a 7/2006. (V.24.) TNM rendelet „közel nulla” szint követelményeinek. Jelen projekt keretében a kötelezően megvalósítandó tevékenységek közül a 3.1.2.1 a) akadálymentesítés (a rehabilitációs szakmérnök nyilatkozata alapján), 3.1.2.1 b) nyilvánosság biztosítása (a „Kedvezményezettek tájékoztatási kötelezettségei” című dokumentumban kötelezően előírt követelményeknek megfelelően), és 3.1.2.1 d) az épületet használók képzése valósul meg. A projekt futamideje összesen 20 hónap: 2018.01.01. – 2019.08.31. A projektgazda a fejlesztéssel érintett épület tulajdonosa, Mohács Város Önkormányzata. A projekt keretében kialakításra kerülő új fűtési rendszer üzemeltetését a tulajdonos önkormányzat fogja végezni, az üzemeltetésbe külső szolgáltató, vagy egyéb üzemeltető cég nem kerül bevonásra.
