A fejlesztéssel érintett épület Kajdacs Község belterületén található Polgármesteri Hivatal (7051 Kajdacs, Petőfi utca 1.) A projekt megvalósítása azért lenne feltétlenül szükséges, mivel a működési költségek (villamosenergia, gáz) nagyon magasak, így az épületek fenntartása sokszor nehézségekbe ütközik, valamint az épület energetikailag elavult. A projekt teljes mértékben illeszkedik a felhívás céljaihoz, mivel az épületek energetikai korszerűsítése a fő cél. A projekt során az épület szigetelése, nyílászárók cseréje, fűtési rendszerének korszerűsítése, napelemes rendszer kiépítése, valamint akadálymentesítés valósul meg. A megvalósítás hatására az épületenegiahatékonysága növekszik, a fenntartási, költségek csökkennek. A projekt célkitűzése az említett épülethatékonyabb energiahasználatának elérése, a lehető legnagyobb megtakarítás elérése az energiafelhasználás terén, valamint az energiaköltségek csökkenése, az épület fenntartási nehézségeinek csökkentése. A fejlesztés eredményeképpen csökken a villamosenergia, illetve a gázfogyasztás költsége, ennek hatására az épületek fenntartási nehézségei enyhülnek, valamint a későbbiek folyamán az adott fejlesztés további korszerűsítést, fejlesztési igényeket is generálhat. A fejlesztés elsődleges jövőképe a működőképesség, hasznosság és az eredményesség. A fejlesztés hatására csökken a település környező településeivel szembeni hátránya. Javul a község turisztikai vonzereje, színvonala, illetve nő a természeti, táji értéke. (Hungarian)
