• We intend to implement the project from the indicative allocation for the implementation of energy development in cities and municipalities in rural areas and municipalities in urban areas. The planned development will be carried out on real estates 100 % owned by the Municipality of Bajna: Bajnai Daycare Home School (2525 Bajna, Kindergarten Street 16, Hrsz: 140/8), Sports Hall (2525 Bajna, Heroes’ Square 4, HSZ: 755), Mayor’s Office (2525 Bajna, Kossuth Lajos utca 1, Hrsz: 180/2.) The cost of maintaining the nursery building is currently very high, caused by facades without thermal insulation and the outdated heating system. The comfort of those working in buildings is bad. The Sports Hall heating system is also outdated and wasteful. On the basis of the proposal of the expert involved in the energy assessment, the following measures must be taken to eliminate the above problems: — retrofitting of building boundaries wall structures — retrofitting of heating system- modernisation of lighting system- installation of energy generation system: solar system. The aim of the renovation is to significantly reduce the maintenance costs of the Kindergarten, the Sport Hall and the Municipality and: — workers in buildings work in better working conditions; — use of building services in more modern conditions; — staff and the general public should be satisfied; — wheelchair or handicapped clients have access to a barrier-free water block in kindergarten; — improving the quality of the built environment; — to make the public aware of the use of renewable energy sources; in this way, we should develop an approach and raise energy awareness and transfer the acquired knowledge. The cost of maintaining the buildings owned by the Municipality of Bajna is very high. Due to the uninsulated facade and the unfavourable efficiency of the outdated heating system, the energy cost is very high and the comfort of the building’s staff is poor. The county regional development programme focuses on the implementation of energy efficiency improvements in a number of measures. ARTICLE 3 our project under priority (Transition to a low carbon economy, especially in urban areas) aims to minimise high CO2 emissions as possible, reduce costs, improve comfort and improve the quality of the built environment.     • A vidéki térségek városai és községei, városias térségek községei energetikai fejlesztéseinek megvalósítása számára elkülönített indikatív keretösszegből kívánjuk a projektet megvalósítani. A fajlagos beruházási költségkorlátoknak való megfelelés részletesen a Projekt terv 11. c. pontjában található. Az energetikai beruházással érintett épület(ek) állandó használóit tájékoztatásban részesítjük az alkalmazott megoldásokról, a helyes üzemeltetés szabályairól, valamint a beruházás környezeti hozadékairól, melyet az épületüzemeltetésben vagy épületenergetikában illetve energiamenedzsmentben jártas szakértő végez. A képzési anyagot későbbi, önálló tanulásra alkalmas formában, legalább az adott intézményen belül elérhetővé tesszük. A képzés(ek)ről – előadó neve, végzettsége, idő, hely, résztvevők, képzési anyag – jegyzőkönyvet készítünk, valamint a résztvevők aláírásával, valamint fénykép(ek)kel dokumentáljuk azt. Az Önkormányzat az akadálymentes előírásoknak való megfelelőség és a megfelelő kivitelezés érdekében a projekt műszaki előkészítésébe, a tervezésbe és a projekt műszaki megvalósításába rehabilitációs környezettervező szakmérnököt/szakértőt von be. A tervezett fejlesztés Bajna Község Önkormányzatának 100%-os tulajdonában lévőingatlanokon valósul meg: Bajnai Napközi Otthonos Óvoda (2525 Bajna, Óvoda utca 16., hrsz: 140/8), Sportcsarnok (2525 Bajna, Hősök tere 4., hrsz: 755), Polgármesteri Hivatal (2525 Bajna, Kossuth Lajos utca 1., hrsz: 180/2.) Az Óvoda épületének fenntartási költsége jelenleg igen magas, amit a hőszigetelés nélkülihomlokzatok és az elavult fűtési rendszer okoz. Az épületekben dolgozók komfortérzete rossz. A Sportcsarnok fűtési rendszer is elavult, energiapazarló. Az energetikai felmérésbe bevont szakember javaslata alapján a fenti problémák kiküszöbölésére az alábbi intézkedések megtétele szükséges: - épülethatároló falszerkezetek utólagos hőszigetelése- fűtési rendszer korszerűsítése- világítási rendszer korszerűsítése- energiatermelő rendszer kiépítése: napelemes rendszer. A felújítás célja, hogy az Óvoda, a Sportcsarnok és az Önkormányzat épületének fenntartási költségei jelentősen csökkenjenek, továbbá: - az épületekben dolgozók jobb munkakörülmények között dolgozzanak; - az épületek szolgáltatásait igénybe vevők korszerűbb körülmények között legyenek; - a munkatársak és a lakosság elégedett legyen; - kerekesszékes, illetve mozgássérült ügyfél részére akadálymentesített vizes blokk elérhető legyen az óvodában; - az épített környezet minőségének javítása; - a projekt által megismertessük a lakosságot a megújuló energiaforrások hasznosításával; - ezáltal szemléletmódot formáljunk és energiatudatosságra valamint a megszerzett tudás továbbadására neveljünk. A Bajna Község Önkormányzata tulajdonában lévő épületek fenntartási költsége igen magas. A szigetelés nélküli homlokzat és az elavult fűtési rendszer kedvezőtlen hatásfoka miatt az energiaköltség igen magas, az épületben dolgozók komfortérzete rossz. A megyei területfejlesztési program több intézkedés keretében is kiemelten foglalkozik az energiahatékonyság növelését célzó fejlesztések megvalósításával. A 3. prioritás keretében (Alacsony széndioxid kibocsátású gazdaságra való áttérés, kiemelten a városi területeken) megvalósuló projektünkkel célunk a nagyfokú CO2 kibocsátás lehetőségek szerinti minimalizálása, a költségek csökkentése, a komfortérzet javítása, illetve az épített környezet minőségének javítása.
