The National Energy Efficiency Action Plan. — the investment contributes to the reduction of primary energy consumption and GHG emissions — the building concerned is 100 % owned by the municipality — the construction work in the project is subject to public procurement, and compliance with the relevant legal requirements will be ensured during its implementation — the project is not carried out in settlements below 10,000 people — the financial internal rate of return (BMR) for the entire investment is between -4 % and 4 %. — the specific limits have been complied with in all its activities. — The energy demand of a building before development exceeds 150 kWh/m2a. — The applicant undertakes to achieve the ‘nearly zero’ level defined in the Decree of the Minister for National Development. 1.1. a) projekt célja: A komlói Szent Borbála Otthon épületenergetikai korszerűsítése. b) a projekt tartalma: Önállóan támogatható tevékenységek: - Önkormányzati tulajdonú épület teljes körű homlokzati hőszigetelés, lapostető hőszigetelése és nyílászáró szerkezetek teljes cseréje készül 7/2006 (V. 24.)
