The construction of the park (plant selection, layout, etc.) is based on architectural crime prevention principles. The planned 30 luminaires will be solar-powered, and the existing ones will be equipped with LED light bulbs. Construction of lockable composting, selective waste collection islands. The design covers are permeable and have an unobstructed design. 3-storey plant cover from native species, drought-resistant lawn. Design area size: 15.612 m² II. INELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES: 1. Development of transport infrastructure for active community green space (separate project component): Refurbishment of the service road of the housing estate, the existing surface, open car parks and rainwater drainage system, which can be used free of charge and is bounded by Hajdúnánás, Mártírok u. and Ady Endre krt. Pavings for reconstruction: 8.224 m² area. 3. Transport development related to active community green space — renovation, small installation and accessibility of pavement surfaces: 3 465 m². 2. Composting: the green waste generated on the green surface is composted within the recreational park. 4. Design of energy-saving public lighting (not an independent project element): the 30 luminaires designed in the park will be solar-powered and the existing 22 will be equipped with LED light bulbs. 7. Project preparation (basic studies, design documentation), 8. Project management (internal), 9. Public procurement, 10. Technical inspection III. NON-ELIGIBLE SELF-SUFFICIENT ACTIVITY: All mandatory elements will be implemented in the project: 1.Accessibility, 2.Assistance, 3.Energy efficiency, 4.Publicity, 5.Partnership. Soft ACTIVITIES — Nánás Green Roofing Path: The theme of the program is related to the interactive educational path of 10 stations within the park, it is built around the theme of general environmental protection and waste prevention. Guided tours will take place on the educational path, the Producer Piacon awareness-raising event will be organised. In order to involve schoolchildren and preschoolers, a creative competition will be launched, broken down by age group. The planned eligible costs of each project element are included in the function of the Adtalap Cost. The project does not lead to an increase in the proportion of the population with low status; is based on a cost-effective, realistic and cost-effective draft budget; contribute to the mandatory relevant indicator implementation for the territorial actor. It complies with all environmental and equal opportunities legislation and has no impact on the ecological status of the environment, the status of water and climate change.     CÉLOK: A projekt célja: Aktív közösségi zöldterület kialakítása és a helyi termelői piac infrastrukturális fejlesztése Hajdúnánáson. Az ITS céljaihoz való illeszkedés bemutatása helyhiány miatt az Igényfelmérés és kihasználtsági terv 2.1.1. pontjában található. Az AKCIÓTERÜLET bemutatását pedig az Adatlap Megvalósítási helyszínek pontja tartalmazza. A FEJLESZTÉS RÉSZLETES SZAKMAI TARTALMA: I. ÖNÁLLÓAN TÁMOGATHATÓ TEVÉKENYSÉGEK: 1. Helyi termelői piac fejlesztése: B) Főtevékenység: a jelenlegi piaci területen a helyi termékek számára kapacitásfejlesztés árusító pavilonok kialakításával gazdaságélénkítési és közösségi céllal. A kialakított területen 8 db előre gyártott 300x200m méretű árusító faház kerül elhelyezésre. Kiépítésre kerül egy 4 kw teljesítményű napelem, amely a pavilonok energiaellátását biztosítja. Érintett alapterület: 500,00 m2. 2. Aktív közösségi zöldfelület kialakítása: A) Főtevékenység: az önkormányzat tulajdonában lévő alulhasznosított, rendezetlen zöldfelület megújításával, aktív közösségi zöldfelület kialakítása. A park területe teljes egészében megújul. Játszótér létesítése: 3-6, 6-12, 12 feletti korcsoportokban. Kialakításra került öntött gumi sportpálya és fitness eszközök, egy 500 méteres futópálya, továbbá elkerített kutyafuttató. A park kialakításánál (növényválasztás, elrendezés, stb.) az építészeti bűnmegelőzési elvek érvényesülnek. A tervezett 30 db lámpatest napelemes lesz, a meglévők pedig LED izzós égővel lesznek ellátva. Zárható komposztáló, szelektív hulladékgyűjtő szigeteket kiépítése. A tervezett burkolatok vízáteresztőek, akadálymentes kialakításúak. 3 szintes növénytakarót kialakítása honos fajokból, szárazságtűrő gyep. Tervezési terület nagysága: 15.612 m2 II. ÖNÁLLÓAN NEM TÁMOGATHATÓ TEVÉKENYSÉGEK: 1. Aktív közösségi zöldfelülethez tartozó közlekedési infrastruktúra fejlesztése (önálló projektelem): Hajdúnánás, Mártírok u. és Ady Endre krt. által határolt lakótelep szervizútjának, a meglévő térítésmentesen használható, felszíni, nyílt parkolóinak és csapadékvíz elvezető rendszerének felújítása. Burkolatokat újjáépítés: 8.224 m2 területen. 3. Aktív közösségi zöldfelülethez tartozó közlekedési fejlesztés - Járdafelületek felújítása, kis mértékű kiépítése és akadálymentesítése: 3465 m2. 2. Komposztáló: rekreációs parkon belül a zöldfelületen keletkezett zöldhulladék komposztálása valósul meg. 4. Energiatakarékos közvilágítás kialakítása (nem önálló projektelem): a parkban tervezett 30 db lámpatest napelemes lesz, a meglévő 22 db pedig LED izzós égővel lesz ellátva. 7. Projektelőkészítés (megalapozó tanulmányok, tervdokumentáció), 8. Projekt menedzsment (belső), 9. Közbeszerzés, 10. Műszaki ellenőrzés III. ÖNÁLLÓAN NEM TÁMOGATHATÓ KÖTELEZŐEN MEGVALÓSÍTANDÓ TEVÉKENYSÉG: A projektben megvalósul valamennyi kötelező elem: 1.Akadálymentesítés, 2.Azbesztmentesítés, 3.Energiahatékonyság, 4.Nyilvánosság, 5.Partnerség. SOFT TEVÉKENYSÉGEK - Nánási Zöldellő Tanösvény: A program tematikája a parkon belül kialakított 10 állomásból álló interaktív tanösvényhez kapcsolódik, az általános környezetvédelem és hulladék megelőzés témája köré épül, melyek feldolgozására ismertető kiadvány készül. A tanösvényen vezetett túrákra, a Termelői Piacon szemléletformáló rendezvény szervezésére kerül sor. Az iskolások és óvodások bevonása érdekében korosztályos bontásban kreatív pályázat kerül meghirdetésre. A egyes projektelemek tervezett elszámolható költségét az Adtalap Költség funkciója tartalmazza. A projekt nem okozza az alacsonystátuszú lakosság arányának növekedését; költséghatékony, reális és takarékos költségvetési tervezeten alapul; hozzájárul a területi szereplőre vonatkozó kötelező releváns indikátorteljesítéshez. Valamennyi környezeti, esélyegyenlőségi jogszabálynak megfelel, a környezet ökológiai állapotára, a vizek állapotára és a KLÍMAVÁLTOZÁSRA nincs hatása. Illeszkedés a TERÜLETI KIVÁLASZTÁSI KRITÉRIUMOKHOZ: 1. Előkészítettség: a projekt engedélyezési szintű tervdokumentációval és hatósági engedélymentességről szóló nyilatkozattal rendelkezik 2. A projekt a HB megyei program: 8. Élhető vidék, élhető települések 8.1. beavatkozás: Települési környezet fejlesztése prioritáshoz teljes mértékben illeszkedik. 3. Fejlesztett nyitott tér nagysága: 15.612 m2 4. Vállalkozások száma az akcióterületen: 117 db 5. B főtevékenységhez kapcsolódó fejlesztési elem: Helyi termelői piac fejlesztése 6.
