The village of Mezőörs is located in the south-east of Győr-Moson-Sopron County, 20 km from Győr. It is located in an eastern direction from Pannonhalma, 12 km away. The village is crossed by highway 81. The village is bounded by the Hideg-ér, from Kisbér to the north by Bakony-ér. Even in the middle of the 18th century, the Bakony-érér turned the southern parts of the village into an impassable swamp. Thus, on the base of the stone road built by the Romans, it was only possible to pass through the bridge of Meadowörs. The planned investment will contribute to the return of parents with young children to the labour market, thereby increasing employment by improving crèche care and ensuring better access to care. The overall objective of the project is to improve the employment situation by supporting the participation of parents with young children in the labour market, to facilitate the return of parents with young children to the labour market, to help families by developing child care services, in line with the TOP objectives and call for proposals TOP-14.1-19. The specific objective of the project is to create a crèche service for children aged 0-3 years old, which is based on local needs, which is part of the basic child welfare benefits, and to build a new mini crèche in Mezőörs. With the establishment of a family-friendly and job-friendly institution, the employment situation and quality of life of families with young children living in the village and the surrounding area of the village improve, and the availability of the service contributes to the promotion of children in the long term, thus ensuring the supply of labour in a decade-long perspective, supporting, among other things, the catching up of social groups threatened by break-off. It is important that the building created as a result of the project meets the requirements of the age and is energy-saving and fully accessible. The aim of the project is to reduce territorial differences in accessibility, create the infrastructure conditions for a healthy environment and efficient crèche education, thus ensuring access to quality services without exclusion, taking into account the principle of equal opportunities. According to future plans, we will provide specialists with special qualifications and their availability in the crèche — (logopédus, therapeutic educator) to meet the physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs of children, which vary from age to person. On the basis of the planning programme, 1 new crèche group room will be set up, which will allow up to 8 children to be provided during the day on the basis of the legislation in force. The appropriate size and number of sanitary blocks and changing rooms are designed for the group room. On the basis of the planning programme, 1 new crèche group room will be set up, which will allow up to 8 children to be provided during the day on the basis of the legislation in force. Mezőörs község Győr-Moson-Sopron megye délkeleti részén, Győrtől 20 km-re helyezkedik el. Pannonhalmától keleti irányban, 12 km-re található. A falut átszeli a 81-es számú főútvonal. A települést északról a Hideg-ér, Kisbér felől a Bakony-ér határolja. A Bakony-ér még a 18. század közepén is járhatatlan mocsárrá változtatta a község déli részeit. Így az alapjaiban a rómaiak által épített kőúton csak a mezőörsi hídon lehetett továbbjutni. A tervezett beruházás hozzájárul a kisgyermekeket nevelő szülők munkaerőpiacra történő visszatéréséhez, ezáltal a foglalkoztatás növeléséhez a bölcsődei ellátás fejlesztésével, ellátáshoz való jobb hozzáférés biztosításával. A projekt átfogó célja a TOP célkitűzésekkel és a TOP-1.4.1-19 pályázati felhívásban foglaltakkal összhangban a foglalkoztatási helyzet javítása a kisgyermekes szülők munkaerő-piaci részvételének támogatásával, a kisgyermekes szülök munkaerőpiacra történő visszatérésének elősegítése, a családok segítése a gyermekellátási szolgáltatások fejlesztése által. A projekt specifikus célja a helyi igényeken alapuló, a gyermekjóléti alapellátások körébe tartozó, a 0-3 éves korú gyermekek napközbeni ellátását biztosító bölcsődei szolgáltatás létrehozása, valamint az ellátás biztosításának helyet adó új mini bölcsőde megépítése Mezőörsön. A családbarát, munkába állást segítő intézmény létesítésével a községben és a település vonzáskörzetében élő kisgyermekes családok foglalkoztatási helyzete, életminősége javul, a szolgáltatás elérhetősége hosszú távon hozzájárul a gyermekvállalás ösztönzéséhez, így évtizedes távlatban is biztosítják a munkaerő utánpótlását, támogatva többek között a leszakadással fenyegetett társadalmi csoportok felzárkóztatását. Fontos, hogy a projekt eredményeként létrejött épület megfeleljen a kor elvárásainak energiatakarékos és teljes körűen akadálymentes legyen. A megvalósuló projekt célja, hogy az esélyegyenlőség elvét szem előtt tartva csökkentse a hozzáférhetőség területi különbségeit, megteremtse az egészséges környezet és a hatékony bölcsődei nevelés-gondozás infrastrukturális feltételeit, és ezzel biztosítsa a minőségi szolgáltatásokhoz való – kirekesztés nélküli – hozzáférést. A jövőbeni tervek szerint a bölcsődében biztosítjuk a speciális végzettségű szakembereket illetve azok elérhetőségét - (logopédus, gyógytestnevelő) a gyermekek életkoronként és egyénenként változó testi, értelmi, érzelmi és szociális szükségleteinek kielégítésére. A tervezési program alapján 1 új bölcsődei csoportszoba kerül kialakításra, amely a hatályos jogszabályok alapján maximum 8 gyermek napközbeni ellátását teszi lehetővé. A csoportszobához megfelelő méretű és számú vizesblokk és öltöző kialakítása tervezett. Jelen projekt keretében egy mini bölcsőde kialakítását tervezzük Mezőörs településen. Mezőörs Református Egyházközség tulajdonában nem áll olyan ingatlan, amely alkalmas lenne átalakítással, felújítással, bővítéssel új bölcsőde létesítésére. A településen felmerülő megnövekedett gyermeklétszám miatt a település szükségét látja egy minibölcsőde kialakításának is. Az ingatlan alkalmas a tervezett fejlesztés elhelyezésére. A tervezési program alapján 1 új bölcsődei csoportszoba kerül kialakításra, amely a hatályos jogszabályok alapján maximum 8 gyermek napközbeni ellátását teszi lehetővé.
