According to the Csorna Integrated Urban Development Strategy (ITS), the objective to be achieved in the medium term is to make the city a tourist and tourism centre in the region. One of the pillars of this priority is the Premontre Prepostal of Csorna, as one of the most important tourist destinations and attractiveness. The historical Premontrei Park is owned by the municipality, but according to the concluded trust contract, the entire area was managed by the Premontrei Prépostság of Csorna for 10 years, due to the fact that the Prépostság intends to implement another project and this is the best way to achieve consistency between the two developments. We have a proprietary contribution to the planned implementation of the project. The development of the historical Premontrei Park in Csorna for ecotourism purposes consists of the following main elements: • The creation of a historical thematic playground for children and adults, which, in addition to the folk traditions and folk dances associated with Rábaköz, also refers to the memories associated with the Abbey of Premontre. The playground is equipped with a basically wooden play system connected to blocks. • Creating a so-called biotope display site representing the fauna of Rábaköz-Hanság from an ecotourist point of view, focusing primarily on wetlands, with professional coordination of the Fertő-Hanság National Park. We create a habitat with the fantasy name “The Heart of Death”, which is the closed living space of living organisms that require the same living conditions. To complement ecotourism and lesson education, we would create a tiny Hany with an open water mirror, a swamp border, a small bridge, benches, a tiny nature. • The creation of the so-called “Renaissance Garden” in the centre of the park, with a splashing water installation in the centre of the park. The centre of the park can be seen in the historical times, Baroque, landscape design pages, the (re-)created area. We would create a community space for decent ages and young people. • Establishing a statue or relief memorial of St. Norbert. Saint Norbert is the patron saint of the Abbey of Premontre. The sculpture/embodiment was placed at the gate of the Premontre Abbey in a square protected by the walls across the ornamental yard, in front of which an ornamental space would be created connected to the tower of the church. o Garden benches, information boards, selective waste storage facilities, mobile phone interactivity: Basically, we designed wooden benches with wooden or cast iron legs. We designed 12 information boards on which the history of the Premontre Abbey, the old garden designs of the garden, the curiosities of Csorna, the information of the Biotope, the values of the park and the tourist attractions of the region could be presented. In line with the expectations of the 21st century, we also designed an interactive information channel available on mobile phones. In addition to the fixed information, it would be possible to create games related to the park, Csorna and ecology, in the form of questions-answers and walks with WiFi hotspot. We were planning a separate collection of waste in the park. We make it possible to extend the time of garden use and attract new visitors with various features, benches and visual elements. By designing the garden, I would like to keep the increased maintenance needs at a lower cost, as this is one of the keys to the long-term existence of the park. In the planned state of Premontrei Park, an actively usable surface can be an attractive park with intense colours, a variety of plants, with the possibility of longer recreation and ecotourism attractions. Through consciously planned planting, you can live as a supportive system with physiological needs corresponding to the conditions of the site. The foundation of our project took into account global and local ecotourism goals, historical traditions and the role of the area as a public function. We have informed the public, we have concluded a fiduciary contract with the local government, a business plan based on a detailed analysis is available, and with a detailed marketing plan, our investment is not subject to authorisation, but during the development of planning documentation at licence level, which forms the basis of the construction plan documentation required for public procurement, which will be developed during the project development phase. A csornai Integrált Településfejlesztési Stratégiáját (ITS) szerint a középtávon elérendő cél, hogy a város térségi idegenforgalmi, turisztikai központtá váljon. Ezen prioritás egyik alappillére a Csornai Premontrei Prépostság, mint az egyik legjelentősebb idegenforgalmi célpont és vonzerő fogadóképességének megteremtése, fejlesztése. A történelmi Premontrei Park az önkormányzat tulajdonában van, de a megkötött vagyonkezelői szerződés értelmében 10 évre a Csornai Premontrei Prépostság kezelésébe került az egész terület, melynek oka, hogy a Prépostság egy másik projektet is meg kíván valósítani és a két fejlesztés közötti összhang így teremthető meg a legkönnyebben. A projektben meghatározottak tervezett megvalósításához tulajdonosi hozzájárulással rendelkezünk. A csornai történelmi Premontrei Park ökoturisztikai célú fejlesztése a következő fő elemekből áll: • Történelmi tematikus játszótér kialakítása kicsiknek és nagyoknak, mely a Rábaközhöz kapcsolódó népi hagyományok, néptánc mellett a Premontrei Apátsághoz kötődő emlékekre is utalni kíván. A játszótérre blokkokba összekapcsolt, alapvetően fából készült játszórendszer készül. • A Rábaköz-Hanság élővilágát – elsősorban a vizes élőhelyekre koncentrálva – ökoturisztikai szempontból reprezentáló ún. BIOTÓP bemutató hely létrehozása, a Fertő-Hanság Nemzeti Park szakmai koordinációjával. A „Hanság szíve” fantázianevet viselő, olyan élőhelyet hozunk létre, ami az azonos életfeltételeket igénylő élő szervezetek zárt élettere. Az ökoturizmus, a tanórai oktatás kiegészítésére egy parányi Hanyt hoznánk létre, nyílt víztükörrel, mocsaras szegéllyel, kis híddal, padokkal, egy parányi természetet. • A park központjában az ún. „Reneszánsz-kert” létrehozása, melynek középpontjában egy csobogó vizes installáció kerül kialakításra. A park központja a történelmi időkben, barokk, tájképi tervlapokon is látható a most (újra) kialakítandó terület. A körbe telepített padokkal közösségi teret hoznánk létre tisztes korúaknak, fiataloknak. • Szent Norbert szobor vagy dombormű emlékhely kialakítása. A Premontrei Apátság védőszentje Szent Norbert. A szobrot/domborművet a Premontrei Apátság díszudvari kapujánál helyeztük el, egy a díszudvarról átnyúló falak által védett téren, ami előtt a templom tornyával összekötött dísztér kerülne kialakításra. o Kerti padok, információs táblák, szelektív hulladéktárolók, mobiltelefonos interaktivitás: Alapvetően faburkolatú padokat terveztünk fa, vagy öntöttvas lábakkal. 12 db információs táblát terveztünk, melyeken a Premontrei Apátság történetét, a kert régi kertterveit, Csorna érdekességeit, a Biotóp információit, a park értékeit, a környék turisztikai attrakcióit lehetne bemutatni. A 21. század elvárásainak megfelelve interaktív, mobiltelefonokon is elérhető információs csatornát is terveztünk. Itt a fix információkon túl akár a parkhoz, Csornához, ökológiához köthető játékok kialakítása is lehetséges lenne, kérdezz-felelek-sétálok formában, WiFi hotspot alkalmazással. Szelektív hulladékgyűjtést terveztünk a parkban. Különböző funkciójú térrészekkel, padokkal, látványelemekkel lehetővé tesszük a kerthasználat idejének megnyújtását, új látogatók bevonzását. A kert kialakításával a megnövekedett fenntartási igényeket szeretnék alacsonyabb költségszinten tartani, hiszen a park hosszú távú létének ez az egyik kulcsa. A Premontrei Park tervezett állapotában egy aktívan használható felület, intenzív színekkel, változatos növényállománnyal, hosszabb rekreációra lehetőséget nyújtó, ökoturisztikai attrakcióival vonzó park lehet. A tudatosan megtervezett kiültetés révén a hely adottságainak megfelelő élettani igényű növényekkel egymást támogató rendszerként élhet. Projektünk megalapozásánál figyelembe vettük a globális és helyi ökoturisztikai célokat, a történelmi hagyományokat, a terület közfunkciót betöltő szerepét. A lakosságot tájékoztattuk, az önkormányzattal vagyonkezelői szerződést kötöttünk, részletes elemzésen alapuló üzleti terv rendelkezésre áll, valamint részletes marketingtervvel Beruházásunk nem engedélyköteles, azonban engedélyes szintű tervdokumentáció kidolgozás alatt all, mely alapját képezi a közbeszerzéshez szükséges kiviteli tervdokumentációnak, mely a projektfejlesztési szakaszban kerül kidolgozásra. Egyéb dokumentumok: A Helyi Esélyegyenlőségi Programmal valamint az Integrált Településfejlesztési Stratégiában megfogalmazott célokkal projektünk szoros összefüggésben van, megfelelően koherens. Projektünk megvalósításának előkészítettségi akadálya nincs, klímakockázat fel sem merül, megvalósítási kockázat az üzleti tervben leírtak szerint nincs! Projektünk célja és elérendő eredménye, hogy részben a múlt értékeit megtartva, részben a jövő igényeit kiszolgáló, intenzívebben használható, hosszabb kerthasználatot lehetővé tévő parkot hozzunk létre, mely ökoturisztikai vonzerejével szolgálja ki mind a csornai lakosok, mind a turisztikai célból ideérkezőket.
