With the development we aim to improve and improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative tasks of the municipality. In the framework of the application, we want to implement the appropriate equipment, trainings and the requirements of the programme. We intend to implement the project primarily with internal resources, and several officials also have experience in EU application management and accounting, so we intend to carry out a significant part of the project tasks within our own competence. A fejlesztéssel az önkormányzat hivatali feladatainak ellátási színvonalát, hatékonyságát, eredményességét kívánjuk javítani és fejleszteni. Maradéktalanul meg kívánjuk valósítani a jogszabályi előírásokban foglalt kötelezettségeket, így a fejlesztés megvalósításával egy átlátható, pontos, naprakész ellenőrizhető, komplex rendszer fog megvalósulni. A modern számítástechnikai eszközök, amiket a projekt során szerzünk be, valamint az ügyintézők képzése az oktatások során együttesen hozzájárulnak ahhoz, hogy egy ügyfélközpontú, eredményszemléletű nyilvántartási rendszer alakuljon ki. Szabadegyháza önkormányzata egy kis település Fejér megyében, de ennek ellenére nagyon mozgalmas közösségi életet él. Nagyon sok rendezvénnyel, közösség építő tevékenységgel. A településben él a tenni akarás, a cselekvő szellem és az az akarat, hogy a település élhető körülmények között működjön. A kis létszámú Polgármesteri Hivatalban az előbbieknek megfelelően szerteágazó tevékenység zajlik. A központi rendszerhez, az ASP-hez történő csatlakozás számtalan kihívást és új feladatot ró a dolgozókra. A pénzügyi csoport és az adóügyi ügyintéző első körben csatlakozik az ASP rendszerhez, amihez korszerű, az elvárásoknak megfelelő számítástechnikai eszközparkara van szükség, valamint az ügyintézők megfelelő képzésére. A pályázat keretében a megfelelő eszköz felszereltséget, a képzéseket és a program elvárásait szeretnénk megvalósítani. A projektet elsősorban belső erőforrással kívánjuk megvalósítani, több hivatali dolgozónak is van tapasztalata Uniós pályázati lebonyolítás, elszámolás terén, így a projektfeladatok jelentős részét saját hatáskörben kívánjuk megvalósítani. Azon speciális tevékenységeket amelyeket nem tudunk saját hatáskörben megvalósítani, azok esetében külső szakértői segítséget tervezünk igénybe venni. A jelenlegi tervezésünk alapján várhatóan nem merül fel közbeszerzési kötelezettség. (Hungarian)
