Within the framework of the KEHOP-1.2.1 “Development of local climate strategies and awareness-raising” project, the Municipality of Budafok-Tétény Budapest XXII. district undertakes to increase the knowledge of the population and local public and economic actors about climate change, contribute to the promotion of climate change adaptation, risk prevention and management, and to create the social conditions for effective adaptation to climate change. The transfer of environmental and energy-conscious mindsets and the promotion of lifestyles are primarily aimed at children, since on the one hand, awareness-raising can take place within an organised framework, on the other hand, this age group is the most susceptible to acquiring new knowledge. In addition to promoting the environmentally conscious lifestyle of local social actors and developing a climate strategy, one of the main intentions of the local government in the project is that the district management should play a greater role in the fight against climate change, the commitment to environmental protection and sustainability should be integrated into all levels of decision-making and planning, and activities aimed at climate change adaptation and prevention should be incorporated into the work of the Municipality as an independent task. The project can be implemented through a non-refundable EU grant of HUF 20 million, using which we would ensure the active involvement of 2 800 people in the awareness-raising process and the passive reach of another 4000 people. We also intend to implement the project in 22 months, starting on 01.01.2019. Planned project activities: a) Developing a local climate strategy for local governments — Developing the climate strategy of Budafok-Tétény Budapest XXII. district in accordance with the methodological guide prepared in the framework of project No KEHOP-1.2.0-15-2016-00001 entitled “Methods, capacity development and awareness-raising related to the development of climate strategy”. b) implementation of municipal awareness actions — organisation of the Family Green Day in connection with a total of 800 active access events on 5 occasions, accompanied by playful sessions and presentations — “Knowledgeful Budafok” awareness-raising actions: assessment of the knowledge of local social actors on climate change, round table discussions and promotion of climate strategy, 4 times with which we ensure the passive reach of 2,000 people. c) awareness-raising of local actors, including: organisation and delivery of information sessions/workshops/fora for the employees of the institutions involved in the project — Preparatory climate awareness workshop 2 times, occasionally 50 kindergarten teachers in order to promote environmentally conscious education (d) positive practice-oriented knowledge that can be integrated into day-to-day activities, the professional preparation and conduct of regional and local study competitions — organising “Climate Green Your Life” learning contest on 2 occasions for 50 kindergarten teachers in order to facilitate environmentally conscious education (d) the project owner’s website for the project’s positive, integration into everyday activities, the professional preparation and conduct of well-suited examples of regional and local study events — organisation of the “Climate Green Your Life” learning contest organising 600 students in district schools with the active involvement of 600 pupils in district schools e) the project owner’s website by creating a subsite for the project and providing good practice with the content and organised events created during the project — by continuously raising awareness of the role of the youngsters in the language of the game, and by promoting the development of self-awareness for children, by actively involving 600 pupils in the district schools e) by creating a subsite for the project owner’s website and by continuously raising up to the children with the content and events created during the project — by continuously raising awareness of the importance of setting up and updating of 10 children in the game area, by actively involving 600 pupils in district schools. A projektet továbbá 22 hónap alatt kívánjuk megvalósítani, 2019.01.01.-i kezdettel. A tervezett projekt tevékenységek: a) helyi klímastratégia kidolgozása helyi önkormányzatok részére - Budafok-Tétény Budapest XXII. kerület klímastratégiájának kidolgozása a KEHOP-1.2.0-15-2016-00001 azonosító számú „Klímastratégia kidolgozásához kapcsolódó módszertan- és kapacitásfejlesztés, valamint szemléletformálás” című projekt keretében készült módszertani útmutatónak megfelelően. b) települési figyelemfelhívó akciók megvalósítása - 5 alkalommal összesen 800 aktív elérést biztosító Önkormányzati rendezvényekhez kapcsolódó Családi zöld nap megszervezése, játékos foglalkozásokkal, előadással kiegészítve - „Tudatos Budafok” figyelemfelhívó akciók: helyi társadalmi szereplők klímaváltozással kapcsolatos ismereteinek felmérése, kerekasztal beszélgetések és klímastratégia népszerűsítése, 4 alkalommal amellyel 2000 fő passzív elérését biztosítjuk. c) helyi szereplők szemléletformálása, ennek keretében: tájékoztató előadások/workshopok/fórumok szervezése és lebonyolítása a projektben érintett intézmények munkavállalói számára - Óvónői klímatudatosság ismeretbővítő workshop 2 alkalommal, alkalmanként 50 óvodapedagógus részére a környezettudatos nevelés elősegítése érdekében d) gyakorlatorientált ismereteket átadó, pozitív, a mindennapos tevékenységekbe integrálható, jól alkalmazható példákat közvetítő térségi és helyi tanulmányi versenyek szakmai előkészítése és lebonyolítása - „Színezd zöldre az életed” tanulmányi verseny megszervezése 600 diák aktív bevonásával a kerületi iskolákban e) a projektgazda honlapján belül a projekt számára aloldal létrehozása és annak a projekt során elkészített tartalmakkal és szervezett eseményekkel való folyamatos feltöltése, frissítése - a projekt számára aloldal létrehozása és klímatudatossági tartalmakkal való feltöltése, továbbá folyamatos frissítése f) térségi vagy helyi rendezvényeken a klímatudatos szemlélet fontosságát népszerűsítő kreatív és játékos foglalkozások szervezése és lebonyolítása gyermekek számára - Játékos foglalkozás tartása gyermekek számára 10 alkalommal, összesen 1000 gyermek aktív elérésével, amely során az óvodások a környezet- és klímatudatosság alapjait sajátíthatják el a mese és a játék nyelvén. A támogatást igénylő továbbá vállalja, hogy kiemelt figyelmet fordít a környezetvédelmi és esélyegyenlőségi szempontok érvényesülésére, ennek érdekében tájékoztatókat szervez. A projektmenedzsment feladatot belső munkatárssal kívánja végrehajtani. A támogatást igénylő vállalja, hogy a tájékoztatással és nyilvánosság biztosításával kapcsolatos kötelező feladatokat ellátja.
