    Projektben érintett vonalszakasz a TEN-T V/B folyosó, illetve a mediterrán folyosó része. Tervezés: A Szántód-Kőröshegy – Balatonszentgyörgy vasútvonal átépítésére vonatkozó szakági (vasúti pálya építés, felsővezeték építés, műtárgyépítés, útépítés, közműépítés, stb.) kiviteli tervek elkészítése a közbeszerzési eljárás keretében kiadott tenderdokumentáció, illetve tendertervek alapján. Kivitelezés: Szántód-Kőröshegy(bez.) – Balatonszentgyörgy(kiz.) vasútvonal szakasz átépítése 100/120 km/h sebességre, és 225 kN tengelyterhelésre. Új második vágányú szakasz (forgalmi kitérő) építése Balatonszemes – Balatonlelle felső állomásközben, Balatonlelle felső állomáshoz csatlakozva. Az állomási átmenő fővágányok és az abban lévő kitérők átépítése, megelőző fővágányok megerősítése. Felsővezetéki rendszer részleges átépítése igazodva a pályaépítési munkákhoz. Vasúti műtárgyak átépítése, vasúti pálya vízelvezetésének kiépítése. Fonyód térségében hullámtörő műtárgy építése. Állomási és megállóhelyi peronok sk+55 cm magasperonná történő átépítése, beleértve Lepsény és Siófok állomásokat is. Út- és gyalogos átkelőhelyek korszerűsítése. Állomási és megállóhelyi magasépítmények részleges átépítése, beleértve a Lepsény – Szántód-Kőröshegy szakasz létesítményeit is. Kiegészítő vízelvezetési munkák megvalósítása Balatonvilágoson (löszfal) és Siófok-Szabadisóstón. Kiegészítő járdaépítési feladatok elvégzése a Lepsény – Szántód-Kőröshegy vasútvonal-szakaszon.
