In the project, the road and cycle path must be connected to the completed sections (entry into service in 2015) — The typical technical parameters of the project for the main road: — on the outskirts — Nature of construction: K.IV.A design division. — Design speed: VT=90 km/h — Traffic lane width: 3.50 m, cover width: 7.50 m — construction of passages — nodes: Development of 1 existing junction with the construction of a left-winding lane, correction of existing junctions — construction of ground road connections with mud shakers, construction of road connections not accessible from other roads The typical technical parameters of the project in relation to the design and construction of the cycle road: — length of a new cycle path to be built according to a plan parallel to the main road: 12.5 km, — parallel to the main road, redesigned, licensed and reconstructed section of the cycle path built between the 25+ 242-28+ 500 km sections in a municipal investment. — Replacement of communication lines — Replacement of power lines — Construction of sewers — Replacement of carbon hydrogen lines — Protecting the MÁV line on necessary sections The junctions found on the section 25+ 275-40+ 975 of main road No 55 will be rebuilt, and the ground road connections connected to the main road are constructed with solid pavement. The construction of the connection of properties that cannot be accessed from the road during the construction process is carried out individually on the basis of the applications submitted to the road operator and the operator’s consent, so it is not possible to determine them accurately in advance. From the 100 km section of main road 55 between Szeged and Baja, with the exception of the section intended to be implemented in the material project, the bicycle path was built everywhere, at the same time as the confirmation to 115 kN. As a result of the planned modernisation of the road section, the speed and traffic conditions are changed for the users of the vehicle because of the usual image of the other sections of the main road. Separating the implementation of the cycle path may result in accident-threatening situations. The implementation of the cycle path is HUF 1.037.464.542 for the entire project. Framework agreements to be concluded to ensure communication tasks will be apportioned on the basis of past years of experience per project. The framework agreements will be reopened after 6 and 12 months respectively, after which we will be able to issue individual orders per project. The link between the investment and ecological status is described in detail in the completed EVD. These have been taken into account and incorporated in the environmental decision by the competent authorities during the environmental procedure. The standards on equal opportunities and accessibility are implemented both in planning and implementation, in accordance with the principles set out in the Call and the relevant provisions in force. Az 55 sz. főút tervezett Mórahalom elkerülő és megyehatár közötti szakasz 115 kN tengelyterhelésre történő burkolat megerősítése és párhuzamos kerékpárút építés. A projektben az IKOP útmutatóban előírt feltételeknek megfelelő megvalósíthatósági tanulmány készül, illetve beszerzésre kerül a Vízkeret Irányelvnek való megfelelésről szóló, továbbá a klímakockázatról szóló nyilatkozat is. A CBA elemzés folyamatos felülvizsgálatra is megtörténik. A meglévő MT és CBA aktualizálására kerül sor. Projekt főbb műszaki feladatai: 15,7 km hosszon 2x1 forgalmi sávos szakasz 115 kN-s burkolat-megerősítés, 2 db szintbeni kanyarodósávos keresztezés korszerűsítése/építése, 12,5 km párhuzamos kerékpárút külterületi teljes szakaszon, szervizút hálózat kiépítés, közmű- kiváltás, védelembe helyezés A projekt érinti (csatlakozik) az 55. sz. főút 40+975-71+829 km sz. közötti (Kelebiai út csomópontja-Tataháza) közötti szakasz 115 kN-os tengelyterhelésre történő burkolat megerősítés és párhuzamos kerékpárút építése és az 55. főút Mórahalom elkerülő építése projekteket. A tárgyi projektben az utat és kerékpárutat csatlakoztatni kell a megvalósított (2015-ben forgalomba helyezett) szakaszokhoz- A projekt jellemző műszaki paraméterei a főút vonatkozásában: - külterületen zajlik - A kiépítés jellege: K.IV.A tervezési oszt. - Tervezési sebesség: vt=90 km/h - Forgalmi sáv szélessége: 3,50 m, burkolat szélessége: 7,50 m - átereszek építése - csomópontok: 1 meglévő csomópont fejlesztése balra kanyarodó sáv kiépítésével, a meglévő csomópontok korrekciója - földút csatlakozások kiépítése sárrázókkal, más közútról nem közelíthető ingatlanokhoz útcsatlakozás kiépítése A projekt jellemző műszaki paraméterei a kerékpárút tervezése és építése vonatkozásában: - főúttal párhuzamos terv szerint építendő új kerékpárút hossza: 12,5 km, - főúttal párhuzamos, a 25+242-28+500 km szelvények között önkormányzati beruházásban megépített kerékpárút szakasz átterveztetése, engedélyeztetése és átépítése Közművek: - Hírközlő vezetékek kiváltása - villamosvezetékek kiváltása - Szennyvízcsatorna építése - Szénhidrogén vezetékek kiváltása - MÁV vezeték bevédése, szükséges szakaszokon kiváltása Az 55 sz. főút 25+275-40+975 közötti szakaszán megtalálható csomópontok átépítésére kerül sor, illetve a szakaszon a főúthoz csatlakozó földútcsatlakozások szilárd burkolattal épülnek ki. A közútról nem megközelíthető ingatlanok csatlakozásának kiépítése a kivitelezés folyamán a közútkezelőhöz benyújtott kérelmek és az azokra kiadott kezelői hozzájárulás alapján egyedileg kerül sor, így azok előre pontosan történő meghatározása nem lehetséges. Az 55 sz. főút Szeged-Baja közötti 100 km-es szakaszából a tárgyi projektben megvalósítani kívánt szakasz kivételével korábban, a 115 kN-ra történő megerősítésekkel egyidőben mindenhol megtörtént a kerékpárút kiépítése. A tárgyi szakaszon tervezett korszerűsítés következtében a sebességi, forgalomtechnikai viszonyok megváltoznak a gépjárművel közlekedők a főút többi szakaszán megszokott képe miatt nem számítanak kerékpáros forgalomra. A kerékpárút megvalósításának elválasztása balesetveszélyes szituációk kialakulását eredményezheti. A kerékpárút megvalósítása a teljes projekt tekintetében 1.037.464.542 Ft. A kommunikációs feladatok biztosítása érdekében kötendő keretmegállapodások a korábbi, több éves tapasztalatok alapján kerülnek arányosításra projektenként. A keretmegállapodások eljárásai során 6 illetve 12 hónap után újranyitásra kerül sor, mely után fogunk tudni egyedi, projektenkénti megrendeléseket kiadni. A beruházás és az ökológiai állapot kapcsolatát az elkészült EVD részletesen bemutatja. A környezetvédelmi hatósági eljárás során ezeket az illetékes hatóságok figyelembe vették és beépültek a környezetvédelmi határozatba. Az esélyegyenlőségre és az akadálymentesítésre vonatkozó előírások tervezés és a megvalósítás során is megvalósulnak a Felhívásban rögzített elvek, valamint a hatályos vonatkozó előírások szerint.
