The M34 express road is part of the complementary components of the TEN-T network. Initiatives to develop north-south connections within the European Union have recently appreciated, and the need for an M34 expressway has become stronger. This section is part of the corridor linking the Baltic Sea to the Black Sea, which would run along the current eastern border of the European Union. The M34 express road is prepared between Vásárosnamény-Záhony (0+ 000-38+ 000 km). The road category is a 2x2 lane + an asphalt road with a cross-sectional section with a design speed of 110 km/h. The section is expected to include the following nodes: — Separation junction M3-M34 — Road No M34-4108 j — Road No M34-4111 j — Road No M34-4112 j — Road No M34-4 — Main road No M34-4 Tasks to be carried out during the preparation of the section: — Preparation of a study plan, road safety impact assessment, value analysis, feasibility study, environmental impact study and construction permit and construction plans, KBA, including land use plans. — Conduct an environmental impact assessment procedure. — Preparation of Phase I of the Preliminary Archaeological Documentation for licensing plans, Road Safety Audit. — Amendment of the settlement plan of the municipalities concerned, preparation of the amendment of the settlement plan of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county in the territorial impact assessment procedure. — Carrying out the construction permit procedure, carrying out withdrawal procedures, obtaining final building permits — preparation of public works permit plans agreed with the utilities service providers in respect of crossed utilities (English) | |||||||||||||||

Az M34 gyorsforgalmi út részét képezi a TEN-T hálózat kiegészítő (comprehensive) elemeinek. Az elmúlt időszakban az Európai Unión belül felértékelődtek az észak-déli irányú kapcsolatok fejlesztésére vonatkozó kezdeményezések, ezért az M34 gyorsforgalmi út megvalósítására vonatkozó igény is erősebbé vált. A szakasz részét képezi a Balti-tengert a Fekete-tengerrel összekapcsoló folyosónak, amely az Európai Unió jelenlegi keleti határa mellett futna végig. M34 gyorsforgalmi út előkészítése Vásárosnamény-Záhony (0+000 – 38+000 km sz.) között történik. Az útkategória 2x2 sáv + üzemi sáv keresztmetszetű aszfalt pályaszerkezetű autóút, amelynek tervezési sebessége 110 km/h. Koronaszélesség: 24,60 m. A forgalmi csomópontok különszintű kialakításúak. A szakasz nyomvonalvezetése a meglévő M3 autópálya 279+900 km szelvényétől indul, majd észak, észak-kelti irányban éri el Záhony települést. Tervezési feladat a továbbvezetés vizsgálata. A szakasz előreláthatóan a következő csomópontokat tartalmazza: - M3-M34 elválási csomópont - M34-4108 j. út forgalmi csomópontja - M34-4111 j. út forgalmi csomópontja - M34-4112 j. út forgalmi csomópontja - M34-4. sz. főút forgalmi csomópontja A szakasz előkészítése során elvégzendő feladatok: - Tanulmányterv, Közúti Biztonsági Hatásvizsgálat, Értékelemzés, Megvalósíthatósági Tanulmány, Környezeti Hatástanulmány, valamint építési engedélyezési -és kiviteli tervek, KBA, ezen belül területigénybevételi tervek készítése. - Környezeti hatásvizsgálati eljárás lefolytatása. - Az engedélyezési tervekhez Előzetes Régészeti Dokumentáció I. fázisának elkészítése, Közúti Biztonsági Audit lefolytatása. - Érintett települések rendezési tervének módosítása, a Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg megyei rendezési terv módosításának területi hatásvizsgálati eljárásban történő előkészítése. - Az építési engedélyezési eljárás lefolytatása, a művelés alóli kivonási eljárások lefolytatása, jogerős építési engedélyek megszerzése - keresztezett közművek vonatkozásában a közműszolgáltatókkal egyeztetett módon közmű engedélyezési tervek elkészítése (Hungarian)
