This project was developed and implemented by the Karcagi Vocational Training Centre. The aim of the project is to reduce the number of early school leavers and reduce the drop-out rate to less than 10 % by means of professional, methodological and asset improvements. All the members of the Centre participate in the implementation of the project, which lasts for 30 months, from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2020. The project’s target group includes the leaders, managers, educators of our Vocational Training Centre and its member institutions, the professionals involved in the implementation of the local action plan, the learners of vocational training institutions (including those in adult education), the students of the HÍD programme and their families. In particular, a priority target group is the group of pupils at risk of early school leaving and pupils of Roma origin. In addition, local and regional professional partners and organisations are involved in the implementation of the project and in the use of its results. When preparing the activities, a stocktaking exercise will be carried out on the basis of which we will prepare our action plan. All of our most important activities are aimed at reducing the drop-out rate at all levels of the system, i.e. (1) institution building activities, (2) asset and infrastructure development, (3) teacher training, and (4) the development of learner skills and competences based on individual needs. In order to implement the latter effectively, we create study groups of 4-6 people, involving at least 5 % of the total number of pupils, which means the participation of 147 pupils in at least 24, up to 37 groups. In addition to mentoring the learning groups and developing basic and key competence, we also have a talent management program. We also help our students by introducing career-building measures and career guidance activities at institutional level, thus facilitating efficient and effective transitions from education to work. In addition, we would like to connect our pupils to our school through useful leisure activities, but the most important measure in this area is to create community spaces for colleges. As part of the development of tools and infrastructure, we develop a Digital Community creative workshop, we promote digital, interactive learning with the help of the learning materials of the Digital Pedagogical Methodology Centre, and introduce robot programming programmes. The project involves the further training of our 100 educators. The most important of these are accredited methodological and asset development training (Digital Community Creative Education, LEGO Education, GEOMATECH digital pedagogical methodology, training of practical trainers, use of other development methodologies). Educators’ further trainings support the professional and methodological development of our teachers, increase their openness, flexibility and inclusiveness. The implementation of the tasks is coordinated by a project office. Its staff ensures that the project tasks are completed in full, the results are achieved, the continuous internal flow of information, as well as external communication and the involvement of the necessary human resources. We involve the educators of our member institutions, our professional staff, and where professionally justified or cannot be solved by internal resources, external expert partners are involved in the implementation of the tasks. The Project Office is not an independent organisational unit and the Director-General directly exercises the decision-making power over it. Your staff: project manager, financial manager, professional manager. The project implementation organisation also includes project and professional assistants and operational professional implementers (specialists and expert working groups). The operation of the office is detailed in the Project Management Manual. During the implementation of the project, the measures and results are continuously monitored and quality assurance is carried out, with the provision of external professional experts in order to increase efficiency. In order to promote the project, we use promotional tools, information boards, mandatory information and publicity tools. We create a subpage on the website of the Centrum, which is constantly updated to inform the interested and the professional audience. We use communication elements in accordance with the requirements of KTK2020 on our communication tools and project documents. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A Centrum minden tagintézménye részt vesz a projekt megvalósításában, melynek időtartama 30 hónap, a 2018.január1-től 2020. június 30-ig terjedő időszakban. A projekt célcsoportjába tartoznak Szakképzési Centrumunk és tagintézményeinek vezetői, irányítói, pedagógusai, a helyi cselekvési terv végrehajtásában szerepet játszó szakemberek, a szakképző intézmények tanulói (beleértve a felnőttoktatásban álló személyeket is), a HÍD programban tanulók és családjaik. Ezen belül kiemelt célcsoport a lemorzsolódással veszélyeztetett tanulók és a roma származású tanulók csoportja. Ezeken kívül a projekt megvalósításában és eredményeinek felhasználásában érintettek a helyi és regionális szakmai partnerek és szervezetek is. A tevékenységek előkészítésekor helyzetfelmérést végzünk, amely alapján elkészítjük a cselekvési tervünket. Legfontosabb tevékenységeink mindegyike a lemorzsolódási ráta csökkentését célozza, a rendszer minden szintjén, vagyis (1) intézményfejlesztési tevékenység, (2) eszköz- és infrastruktúrafejlesztés, (3) pedagógus-továbbképzés, valamint (4) egyéni igényeken alapuló tanulói készségek és képességek fejlesztése valósul meg. Az utóbbi hatékony kivitelezése érdekében a tanulói összlétszám legalább 5%-ának bevonásával 4-6 fős tanulócsoportokat hozunk létre, amely összesen 147 fő tanulónk részvételét jelenti min. 24, max. 37 csoportban. A feladatok végrehajtását projektiroda koordinálja. Kommunikációs eszközeinken, projektdokumentumainkon a KTK2020 előírásainak megfelelő kommunikációs elemeket alkalmazzuk. (Hungarian)
