The main activity of our company is to operate service stations and related commercial units. Currently, on the sides of the M3 motorway towards Budapest and Nyíregyháza, we operate a unit at the rest area of Kálmánháza. The wide range of goods offered in the shop is linked to the needs of customers arriving. In addition to car care articles, we offer a wide range of lubricants for those who want to refresh themselves. They offer sweets, salty snacks, prepacked sandwiches, coffees and chilled drinks, as well as souvenirs and newspapers. In addition to the coffee machine, it is possible to buy freshly ground coffee specialties, which the customer can take with him if he does not want to eat it locally. In addition to the products of fuel and commercial units, we also provide electronic services, namely high-speed vignettes and mobile phone charging for our customers. Revenues from electronic services account for more than 50 % of our total turnover. The average number of customers per day is between 800 and 900 people. Workers go to work from surrounding settlements, they have to work individually. Given that small settlements and farms are located in the area, our business is a major employer. On the M3 motorway there are many gas stations, which belong to large oil companies such as OMV, SHELL, MOL. The market share of service stations is constantly changing. The saturation of the market poses a serious challenge for service station operators, as fuel prices do not differ significantly, except in some cases. The aim of the project is to expand our capacity and to increase and serve our daily customers with the help of new employees and equipment to be procured. Thanks to the realisation of the investment, we can meet the increased market needs, our sales and results increase, and our position in the market is further strengthened. The implementation site is suitable for carrying out the activities indicated in the aid application, for the safe storage and operation of the equipment to be procured, for the employment of the employees. We currently carry out this activity in the buildings, and we have the necessary official permits. We intend to implement the following staff development: 1 person well manager, 40 hours per person per week. The purpose of the recruitment is to serve the increased traffic. His job is to handle the wells. Shop for 2 people, 40 hours per person per week. The purpose of the recruitment is to serve the increased traffic. Its task is to sell products and services. 1 maintainer, 40 hours/person per week. The purpose of the recruitment is to correct errors due to increased demand. Vállalkozásunk fő tevékenysége töltőállomások és a hozzájuk kapcsolódó kereskedelmi egységek üzemeltetése. Jelenleg az M3-as autópálya Budapest és Nyíregyháza felé vezető oldalain Kálmánháza pihenőnél üzemeltetünk egy-egy egységet. A shop-ban kínált áruk széles skálája kapcsolódik a betérő vásárlók igényeihez. A kenőanyagoktól az autóápolási cikkeken kívül széles választékkal várjuk a frissülni vágyókat is. Alap kínálatukban megtalálhatóak az édességek, sós snack-ek, előre csomagolt szendvicsek, kávék és hűtött italok valamint ajándéktárgyak, napilapok is. A kávéautomatán kívül lehetőség van frissen őrölt kávé különlegességek megvásárlására, amit akár a vásárló magával is vihet, amennyiben nem akarja helyben elfogyasztani. Az üzemanyag és a kereskedelmi egységek termékein kívül elektronikus szolgáltatást is nyújtunk, nevezetesen autópálya matrica és mobiltelefon feltöltést biztosítunk a vásárlóink részére. Az elektronikus szolgáltatásokból származó bevétel adja a teljes forgalmunk több mint 50%-át. A napi vásárlóink száma 800-900 fő között alakul átlagosan. A munkavállalók a környező településekről járnak dolgozni, a munkába járást egyénileg kell megoldaniuk. Tekintve, hogy kistelepülések és tanyák helyezkednek el a térségben, vállalkozásunk jelentős munkaadónak számít. Az M3-as autópályán sok benzinkút található, melyek nagy olajtársaságokhoz tartoznak, úgymint OMV, SHELL, MOL. A töltőállomások piaci részesedése folyamatosan változik. A piac telítődése komoly kihívás elé állítja a töltőállomás üzemeltetőit, mivel az üzemanyagok árai – némely esetektől eltekintve – nem mutatnak komoly eltérést egymáshoz képest. A projekt célja, hogy bővítsük a kapacitásunkat és az új munkavállalók és a beszerzésre kerülő eszközök segítségével növeljük és ki tudjuk szolgálni napi vásárlókat. A beruházás megvalósításának köszönhetően a megnövekedett piaci igényeket ki tudjuk elégíteni, árbevételünk és eredményünk növekszik, piaci pozíciónk tovább erősödik. A megvalósítási helyszín alkalmas a támogatási kérelemben jelzett tevékenység végzésére, a beszerzésre kerülő eszközök biztonságos tárolására és üzemeltetésére, a munkavállalók foglalkoztatására. Az épületekben jelenleg is ezt a tevékenységet folyatatjuk, a szükséges hatósági engedélyekkel rendelkezünk. Az alábbi létszámfejlesztést kívánjuk megvalósítani: 1 fő kútkezelő, heti 40 óra/fő. A munkafelvétel célja a megnövekedett forgalom kiszolgálása. Feladata a kutak kezelése. 2 fő shop eladó, heti 40 óra/fő. A munkafelvétel célja a megnövekedett forgalom kiszolgálása. Feladata a termékek és szolgáltatások értékesítése. 1 fő karbantartó, heti 40 óra/fő. A munkafelvétel célja a megnövekedett igénybevétel miatti hibák javítása.
