Customers are waiting for the development of new products to widen their product range. Western Europe has high robotisation, manual work is expensive. In this context, negotiations are ongoing on the production of large upholstered products that require a relatively high amount of manual work. The production of these new products requires, in principle, the purchase of high-performance hand tools and an increase in the number of people. The aim of the project is to enable the company to produce large-bodied, robust furniture (seating benches, etc.) through the development of staff and the acquisition of tools in connection with the implementation of the new initial investment. The activity to be developed in the framework of the project 31.09 Manufacture of other furniture. Our customers would like to expand their own product range with new products. Our Ltd. has the intellectual capacity for product development: our specialists transpose the concepts and possible visualisations of the Customers into a production plan, and then produce the products. However, in order to realise the large-scale production of new, robust, unique pieces of furniture, a separate “brigade” is needed, who would produce new products under the guidance of professional managers. In this context, we plan to recruit 4 people. The employees to be recruited produce large upholstered furniture, which were not included in the company’s product range. We wish to employ 4 people 8 hours a day in a trained job. Since the majority of the professions are lacking (sewing women, fabric tailors, carpenters, upholstery), and they work in these professions, we can solve the training of new workers on our own. This could also allow the employment of low-skilled workers. The employment takes place at the headquarters of the company in Mohács. The production of furniture is still ongoing in the plant hall located here. The building is a fully developed industrial property with state-of-the-art wired infrastructure. In the hall, the handling of materials was solved. The plant is well accessible from the city. As a result of the project, the number of employees increases by 4 and staff costs increase by 41 million HUF over 3 years. (English)

    A Sella-Design Kft 2005-ben alakult König Kft néven. 2012-ben került Vágner Attila Péter 50%-os, majd 2017-ben 100%-os tulajdonába. A társaság kezdetben nyílászárókba gyártott hőszigetelt üveget. A 2017-es tulajdonosváltást követően a társaság profilja is megváltozott, asztalok, kárpitozott székek, gyártásával és értékesítésével kezdett foglalkozni. A termelés kezdetben Véménden, majd 2019 óta Mohácson is folyik. Termékeit 80%-át exportálja. 2018-tól az alkalmazottak száma, az árbevétel és a nyereség meredeken emelkedik. A társaság jelenlegi főtevékenysége TEÁOR 31.01 irodabútor gyártása. Ennek keretében jelenleg mintegy 18-20 főt foglalkoztat. Elsősorban projektmunkákat vállal, raktárkészlettel nem rendelkezik, szinte kizárólag megrendelésre, főként külföldi partnerei számára dolgozik. Külföldi megrendelői nyugat-európai tengerjáró hajók, szabadidőparkok, szállodák berendezésével foglalkoznak. A termékpaletta folyamatosan bővül. Kapacitásai jelenleg nem elegendőek a megrendelések teljes körű kielégítésére, így azok egy részét bérmunkában gyártatja le. A jelenlegi mintegy 20 alkalmazottból 1 fő faipari mérnők termelésvezető. 1 fő közgazdász végzettségű külkereskedő, 1 fő anyagbeszerző, 1 fő anyaggazdálkodó. A többiek szakmunkás végzettséggel rendelkeznek az alábbi szakmákban: asztalos, varrónő, felületkezelő, kárpitos. A jövőben a bérmunka arányának csökkentése, ezzel együtt a saját termelés növelése a cél. A társaság piaca folyamatosan bővül. Egyik megrendelő hozza a másikat. A Megrendelők új termékek kifejlesztését várják termékpalettájuk szélesítéséhez. Nyugat-európában magas a robotizáció, a kézi munka drága. Ennek kapcsán olyan nagytestű kárpitozott termékek előállításáról folynak tárgyalások, melyek viszonylag sok kézi munkát igényelnek. Ezeknek az új termékeknek az előállításához alapvetően nagy teljesítményű kéziszerszámok beszerzésére, valamint a létszám bővítésére van szükség. A projekt célja, hogy a létszámfejlesztéssel, illetve az új, induló beruházás megvalósításához kapcsolódó szerszámbeszerzéssel nagy testű, robosztus bútorokat (ülőpadok, stb.) legyen képes a vállalkozás gyártani. A projekt keretében fejleszteni kívánt tevékenység 31.09 Egyéb bútor gyártása.Megrendelőink új termékekkel szeretnék saját termékpalettájukat bővíteni. Kft-nk rendelkezik a termékfejlesztéshez szükséges szellemi kapacitással: a Megrendelők elképzeléseit, esetleges látványtervét szakembereink gyártási tervbe ültetik át, majd legyártják a termékeket. Azonban az új, robosztus, egyedi bútordarabok nagy szériaszámú gyártásának megvalósításhoz egy külön „brigádra” van szükség, akik szakmai vezetők irányítása mellett az új termékek gyártását végeznék. Ennek keretében 4 fő felvételét tervezzük. A felvételre kerülő dolgozók nagytestű kárpitozott bútorokat állítanak elő, melyek eddig nem szerepeltek a társaság termékpalettáján. 4 főt napi 8 órában, betanított munkás munkakörben kívánunk foglalkoztatni. Mivel a szakmák többsége hiányszakma (varrónő, szövetszabász, asztalos, kárpitos), és a társaságnál dolgoznak ilyen szakmákban szakmunkások, így az új dolgozók betanítását saját erőből meg tudjuk oldani. Ezáltal alacsony iskolázottságú munkavállalók foglalkoztatására is lehetőség nyílhat. A foglalkoztatás a társaság mohácsi székhelyén valósul meg. Az itt található üzemcsarnokban jelenleg is bútorgyártás folyik. Az épület teljesen közművesített, korszerű vezetékes infrastruktúrával ellátott ipari ingatlan.
