A Technikatár Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Kft.-t 2007-ben alapították, vállalkozások, egyéni vállalkozók számára számviteli, könyvvizsgálói, adószakértői tevékenység elvégzésére, lebonyolítására. A piacgazdaság működéséhez szükséges, hogy a gazdálkodók a vagyoni, pénzügyi és jövedelmi helyzetükről megbízható és valós információkat hozzanak nyilvánosságra, a jogszabályokban meghatározott módon. Ehhez elengedhetetlen legtöbb esetben külsős könyvelőt megbízni, csupán nagyvállalatokra jellemző a saját alkalmazottként jelenlévő könyvelő. A Technikatár Kft. könyvelési, bérszámfejtési, TB-ügyintézési feladatokat lát el, elsősorban vas megyei kis- és középvállalkozások részére. A vállalkozás Szombathelyen található, Vas megye megyeszékhelyén. A Társaság másik tulajdonosa, Németh Árpád 1995-ben az Orlay Fürst Károly Kereskedelmi és Vendéglátóipari Iskolában végzett, majd ezt követően a Hevesi Sándor Szakközépiskolában tanult. Későbbiekben a Nyugat-magyarországi Egyetemen, andragógia szakon diplomázott. Tanulmányai végeztével kereskedelmi területen helyezkedett el, kezdetben eladóként, majd italrészleg vezetőként dolgozott. A vállalkozásnál jelenleg négy munkavállaló dolgozik munkavállalóként. A munkavégzés többnyire önállóan folyik, az utasításokat a vállalkozás ügyvezetője adja. A projekt keretében 1 fő gyakornok felvételére kerül sor, pénzügyi-számviteli ügyintéző végzettséggel (OKJ 54-344-01). A gyakornok a vállalkozás telephelyén könyvelői munkatapasztalatot szerez. A hozzá rendelt vállalati kapcsolattartó a vállalkozás alkalmazottja, egyben ügyvezetője lesz, aki rendelkezik mindazon releváns tudással, ami a gyakorlati tapasztalat megszerzéséhez szükséges. A projekt megvalósításának célkitűzése a gyakornok munkatapasztalat szerzésének, iskolarendszerű oktatás során megtanult elméleti tudásának elmélyítéséhez történő hozzájárulás biztosítása. A felvételét követően önállóan, a kapcsolattartó segítségével és iránymutatásával tapasztalatot szerezhet a számviteli, könyvvizsgálói, adószakértői szakterületen. A gyakornok foglalkoztatása során pénzügyi-számviteli munkák gyakorlatát, praktikáit sajátítja el, olyan alapvető és részletes szakmai ismeretekre tesz szert, amivel bárhol, akár nagyobb vállalkozásnál, üzleti környezetben is megállja helyét diverzifikált tudásának köszönhetően. Mindez hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy a munkaerőpiacon, hasonló végzettségű társaival szemben versenyelőnyhöz jusson. Továbbá a vállalkozásnál eltöltött idő, mint referencia is megjelenik a gyakornok önéletrajzában, ami a megfelelő munkahelyek, pozíciók betöltéséhez mindenkor szükséges. A projekt keretében sor kerül az alábbi tevékenységek megvalósítására: - 1 fő gyakornok foglalkoztatása, bér és járulék elszámolása - 6 hónap alatt havi 222.780 Ft összegben elszámolni kívánt bér, járulék valamint személyi jellegű ráfordítások. - vállalati kapcsolattartó számára bérköltség elszámolása - 6 hónap alatt havi 120.000 Ft - kötelező nyilvánosság biztosításának költségei - C típusú tábla - bekerülési költsége 10.000 Ft. - eszközbeszerzés költsége - az elszámolható költség nettó 462.672 Ft. - immateriális javak beszerzésének költsége – nettó 350.000 Ft A gyakornok munkavégzését segítendő, beszerzésre kerülnek az alábbi eszközök: - 1 db számítógép konfiguráció – nettó 125.320 Ft – az új munkaállomás kialakításához szükséges a számítógép. - 1 db nyomtató – nettó 42.352 Ft – a számítógéphez nyomtató is beállításra kerül, a munkavégzéséhez szervesen kötődik, így a beszerzés szükséges. - 1 db mobiltelefon – nettó 58.000 Ft – az ügyfelekkel való kapcsolattartás eszköze, beszerzése az önálló munkavégzéshez szükség (Hungarian)
