The company was founded in August 2007, when it was still engaged in fruit trade. In September 2010, pálinka cooking became legal in Hungary, so they started importing and marketing machinery. In 2013, both the owners of the company were Gábor Kószó and Csaba LADI. From this year onwards, machinery design and development began as well as pálinka cooking courses were organised at Szent István University. By 2016, their first self-produced one-stage pálinka distillery was completed, which is suitable for both private and small-scale use. Thanks to this, the technical solutions, practices and at the same time flaws of the different types were observed. After aggregating the experience, they aimed at the production of a distillation device that combines working and efficient constructions, perfects typical errors, produces above average results, and is able to exceed foreign expectations with its appearance. The company attaches importance to the continuous professional development of its colleagues and places great emphasis on the monitoring and application of technological innovations. Thus, it guarantees that in all cases its activities are carried out with the full satisfaction of the customer. Due to the diversity and complexity of orders, an important goal for the future is to maintain and increase the volume of orders and to further expand the range of activities and clients. Quality implementation is an essential element in achieving the objectives. The aim of the planned investment is to develop the main activity of the company, including the traineeship programme. Within the framework of the project, the Eucentral Marketing Kkt aims to recruit 2 trainees. The company plans to launch a post-professional replacement programme, in which it intends to provide practical opportunities for beginners. The practical training will allow you to learn basic practical knowledge within three months. Trainees are employed as mechanical technicians. They are involved in the design, manufacture, operation, assembly, maintenance and repair of machines, machine systems, mechanical appliances, independently or under engineering control. The mentor of the interns will be Róbert Mihály LADI, who has more than 40 years of work experience and has been employed by the company since 2015. The role of the contact person will be to assist trainees in their professional and workplace integration, to evaluate their work and progress and to document their progress. The equipment to be procured to work in the internships to be created is essential for the job of the 2 trainees to be employed as a mechanic technician, as the company currently does not have these tools for plus 2 people. In addition, the company’s main objective is to hire and retain a trainee in the long term, thereby contributing to a small reduction in unemployment in the region. Addendum to rectification: In the framework of our project, we would like to hire 2 trainees. Since 21 August 2019, Zoltán Molnár has already been recruited as a mechanical mechanic technician (FEOR 3116). Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to hire the other trainee. Zoltán Molnár with a degree in agricultural engineering technician (identification number: 54 521 05). All the instruments in question relate to the work of the two trainees. The implementation site of our project, 9343 Beled, Vörösmarty utca 32. Property No 486/19, which is easily accessible by asphalt road. On the plot there is a covered, heated production hall. Part of the non-covered outer areas has concrete cladding. The property has been registered since 2007. The property in the area not only functions as a production hall, it also has a dining room, social rooms and an office.The headquarters is a property with excellent infrastructure, the building is equipped with water, electricity and broadband internet connection. A vállalkozás 2007. augusztusában alakult, ekkor még gyümölcs kereskedelemmel foglalkoztak. 2010 szeptemberében lett legális a pálinkafőzés Magyarországon, így gépeket kezdtek importálni és forgalmazni. 2013-ban a cég mindkét tulajdonosa Kószó Gábor illetve Ladi Csaba is elvégezte a pálinkafőző szakmérnöki képzést. Ettől az évtől kezdtek géptervezéssel és fejlesztéssel foglalkozni valamint pálinkafőzés oktatásokat is szerveztek a Szent István Egyetemen. 2016-ra elkészült az első saját gyártású egylépcsős pálinkafőzőjük, ami magán és kisüzemi használatra egyaránt alkalmas. A pálinkafőző szakmában eltöltött idő alatt a cég tulajdonosainak lehetőségük volt megvizsgálni a piacon lévő minőségi lepárlókat és azok folyamatosan bővülő kínálatát. Ennek köszönhetően megfigyelték a különböző típusok technikai megoldásait, praktikáit, ugyanakkor hibáit is. A tapasztalatok összesítését követően egy olyan desztilláló készülék gyártását vették célba, mely egyesíti a működő és hatékony konstrukciókat, tökéletesíti a jellemző hibákat, átlagon felüli eredményeket produkál, és megjelenésével képes túlszárnyalni a külföldi elvárásokat is. A cég fontosnak tartja a kollégák folyamatos szakmai továbbképzését, nagy hangsúlyt fektet a technológiai újdonságok nyomon követésére és alkalmazására is. Így garantálja, hogy tevékenysége minden esetben a megrendelő teljes körű megelégedettsége mellett valósuljon meg. A jövőre nézve fontos cél a megbízások sokféleségének és komplexitásának köszönhetően a megrendelések mennyiségének szinten tartása és növelése mellett a tevékenységi és megrendelői kör további bővítése. A célok megvalósításának elengedhetetlen eleme a minőségi színvonalú kivitelezés. A tervezett beruházás célja a vállalkozás főtevékenységének fejlesztése, melynek a gyakornoki program is részét képezi. A projekt keretén belül 2 gyakornok felvételét kívánja megvalósítani az Eucentral Marketing Kkt. A vállalkozás egy szakmai után pótló program indítását tervezi, amely keretében gyakorlati lehetőséget kíván biztosítani pályakezdők részére. A gyakorlati képzés keretében három hónap alatt megtanulhatóak lesznek az alapvető gyakorlati ismeretek. A gyakornokok gépszerelő technikus munkakörben kerülnek alkalmazásra. Önállóan vagy mérnöki irányítással részt vesznek gépek, géprendszerek, mechanikus berendezések tervezésében, gyártásában, működtetésében, szerelésében, karbantartásában és javításában. A gyakornokok mentora Ladi Mihály Róbert lesz, aki több mint 40 éves munkatapasztalattal rendelkezik és 2015 óta áll a cég alkalmazásában. A kapcsolattartó feladata a gyakornokok szakmai és munkahelyi beilleszkedésének segítése, munkájának, és fejlődésének értékelése, előrehaladásuk dokumentálása lesz. A létrehozandó gyakornoki munkahelyeken történő munkavégzéshez beszerzésre kerülő eszközök a gépszerelő technikus munkakörben alkalmazni kívánt 2 gyakornok munkaköréhez elengedhetetlenek, hiszen jelenleg a vállalkozás nem rendelkezik ezekkel az eszközökkel plusz 2 fő számára. Emellett a vállalatnak kiemelt célja a gyakornok alkalmazása és hosszú távú megtartása, ezzel is hozzájárulva a térségi munkanélküliség kismértékű csökkentéséhez. Kiegészítés hiánypótlás kapcsán: Projektünk keretében 2 fő gyakornokot szeretnénk alkalmazni. 2019. augusztus 21. napjától kezdődően gépszerelő technikus (FEOR 3116) munkakörben Molnár Zoltán már felvételre került, a másik foglalkoztatni tervezett gyakornokot sajnos még nem sikerült felvennünk. Molnár Zoltán mezőgazdasági gépésztechnikus végzettséggel (azonosítószám: 54 521 05) rendelkezik. Az összes szóban forgó eszköz a két gyakornok munkavégzéséhez kapcsolódik. Projektünk megvalósítási helyszíne, a 9343 Beled, Vörösmarty utca 32. 486/19helyrajzi számú ingatlan, mely aszfaltozott úton, jól megközelíthető. A telken egy fedett, fűthető gyártócsarnok helyezkedik el. A nem fedett külső területek egy része, beton burkolattal rendelkezik. Az ingatlan 2007. óta égünk bejegyzett székhelye. A területen lévő ingatlan nem csak gyártócsarnokként funkcionál, található benne egy étkező, szociális helyiségek és egy iroda is.A székhely kiváló infrastruktúrával ellátott ingatlan, a rajta elhelyezkedő épületben víz-, áramellátás és szélessávú internet csatlakozás biztosított.
