P&P Fémipari Kft was founded in 2006 as a family business. In the beginning it was only self-employment for family members, but today it employs 35 people. Earlier, when unemployment was high in the region, the provision of skilled labour was simpler than today. The young graduate of the trainee is a machine-cutting professional (OKJ 34 521 03), which is capable of performing a higher level of cutting job after appropriate training and experience. Job of the trainee: In accordance with their qualifications, we want to make the trainee employee fit for a higher level of work within the framework of the internship program, which requires professional experience and experience. The employee receives all the support within the family company from his colleagues with more experience, and he/she will be able to work independently in a shorter period than the employees of the larger multinational companies. Our company’s work is very diverse, the unique production and serial requirements occur, which presupposes the acquisition of experience. The basic principle of our enterprise is to allow young talents to work areas that require higher skills and not just to entrust them with trained work. The trainee acquires a labour market experience that is marketable and can be used not only in our business, but also in the labour market. Within machining, the trainee would carry out milling activities at the machining centres, which is perhaps one of the highest levels of CNC machining, so it is absolutely necessary to gain experience within the internship program. In order to gain practical experience, various equipment acquisitions are absolutely necessary, which help to create working conditions in the following way: Apprentices are employed at a machining centre, where we produce axle-like parts and bearing housings. The measuring devices help to accurately measure the components. For example, the measuring log set is used when measuring the lattice width of the axes. It is possible to check the parallelity and perpendicularness of the latch groove on the axle with the corresponding tactiles in relation to the axle. Digital micrometers promote the measurement of bearing coils and develop the millennium micrometer measurement and precise working culture. With the digital sliding meter, you gain a lot of experience in everyday measurements. The tool trolley is used to store the measuring devices in a clear way. (English)

    A P&P Fémipari Kft 2006-ban alakult családi vállalkozás. kezdetben csak az önfoglalkoztatás volt a célja a családtagoknak, de mára 35 főt foglalkoztat.Korábban, amikor a munkanélküliség magas volt a régióban, a szakképzett munkaerő biztosítása egyszerűbb volt, mint napjainkban. A társaság tulajdonosai felismerték annak lehtőségét és szükségességét, hogy szakember utánpótlásukat gyakornoki program keretében biztosítsák. Ennek keretében frissen végzett szakmunkást kívánunk foglalkoztatni, ezáltal kinevelni saját szakember szükségletünket. A vállalkozást férj és feleség irányítja, Pető János a műszaki és termelési funkciókat látja el, a humánpolitikai és gazdasági funkciókat pedig a feleség látja el, akinek szakmai tapasztalat szintén több, mint 30 év. A kapcsolattartói feladatokat Petőné Viszneki Mária látná el, akinek a Covinus Egyetem jogelődjénél szerzett diplomája és szakmai tapasztalata biztosítja ennek kellő színvonalú ellátását. A vállalkozás megkezdése előtt mindketten multinacionális vállalatnál dolgoztak, amelynél a feleség olyan munkakört is betöltött, amelyhez hozzá tartozott a hr terület is. A gyakornokként foglalkoztatni kíván fiatal végzettése gépi forgácsoló szakmunkás ( OKJ 34 521 03), amely végzettég alkalmas arra, hogy megfelelő betanulás és tapasztalatszerzés után magasabb szintű forgácsoló munkakört is betöltsön. A gyakornok munkaköre: CNC Forgácsoló A gyakornok munkavállalót a végzettségének megfelelően a gépi forgácsoláson belül a gyakornoki program keretében akarjuk alkalmassá tenni a magasabb szintű munkakör betöltésére, amelyhez feltétleül szükséges a szakmai tapasztalat, a gyakorlat megszerzése.A munkavállaló a családias cégen belül minden támogatást megkap a nagyobb tapasztalattal rendelkező kollégáitól, rövidebb idő alatt alkalmas lesz az önálló munkavégzésre, mint a nagyobb multinacionális cégek munkavállalói. Társaságunk munkái rendkívül változatosak, az egyedi gyártási és széria igények egyaránt előfordulnak, amely elősígíti a tapasztalatszerzést. Vállakozásunknál bevált alapelv, hogy a fiatal tehetségeket is engedjük a magasabb szakképzettséget igénylő munkaterületekre, és nem csak betanított munkát bízunk rájuk. A forgácsoláson belül a megmunkáló központokon végzendő marási tevékenységet végezné a gyakornok, amely talán az egyik legmagasabb szintje a CNC forgácsolásnak, ezért feltétlenül szükséges a gyakornoki programon belüli tapasztalatszerzés. A gyakorlati tapasztalatszerzéshez feltétlenül szükségesek különböző eszközbeszerzések, amelyek a kövekező módon segítik a munkafeltételek kialakítását:A gyakornokot megmunkálóközponton alkalmazzuk, amelyeken tengelyszerű alkatrészeket , csapágyházakat gyártunk. A mérőeszközök az alkatrészek precíz pontos mérésében segítik a fejlődését. Például a mérőhasábkészletet a tengelyek retesz horony szélesség mérésnél használja. Mérő órát és a hozzátartozó tapintókkal a tengelyen lévő reteszhorony párhuzamosságát és merőlegességét tudja ellenőrizni a tengelyhez képest.
