We started Auth Impex Ltd. in 1998 as a family business and are currently engaged in diligent family cooperation. Since its inception, we have undergone a number of changes, as required by market demands. The location of our company can be found at Mohács, Budapesti u. 4032/32 hrsz. This site — which is also the implementation site of the project — consists of a modern production hall of 405 m² located on 2 685 m² plot in the industrial park. Thanks to high-quality, accurate work, we continuously expand and develop our business. We have multiplied our turnover, we currently work with 6 people at our site. Our machine park currently produces CNC lathes, traditional cutting machines, lathes, CNC milling machines, various welding equipment and other machines. We produce high quality grades of stainless steel welded products with our certified welding. In addition to welding and metalworking, we also produce plastic injection moulds from design to construction. We have been serving our partners with great satisfaction for years. We put a lot of emphasis on quality, accurate work. We speak German to the satisfaction of our foreign relations and partners. In general, the majority of component companies suffer from labour shortages. One of the basic pillars of retaining the workforce could be to create a long-term, reliable job by empowering young start-ups and training them. In previous years, we have already employed a young person in a student framework contract, who we would like to employ with our company with mutual satisfaction in the framework of this tender. Based on previous experiences, our aim is to successfully provide you with a job and future development opportunities again! As part of the internship, we want to hire 1 young graduate in order to help young people get into employment after leaving vocational training, to support their career and to help increase their long-term prospects in the labour market. In addition to the 9 months of employment, of course we also undertake to continue working for 4.5 months of the trainee. Trainee’s OKJ: 6892446; 34-521-03 and 689421; 35-521-01. We have contacted the Pécs Vocational Training Centre, and we attach the certificate to the application. Our intern will work as a machine cutter at the plant, which will greatly help him gain an internship in his profession. For the period of employment, one corporate internship contact with a multi-annual employee status will be assigned to the entrants. The role of the contact person will be to assist trainees in their professional and workplace integration, to evaluate their work and to fulfil the role of post-career. The company contact will be Ildikó Authné Müller, who has considerable experience in our company. He’s been working for our company since 1999. Based on the time spent in the company, you can provide effective support for integration, sharing know-how between employees and mastering the best of the profession. The designated corporate contact will help the trainee to integrate into work and keep the necessary progress logs. At the end of the compulsory re-employment, it prepares the required performance assessment documentation and performs at least 2 personal cooperation with the regionally competent vocational training centre. Az Auth Impex Kft-t 1998-ban családi vállalkozásként kezdtük és jelenleg is szorgos családi együttműködésbe végezzük tevékenységünket. A megalakulás óta több változáson mentünk keresztül, ahogy azt a piaci igények megkívánták. A vállalkozásunk telephelye Mohács, Budapesti u. 4032/32 hrsz. címen található. Ez a telephelyünk - ami a projekt megvalósítási helyszíne is egyben - az itt megtalálható ipari parkban egy 2685 m2 nagyságú telken elhelyezkedő, 405 m2 nagyságú, modern üzemcsarnokot foglal magában. A gyakornok munkavégzéséhez szükséges munkakörülmények teljes mértékben adottak. (Ezt alátámasztásként a pályázathoz fotókat csatoltunk). Üzemünkben jól kialakított gyártómunka terület, egy a dolgozók étkezését biztosító konyha, étkező, két iroda, előtér, és szociális blokk található. A színvonalas, pontos munkavégzésnek köszönhetően vállalkozásunkat folyamatosan bővítjük és fejlesztjük. Árbevételünket megsokszoroztuk, jelenleg 6 fővel dolgozunk a telephelyünkön. Gépparkunkban jelenleg CNC esztergagépen, hagyományos forgácsoló gépen, esztergán, CNC marógépen különböző hegesztő berendezéseken és egyéb gépeken folyik a termelés. Magas színvonalon gyártunk minősített hegesztőnkkel nemesacél hegesztett termékeket. Hegesztésen és fémmegmunkáláson kívül műanyag fröccsöntő szerszámokat is készítünk a tervezéstől a kivitelezésig. Partnereinket évek óta nagy megelégedésükkel szolgáljuk ki. Nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk, a minőségi, pontos munkára. Külföldi kapcsolataink, partnereink megelégedésére anyanyelvi szinten beszéljük a német nyelvet. Általánosságban elmondhatjuk, hogy az alkatrészgyártó cégek többsége munkaerőhiányban szenved. A munkaerő megtartásának egyik alappillére lehet, hogy a fiatal pályakezdőket felkarolva, kitanítva, hosszú távú, megbízható munkahelyet teremtsünk. A korábbi évek keretében már tanulói keretszerződésben alkalmaztunk egy fiatalt, akit szeretnénk a cégünknől kölcsönös megelégedéssel a jelen pályázat keretében foglalkoztatni. Célunk, hogy a korábbi tapasztalatok alapján ismét sikeresen biztosítsunk számára munkahelyet és jövőbeli fejlődési lehetőséget! A gyakornoki program keretében 1 fő pályakezdő fiatalt kívánunk alkalmazni, annak érdekében, hogy a szakképzésből való kilépést követően a fiatal elhelyezkedését segítsük, szakmai pályafutását támogassuk, és hozzájáruljunk hosszútávon munkaerő-piaci esélyei növeléséhez. A 9 hónapos foglalkoztatás mellett természetesen vállaljuk a gyakornok 4,5 hónapos továbbfoglalkoztatását is. A gyakornok OKJ-s száma: 6892446; 34-521-03 és 689421; 35-521-01. A Pécsi Szakképzési Centrummal a kapcsolatot felvettük, erről az igazolást a pályázathoz csatoljuk. Gyakornokunk gépi forgácsolóként fog dolgozni az üzemben, ami nagyban hozzásegíti őt, hogy gyakorlatot szerezzen szakmájában. A foglalkoztatás időszakára 1 fő, többéves alkalmazotti státusszal rendelkező vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartót jelölünk ki a pályakezdők mellé. A válllati kapcsolattartó feladata lesz a gyakornokok szakmai és munkahelyi beilleszkedésének segítése, munkája értékelése és az utógondozó szerepkör betöltése. A vállalati kapcsolattartó Authné Müller Ildikó lesz, aki jelentős tapasztalattal rendelkezik a cégünkben. 1999 óta dolgozik cégünknél. A cégben eltöltött idő alapján hatékony segítséget nyújthat a beilleszkedéshez, a munkatársak közötti know-how megosztásának, a szakma legjavának elsajátításában. A kijelölt vállalati kapcsolattartó a gyakornok munkába történő beilleszkedését segíteni fogja, arról a szükséges előrehaladási naplókat vezeti majd. A kötelező továbbfoglalkoztatás lejártakor az előírt teljesítményértékelési dokumentációt elkészíti, a területileg illetékes szakképzési centrummal minimum 2 alkalommal személyes együttműködést bonyolít le. A pályakezdő minőségi munkavégzéséhez eszközbeszerzés és indokolt, melyet a pályázat terhére kívánunk elszámolni. A beszerezni kívánt eszközök szükségesek a gyakornok megfelelő munkavégzéséhez: -1 db akkus fúrócsvarbehajtó -1 db 125mm sarokcsiszoló -1 db S16 rpofessional 750 hegesztőasztal készlettel -1 db furatkés befogó -1 db telibefúró befogó -1 db B3 befogó -1 db patron ER32 -1 db Weldon befogó 8/100mm -1 db Weldon befogó 10/100mm -1 db furatkés A16Q-SCLCL 09 -1 db tömör keményfém maró D6mm -1 db tömör keményfém maró D8mm -1 db tömör keményfém maró D10mm -1 db tömör keményfém maró D12mm Ezek a legfontosabbak a munka végzéshez és a pályázati feltételek ennyit tesznek lehetővé. Hiányukban pontos munkát nem lehet végezni! Asz eszközök mind a gépi forgácsolás, mind pedig a hegesztési munkafeladatok esetében elengedhetetlenek. A projekt eredményét nemcsak az átlagos statisztikai állományi létszámban lehet majd mérni, hiszen a megfelelő betanítás által a cégünk még több megrendelést tud ellátni, még több kapacitással tudunk rendelkezésre állni a megrendelőink számára.
