The Fitt-Infra Studio Ltd., as well as its name, is fittnes and operates as a gym. Our company has been operating since 2016, the number of employees in our first year was 2, then in our closed year last year there were 3 people. Due to the increased customer base, we would need to increase the number of people offered by the tender, as well as to acquire equipment. When increasing the number of staff, we plan to recruit 1 trainee with an appropriate mid-level degree. In connection with the program, we plan the employment of our trainee under the age of 25 with a gross salary of HUF 210,000 from 01.07.2018. As far as the employer’s contributions are concerned, we do not account for the social and vocational contribution tax, as our company is a KIVA taxpayer, so we only use the gross wage of HUF 210,000. Our trainee will be involved in the Youth Guarantee programme in accordance with the call. During the period of employment and continued employment, the trainee will work according to the company’s profile and their own qualifications, as a receptionist and personal trainer in the gym. In the field of work and activity, in which the trainee also acquires a traineeship in reception tasks, personal training and fitness training for clients. Trainees will be assigned a corporate trainee contact during the period of employment (name: Chef Mária Nikolett) who has been an employee of the company since 11 April 2016 and has been a registered employee of the company and has completed secondary education in accordance with the relevant point of the call. The monthly gross amount of HUF 80,000 is recorded from your salary during the 9 months, for which you train the trainees, keep a progress log and liaise with the locally competent vocational training centre. Your CV is attached in accordance with the call. Our project contributes fully to the improvement of the trainee’s professional experience and practical knowledge, as the daily work is supported by a mentor with several years of experience, and his/her labour market prospects are improving, as they will have sufficient experience in the profession during the minimum employment period of 9+ 4.5 months and will be able to work for an adequate monthly salary. We also plan to purchase tools to assist the internship and facilitate the technological development of the company, as follows, the tools are essential for the receptionist’s work, the trainee will perform the daily receptionist’s work on these IT tools, as well as the cooling cabinet, as he will also perform personal coaching tasks. Breakdown of assets: Dell Inspirion 756-11 nootbook: gross 337.947 HUF- Of the three bids, the offer of the most advantageous Endor Invest Kft will be accepted. Samsung galaxy s8 64 GB G950 Fd mobile phone: HUF 171,958 — The offer of the most advantageous Endor Invest Ltd. is accepted out of the three offers. HP color laserjet pro 400 M477fdw laser printer: 159.893 HUF — Out of the three offers, the offer of the most advantageous Rrint &disc kft will be accepted. Superstructure cooling cabinet Uss 440DTKL: HUF 227,330 gross — Of this amount, only HUF 210.202 will be charged to the tender in order to comply with the 25 % asset limit. Out of the three bids, the most advantageous offer of Adu kft will be accepted. A detailed explanation of the assets is provided in the technical specification which forms part of the quotation. Costs are also charged to ensure mandatory publicity, such as the cost of producing and displaying the “C” type board and displaying it on the website. A Fitt-Infra Stúdió Kft mint ahogy a nevében is benne van fittnes és edzőteremként működik. Vállalkozásunk 2016 óta működik, első évünkben a foglalkoztatotti létszám 2, majd a tavalyi lezárt évünkben 3 fő volt. A megnövekedett ügyfélkör miatt lenne szükségünk a pályázat kínálta létszámbővítésre, továbbá eszközök beszerzésére. A létszám bővítésénél 1 fő megfelelő középszintű okj-s végzettségű gyakornok felvételét tervezzük. A program kapcsán 1 fő 25 év alatti gyakornokunk foglalkoztatását 2018.07.01-től tervezzük bruttó 210.000 Ft bérrel. A munkáltatót terhelő járulékok tekintetében a szociális és a szakképzési hozzájárulási adó elszámolását nem tesszük meg, mivel vállalkozásunk KIVA adózó, így csak a bruttó 210.000 Ft bér elszámolásával élünk. Gyakornokunk a felhívásnak megfelelően felvételét megelőzően bevonásra kerül az Ifjúsági Garancia programba. A foglalkoztatás, illetve a továbbfoglalkoztatási időszak alatt a gyakornok a cég profiljának és a saját végzettségüknek megfelelő munkát fog végezni, recepciósként és személyi edzőként fogja a napi munkavégzését csinálni az edzőteremben. Munkakör és tevékenységi területet érintően, amelyen a gyakornok szakmai gyakorlatot szerez is a recepciós feladatok, illetve személyi edzések és fitneszedzések levezetése az ügyfelek számára. A gyakornokok mellé a foglalkoztatási időszak alatt vállalati gyakornok kapcsolattartót rendelünk, (neve: Szakács Nikolett Mária) aki 2016.04.11 óta a cég alkalmazottja, bejelentett munkavállalója és rendelkezik középfokú végzettséggel a felhívás vonatkozó pontjának megfelelően. A béréből számolunk el a 9 hónap alatt havi bruttó 80.000 Ft-ot, amiért a gyakornokok betanítását végzi, előrehaladási naplót vezet és kapcsolatot tart a területileg illetékes szakképzési centrummal. Önéletrajzát a felhívásnak megfelelően csatoljuk. Projektünk teljes mértékben hozzájárul a gyakornok szakmai tapasztalatainak, gyakorlati ismereteinek javulásához, mivel a napi munkavégzését több éves tapasztalattal rendelkező mentor segíti, továbbá munkaerő-piaci kilátásai is javul, mivel az itt eltöltött 9+4,5 hónap minimum foglalkoztatási idő alatt megfelelő tapasztalattal fognak rendelkezni a szakmában és megfelelő havi munkabérért fognak tudni dolgozni. A gyakornoki munkát segítő és a cég technológiai fejlődését előmozdító eszközök beszerzését is tervezzük,amik a következők, az eszközök elengedhetetlenek a recepciós munkához, a gyakornok a napi recepciós munkavégzését ezen informatikai eszközökön fogja végezni, továbbá a hűtővitrin is szükséges, mivel személyi edzői feladatokat is el fog látni.
