Zemplén-Vektor Kft. It was founded in 2009. Initially, the main profile was bookkeeping and real estate management, and over the years, the accounting service continued to grow, with the addition of consultancy activities (business, financial, etc.). The company continued to expand its market share and the number of its employees. In 2014, printing services were also launched from tender. The aim of this tender is to cover the need for additional capacity due to the expansion of the customer base and the strengthening of the market position by employing trainees in the field of accounting and office administration. In order to facilitate the integration and professional development of trainees in the workplace, their working environment will also be improved through the grant (purchase of new furniture, office and IT equipment, refurbishment of the place of work). The equipment to be procured is all necessary for the work of the trainees. During the project, we would like to purchase desktop computers (including mouse, keyboard), monitors, multi-function printer and laptop, desks and office chairs. Writing rooms and office chairs are needed for the design of workstations. Monitors, mice and keyboards would be installed on the desks. Computers will not be installed on the desk because of the design of the desk. All the modules of the accounting program we use will be installed on each device, as well as all other programs necessary for accounting and reporting (e.g. GIS). With the help of the laptop, you will have the opportunity to open the accounting materials of our customers at any time, from anywhere, to see their current results and VAT payment obligations. Our customers will be able to get a real picture of the situation of their business at any time. Using the All-In-One Printer, you will be able to scan all documents that will have to be submitted to each body after signature, or search and send it from the accounting material to a control body or to the customer. These tools are essential for an accountant, as the accounts are made through an accounting programme and only by electronic means can be used to measure the submission of returns. The printer is also essential for the work, as the original invoices are often received late, so in such cases a copy of the invoices sent in the e-mail will be included in the file until the receipt of the invoices. The company’s internship contact will be the managing director of the company, who graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Miskolc in Finance and Accounting, and later obtained a balance sheet accounting qualification in public finance. He has obtained the qualification of an accountant qualified as an accountant with a specialisation in business during his university years. Since then, he has worked in several positions related to his profession, and he founded the accountant’s office in 2009. Financial accounting officer of the trainees to be employed (Training identification number: 54 344 01) will be graduated and employed as an analytical accountant. In the course of their work, they will record the economic events of those enterprises in accordance with the accounting rules, reconciling the economic events, keeping records in the ledgers and analytics, and preparing accounting dispatches. In the course of their work, they can learn about the accounting program we use, they can practice single and double bookkeeping, they can gain experience in correct recording and reconciling the accounts in keeping records, they can become able to perform these tasks independently. A Zemplén-Vektor Kft. 2009-ben alakult. Kezdetben könyvviteli szolgáltatás és ingatlanüzemeltetés volt a fő profil, majd az évek folyamán a könyvviteli szolgáltatás egyre erősödött, amelyek mellé kiegészítésként megjelentek a tanácsadói tevékenységek is (üzletviteli, pénzügyi, stb.). A vállalkozás folyamatosan bővítette piaci részesedését, illetve munkavállalóinak létszámát. 2014-ben pályázati forrásból beindításra kerültek a nyomdaipari szolgáltatások is. Jelen pályázat célja az ügyfélkör bővülése és a piaci pozíció erősödése miatti többletkapacitás-igény lefedése gyakornokok alkalmazásával a könyvviteli szolgáltatás és az irodai adminisztrációs területeken. A gyakornokok munkahelyi beilleszkedését és szakmai fejlődését elősegítendő a munkakörnyezetük is fejlesztésre kerül a pályázati támogatásból (új bútorok, irodai és számítástechnikai eszközök beszerzése, munkavégzés helyének felújítása). A beszerezni kívánt eszközök mind a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez szükségesek. A projekt során asztali számítógépeket (egérrel, billentyűzettel együtt), monitorokat, multi funkciós nyomtatót és laptopot, valamint íróasztalok és irodaszékeket szeretnénk beszerezni. Az íróaszalokra és az irodaszékekre a munkaállomások kialakítása miatt van szükség. Az íróasztalokon kerülnének elhelyezésre a monitorok, valamint az egerek és a billentyűzetek. A számítógépek az íróasztal kialakítása miatt nem lesznek elhelyezhetők azokon. Az egyes eszközökre telepítésre kerül majd az általunk használt könyvelő program minden modulja, valamint minden egyéb a könyveléshez, bevallások elkészítéséhez szükséges program (pl. ÁNYK). A laptop segítségével így bármikor, bárhonnan lehetőségük nyílik majd az ügyfeleink könyvelési anyagának megnyitására, aktuális eredményének, ÁFA fizetési kötelezettségének megtekintésére. Ügyfeleink így bármikor valós képet kaphatnak majd vállalkozásuk helyzetéről. A multifunkciós nyomtató segítségével az összes olyan dokumentumot lehetőségük lesz majd beszkennelni, amelyet aláírást követően kell majd benyújtaniuk az egyes szervekhez, vagy a könyvelési anyagból kell kikeresni és megküldeni valamelyik ellenőrző szervnek, vagy az ügyfélnek. Ezek az eszközök nélkülözhetetlenek egy könyvelő számára, mivel a könyvelés könyvelőprogramon keresztül történik, és a bevallások beküldésére is mér kizárólag elektronikus úton van csak lehetőség. A nyomtató is nélkülözhetetlen a munkavégzéshez, hiszen az eredeti számlák gyakran csak késve érkeznek meg, így ilyen esetben pedig az emailben megküldött számlák másolata kerül be az anyagba a számlák megérkezéséig. A vállalati gyakornoki kapcsolattartó a vállalkozás ügyvezetője lesz ,aki a Miskolci Egyetem Gazdaságtudományi Karán Pénzügy- Számvitel szakirányán diplomázott, majd később mérlegképes könyvelői képesítést szerzett államháztartási szakon. A vállalkozási szakirányos mérlegképes könyvelői képesítést már az egyetemi évei alatt megszerezte. Azóta több helyen is dolgozott a szakmájához kapcsolódó pozíciókban, a könyvelő irodáját 2009-ben alapította. A foglalkoztatni kívánt gyakornokok pénzügy-számviteli ügyintéző(Képzés azonosító száma: 54 344 01) végzettséggel fognak rendelkezni és analitikus könyvelőként lesznek foglalkoztatva. Munkájuk során rögzítik majd az adott vállalkozások gazdasági eseményeit a számviteli szabályoknak megfelelően, a gazdasági eseményeket kontírozzák, a főkönyvi és az analitikus nyilvántartásokat vezetik, könyvviteli feladásokat készítenek. Munkájuk során megismerhetik az általunk használt könyvelő programot, gyakorolhatják az egyszeres, valamint a kettős könyvvitelbe való könyvelést, tapasztalatot szerezhetnek a számlák helyes rögzítésében, kontírozásában a nyilvántartások vezetésében,képessé válhatnak ezen feladatok önálló elvégzésére.
