The predecessor of our company is Erdős-2002 Bt. It was founded in the spring of 2002. It has grown from a small one-man business to a business with three businesses, from the continuous reinvestment of most of the profits. We are present on the market with IT, cash register technology business throughout the country, we have a number of software developed by our own. Our other business is the retail sale of paper stationery, which has been expanding and growing since 2005. This section will be expanded with an artistic and creative-hobby product range and a laser cutting and engraving machine to be procured within the framework of the project. To do this, we are looking for a qualified employee who can help sales with professional advice, even by presenting products art techniques. With the laser cutting and engraving machine, we would like to introduce various creative souvenirs. The chosen new associate graduated from a medium-level arts vocational school. He has the right expertise, creativity, to perform the task. Our company is Erdős-2002 Kft. It was founded in 2002. He has now grown from a one-man business to a business employing 9 employees with three businesses. The company has two main directions. One is an IT business. In addition to the commerce and service service, our own software is operated by hundreds of customers throughout the country. This business also operates an online shop (www.penztargeoekboltja.hu) and is a member of the BestByte franchise system.The other business branch is a paper-writer retailer. We are one of the leading office supplies in the region, we have two specialised shops in Csorna and Kapuvár. As a start, we sold only the products and services of other companies. In recent years, we have made improvements in this area, we have our own production cash register tape, and we have a variety of own-distributed sheet paper. Due to the extensive corporate and municipal customer base, we sell a significant amount of stamps and information boards. Currently, they are supplied by an external company, which means millions of forints per year. This is the cost we want to reduce by own production, better prices for customers and higher margins. To do this, we need the laser cutting engraving machine, which we wish to purchase in the framework of the project. The machine is suitable for making one part of stamping rubber and dry stamp, and for cutting information remotely engraving and making various souvenirs. The machine’s performance is fully suited to our tasks, it has a 32w CO2 laser tube and has a cutting and engraving table with an adjustable height of 30*40 cm. One of the tasks of the trainee will be the introduction of products, the use of the machine, the individual production of products. In addition, some of the company’s increased administrative tasks will be performed. Trainee’s qualifications: OKJ 54-346-02. His mentor will be Mónika Erdősné Tóth, one of the owners of the company. He is a commercial graduate, he/she performs the position of shop manager in the company, supervises and coordinates the work of the Signeg employee, and performs administrative tasks related to management. He has been working in this field for more than 20 years, and has already started a number of employees on the field, providing a good basis for management and administration tasks. For the purposes of administrative tasks, the trainee will have an insight into the administrative tasks and processes of a working company, and in addition to doing various marketing and creative work for the purpose of own-manufactured products. Gain routine in contacting customers both personally and over the phone. We hope that we will be able to expand our business and provide a long-term job for the recruited trainee. Kis egyszemélyes vállalkozásból a nyereség jó részének folyamatos visszaforgatásából, mára egy három üzlettel rendelkező vállalkozássá nőtte ki magát. Jelen vagyunk a piacon informatika, pénztárgéptechnika üzletággal az ország egész területén, számos saját fejlesztésű szoftverrel rendelkezünk. Másik üzletágunk a papír írószer kiskereskedelem, ami 2005 óta folyamatosan bővül és növekszik. Ezt a részt bővítjük művészeti és kreatív-hobby termékkörrel, és a projekt keretein belül beszerzendő lézervágó és gravírozó géppel. Ehhez keresünk megfelelő szaktudású alkalmazottat, aki szakszerű tanácsadással, akár termékek művészeti technikák bemutatásával tudja segíteni az értékesítést. A lézervágó és gravírozó géppel különféle kreatív ajándéktárgyak készítését szeretnénk bevezetni. A választott új munkatárs középszintű, művészeti szakiskolát végzett. Rendelkezik megfelelő szaktudással, kreativitással, a feladat ellátására. Cégünk az Erdős-2002 Kft. 2002-ben alakult. Egyszemélyes vállalkozásból mára egy három üzlettel rendelkező 9 alkalmazottat foglakoztató vállalkozássá nőte ki magát. Két fő irányvonala van a cégnek. Az egyik egy IT területen dolgozó üzletág. Itt a kereskedelem és szervíz szolgáltatás mellett saját fejlesztésű szoftvereink több száz ügyfélnél üzemelnek az ország egész területén. Ez az üzletág üzemeltet egy webáruházat is (www.penztargeoekboltja.hu) és tagja vagyunk a BestByte franchise rendszernek.A másik üzletág papír-írószer kiskereskedelem. A régió egyik meghatározó irodaszer ellátója vagyunk, a Rábaközben két szaküzlettel rendelkezünk Csornán és Kapuváron. Indulásként kizárólag más cégek termékeit, szolgáltatásait értékesítettük. Az utóbbi években végeztünk ezen a területen fejlesztéseket, Van saját gyártású pénztárgép szalagunk, és különféle saját forgalmazású íves papírunk. A kiterjedt céges és önkormányzati ügyfélkörből adódóan jelentős mennyiségű bélyegzőt és információs táblát értékesítünk. Jelenleg ezeket egy külső cég szállítja be ami évente több millió forintos tételt jelent. Ezt a költséget szeretnénk csökkenteni a saját gyártással, a vevőknek kedvezőbb árakkal, emellett nagyobb árrés elérésével. Ehhez kell a lézer vágó gravírozó gép, amit a projekt keretében kívánunk beszerezni. A gép alkalmas egyrész bélyegzőgumi és szárazbélyegző készítésére, valamit információs távlák vágására gravírozására és különféle ajándéktárgyak készítésére. A gép teljesítménye a nálunk felmerülő feladatokra maradéktalanul megfelelnek, egy 32w-os CO2 lézercsővel rendelkezik és 30*40 cm állítható magasságú vágó-gravírozó asztallal rendelkezik. A gyakornoknak az egyik feladata a termékek bevezetése, a gép használata, a termékek egyedi gyártása lesz. Ezen felül a cég megnövekedett adminisztrációs feladatai egy részének az elvégzése lesz. A gyakornok végzettsége: OKJ 54-346-02. Mentora a vállalkozás egyik tulajdonos, Erdősné Tóth Mónika lesz. Ő kereskedelmi végzettséggel rendelkezik, Ő látja el a boltvezető pozíciót a cégben, felügyeli és koordinálja a jelnegi dolgozó munkáját, és végzi a vezetéssel kapcsolatos adminisztrációs feladatokat. Több mint 20 éve dolgozik ezen a területen, számos beosztottat indított már el a pályán, jó alapot adva vezetői, ügyviteli feladatok ellátására. Az adminisztrációs feladatok végett a gyakornoknak belátása lesz egy működő cég ügyviteli feladataiba, folyamataiba, ezen felül a saját gyártású termékek végett különféle marketing és kreatív munkát fog végezni.
