Cégünk 15 éve működik. Tevékenységét tekintve főként kereskedelemmel foglalkozik. Jelenleg 2 üzlet egységet működtet. Az egyik egy élelmiszer bolt a másik pedig hús és hentes áru szaküzlet. A vállalkozás árbevétele az évek során folyamatosan növekedett, visszaesés nem volt rá jellemző. Jelenleg 22 alkalmazottat foglalkoztat. Folyamatosan bővülő forgalomhoz és kereslethez igazodva 2 fő gyakornok kereskedőt kíván foglalkoztatni, eladó és/vagy hentes munkakörben a pályázati előírásoknak megfelelően. . A gyakornok végzettségét tekintve az Országos Képzési Jegyzék (OKJ) 3-as és 5-ös szintjébe tartozó alábbi végzettségű gyakornokot kíván alkalmazni: Kereskedő 52 341 05 1000 00 00; Bolti eladó 31 341 01 0000 00 00; Élelmiszer- és vegyiáru-eladó 31 341 01 0010 31 02; Boltvezető 35 341 01; Bolti pénztáros 33 341 02 0100 31 01; Bolti hentes 31 541 01 0100 31 01; Baromfifeldolgozó 31 541 01 0100 21 01; Csontozó munkás 31 541 01 0100 21 03; Vágóhídi munkás 31 541 01 0100 21 05; Hús- és baromfiipari szaktechnikus 55 541 04 Egy fő vállalati kapcsolattartó fog a gyakornokkal foglalkozni mind a támogatási időszakban, mind pedig a továbbfoglalkoztatás során. A vállalati kapcsolattartó maga a cégvezető lesz. A cégnél 25 éves dolgozik, végzettségét tekintve kereskedelmi végzettséggel rendelkezik. A gyakornokok foglalkoztatása a két üzlet egységben fog történi. Az egyik üzletben első sorban eladó munkakörben fogják foglalkoztatni, a másik üzletben főként hentes munkakörben kívánják alkalmazni a gyakornokot, de ha eladó illetve pénztáros munkakörbe találnak jelentkezőt, akkor a munkavégzés szervezésével foglalkoztatható lesz. Az eszközbeszerzést is ennek tükrében került megtervezésre. A húsboltba a gyakornok munkavégzéséhez szükséges egy húspult, mivel a jelenlegi felszereltség egy újabb plusz fő foglalkoztatására már nem alkalmas, valamint a megnövekedett forgalmat is csak a gyakornok felvételével és az új eszköz beszerzésével tudjuk kielégíteni. Az árajánlatban hűtőpult agregátorral néven szerepel és ez a húsboltba felvételre kerülő gyakornok munkavégzéséhez kerül. A hűtőpultból fog a gyakornok kiszolgálni. A húsbolt Balmazújváros Hortobágyi u 3. szám alatt található. A másik élelmiszer ületbe szintén a megnövekedett forgalom miatt szükséges a gyakornok alkalmazása, de ahhoz hogy a feladatokat el tudja végezni szükséges egy fali hűtő beszerzése és egy felvágott szeletelő gép beszerzése. A megnövekedett forgalmat csak ezen eszközök beszerzésével tudjuk kielégíteni illetve a meglévő eszközök nem elegendőek ahhoz, hogy plusz egy főt alkalmazzunk az üzletbe. Az árajánlatba fali hűtőként és felvágott szeletelő ként szerepel. A gyakornok a fali hűtőből fogja végezni a kiszolgálást és felvágott szeletelőt is ő fogja használni. Ez a két eszköz az élelmiszer üzletbe fog kerülni a Balmazújváros Batthyány ú 92 szám alá. A fent megnevezett eszközök szükségesek a gyakornokok munkavégzéséhez, mivel a jelenlegi a vállalkozásban lévő eszközök (hűtőpultok, szeletelők) más munkavállaló munkavégzését szolgálják. Egy hűtőpultnál maximum 3 fő fér el és tud kiszolgálást végezni. A gyakornokokat nem tudom érdemben foglalkoztatni ha a felsorolt eszközök nem kerülnek beszerzésre. A pályázat során elszámolásra kerül a gyakornokok adminisztrációjához kapcsolódó költségek is főként rezsi jellegű telefonköltség. Valamint megvalósításra kerül a kötelező nyilvánosság biztosítása is. A projektben részt vevő gyakornok egy olyan céghez kerülnek ahol magasak az elvárások és profi csapat dolgozik. A gyakornokok a munkavégzésük során az adott szakmájukhoz kapcsolódóan minden munkafázisba bevonásra kerülnek. A húsüzletbe a szeletelés, csontozás és egyéb munkaműveletekben részt fog venni. Az élelmiszer üzletben pedig a húspult kiszolgálásán keresztül a pékáruk kiszolgálásán át a pénztárosi munkában is részt fog venni, annak érdekében hogy minél több a szakmájához tartozó területen gyakorlatot szerezzen. A tapasztalat szerzéssel a munkaerő-piaci kilátásai jelentősen javulnak, mert cégünktől elkerülve magas referencia értékkel fog rendelkezni. (Hungarian)
