    Az AGROALK-7 Bt. 1995. szeptember 7-én alakult. A Bt. fő tevékenységeként a 4532 '08 gépjármű alkatrész kiskereskedelem van megjelölve, sok egyéb más tevékenységgel együtt. A Bt. 7700 Mohács, Budapesti országút 18/B szám alatt egy agro bolt üzemeltetését végzi, ahol akkumulátorok és kenőanyagok nagy-és kiskereskedelme, műszaki cikkek, műanyag áruk és mezőgazdasági termékek forgalmazására kerül sor. A vállalkozásban 2014-ben 7 fő, 2015-ben hat alkalmazott foglalkoztatására került sor. A Bt. árbevételei és adózott eredményei az elmúlt négy évben rendre a következők ezer Ft-ban: 2012-ben 85.09 és 2.774; 2013-ban 85.961 és 1.000; 2014-ben 75.226 és 1.174; 2015-ben 77.158 és 1.179. Székhelyváltozásra nem került sor, a 2010. februári ”változás” bejegyzésére átszámozás miatt volt szükség. Egy korábbi tanulónk, Ács Tamás gyakornoki foglalkoztatásával a Bt. létszáma egy fővel bővül, így a Bt. feladatainak ellátásában nem lesz fennakadás. Az AGROALK-7 Bt. a projekt keretében egy gyakornok foglalkoztatását tervezi. Az alkalmazni kívánt gyakornok szakmai végzettségének megnevezése: műszaki cikk eladó, a szakképesítés azonosító száma: 31 341 01 0010 31 03. A Bt. a gyakornok foglalkoztatását a Bt. kereskedelmi feladatainak ellátása kapcsán kívánja alkalmazni. Ehhez a Bt. igyekszik minden olyan eszköz beszerzését biztosítani, ami a feladatok hatékony elvégzéséhez és a gyakornok munkába állításához még szükséges. Jelesül a számítógépes adminisztrációs feladatok ellátásában, az új, internetes (honlap, facebook, stb. ) reklám-marketing kampányok szervezésében, közreműködésében komoly szerepet szán a Bt. a gyakornoknak. A gyakornoki munkahely kialakítása nem igényel semmilyen infrastrukturális és ingatlan beruházást. A projekt megvalósulásával a gyakornok legalább 13,5 hónapot tölt el egy húsz éve eredményesen működő úgynevezett agrobolt üzemeltetésével foglalkozó Bt. -nél, ahol rendszeresen találkozik a Bt. ügyfeleivel, vevőivel, szállítóval. A mindennapi gyakorlatban szembesül az egyes kereskedői tevékenység közben felmerülő kihívásokkal, feladatokkal, ezen kívül pedig a Bt. tevékenységét bemutató digitális felületek kialakításához szükséges tennivalókkal, mivel ezen a területen a Bt. lemaradásban van. A projektnek köszönhetően javul a frissen végzett fiatalok foglalkoztatása, a 13,5 hónapos szakmai tapasztalatnak köszönhetően jelentős mértékben javulnak a gyakornok munkaerő-piaci kilátásai és lehetőségei. A projekt számszerűsíthető eredményei: - egy gyakornok 13,5 hónapon keresztüli foglalkoztatása havi bruttó 129.000,- Ft fizetéssel és járulékaival - egy gyakornoki kapcsolattartó mentor bevonása a gyakornoki programba, havi 75.000,- Ft díjazás mellett - beszerzésre és aktiválásra kerül egy db Dell notebook, egy db Epson WorkForce Pro multifunkciós nyomtató, egy Win 10. op. rendszer, egy db Win Office programcsomag, egy db NOD víruskereső program, egy íróasztal, egy irodai szék és négy db polcos szekrény - javul a foglalkoztatási helyzet - a projekt befejezését követően javulnak a gyakornok munkaerőpiaci kilátásai (Hungarian)
